I am absolutely surprised by all the good reviews because everyone i’ve met has told me to not go here! Horrible customer service! I went looking for bridal jewellery and didn’t receive any help from the employees. They were extremely unprofessional and rude. I felt really uncomfortable. I asked for help plenty of times, and didn’t receive any. The selection was just ok, however the rates were ridiculously high. They were giving me prices of $450 for a set that I have never paid over $200 for. Do better!

Don’t buy from this place , Bought $300 worth jewellery Necklaces worth $300 Had a urgent wedding to attend, one the beads was missing asked to fix it . She was not at shop her employees said no. I was willing to pay to get it fixed. They kept saying they can do nothing to help me.When I got back home she called me & said I saw u at my shop asking to get jewellery fixed & used extremely bad language. She was very rude. I will not recommend you going to this place. Save ur money & time. Bad customer service & inappropriate language.

Very good selection, and the first girl who helped us was kind and showed us things in our budget and worked with what I liked (I'm pretty picky and she was very patient). But the second day, after we had paid for everything, we just needed to pick out one last piece for their 3 for 2 sale, and it seemed like after they had our money they just didn't really care anymore. We were barely paid attention to, and once they got busy we were almost completely ignored.

Absolutely love the store. The variety of clothes & jewelry is insanely good. The designs are par excellence and the customer service is impeccable. The store is huge and the prices are very adorable. The fact that they take online appointments & consultation to facilitate their clients is heartwarming. I cannot wait to be back!

prices are too high. The same stuff is easily much less at other places. The lady helping me (not the owner, Maira) seemed ill-trained. She was making odd suggestions, not listening to me, and pushing me to hurry up. I know the store is busy but I told her to go help others (i didnt really need help as I knew what i was looking for and i don’t like hovering staff, especially when I know my way around the product—in this case, desi statement jewellery). I genuinely feel like i paid 2x more for the earrings i ended up buying and i had to leave many other items due to the ridiculous prices. 3 stars cause genuinely there is lots of variety and good quality merchandise but the staff needs to be less pushy so u can actually take the time to look through everything. Also for god sakes, put price tags on things or signs, at least. That would’ve helped narrow my search. Have your staff quote the prices from the beginning so there isn’t any customer being mislead. I felt like i wasted an hour after realizing i couldn’t get everything i picked out cause of the total price

I had great respect for the owner of this store until my daughter in law had the most unacceptable customer service from her. I had bought jewelry from her worth around $600 and we were told at that time in a very sweet tone and manner to come back anytime if anything got broken , damaged or if we have any problem at all … it will be fixed right away. Actually this was not the reality. Unfortunately my daughter in law had to go back to her with a broken necklace and had to experience her true face. My daughter in law got yelled to the extent that she broke down there. Never going back there ever again or would recommend anyone to go to this store either. Does not deserve even a single star.

I recently got a chance to visit this store and I must say they’ve got such beautiful pieces and a huge variety of jewelry and clothes. The ambiance of the store is beautiful. Maira and Boshra are very helpful. I would highly recommend this store to my friends and family for traditional jewelry and clothes that are also high in quality.

I have been coming to this store for last few months, they have great selections of shalwar suit. Customer service is 10/10. They make recommendations which is never wrong. Bushra is very helpful, very patience and has great listening skills. Will return to this store again and again.

Extremely happy with my second visit! Again just wonderful staff, spent 2 hours and eventually was able to make my choices. I went to buy a necklace and the lady asked my husband why I’m wearing my mangal sutra as we were on the way to a wedding. I was very offended bc she said people don’t wear this. Ummm yes we do! Learn to treat your customers with respect. They are coming to buy things not hear your nasty comments.

I don't recommend going to this store. I went yesterday and there was only one woman working in the jewellery section. I waited until she was done with clients patiently. Even then, she was rude, didn't listen to what I was asking and their prices are ridiculously over priced. I bought a naath for 35$ which I talked down from 45$ and I found the exact same gold plated simple naath from Sapphire hut in Brampton for 14$ and they have far better customer service. I will never be going back to Precious by Maria again and will make sure none of my family or friends will either.
