Don’t be fooled by the ‘cute’ look the store gives off. The products just look cute but are super poor quality, especially if their necklaces cost $50+. Got gifted a necklace for my birthday. Opened it and tried to take off the tag and the necklace snapped. The necklace was bought two days before I received it. Their excuse is that ‘All our jewelry is dainty’. How is that an excuse? Their marketing and blaming customers because their pieces are basically so fragile theyll break just because they are ‘dainty’. They wouldn’t even replace the necklace. Such poor customer service. Hun, good, high quality ‘dainty’ necklaces from other companies I’ve had never snap trying to take off a tag. Please don’t buy from here, their jewelry is equivalent to ardene quality, just buy from a cheap store rather than spending a high price on poor quality pieces.

I went to this Mississauga location excited to check out the crystal but then it kind of throw me off as I was disappointed on the service. To make the story short I was asking the sales lady if she collects the crystal but her response was she does not as she already working in the store. I'm new into crystal so I wanted to know more about it but left me no answer. Good thing I research the crystal that I need to get. I also ask to send the receipt which I spent $111.29 at the store but 4hours later still did not get the receipt. I must say that your sales lady need to know what they are selling not just selling stuff that they don't really know about. So disappointing ....

I purchased a necklace which I wore only a handful of times and the latch broke. I contacted the store to see if they could fix it and all I got was a short email response saying they could not fix it. No follow up at all on a replacement or fix. Poor quality products!

I went to the Sherway Gardens location and had such a lovely experience. You feel so at ease. It's the perfect store to buy gifts for your loved ones. The staff was fantastic and they had a great variety of bracelets and the coolest cards. Will highly recommend this small business to friends and family!

DO NOT GO. I received a christmas gift from there, loved my bracelet however the snake chain had broken off while I was doing a task. I then emailed the store where I was told there was nothing they could do. A sterling silver bracelet and they can’t do anything for the money that was paid? I went to a store at square one where there were two girls. After explaining to them the issue, one of them rudely walked off and the other girl proceeded to tell me she did not have her instruments there to fix it with no solution. I was not looking for gift refund, or another bracelet, I simply wanted to fix a sentimental gift that was given to me. With this experience sad to say i won’t be back, not when they take your money and leave you hanging.

I am an older woman, and have been in the hobby of collecting crystals since I was in my 20's. I knew everything I was looking at, the sales associates asked me probably 5 times if I needed help. Every time I politely declined. They are obviously trained to do this to push sales, I understand this, but asking 5 times is annoying. Any crystal I picked up, a young lady would pipe up about what said crystals intended use is. If I required help I would ask. Leaving your customers to explore a bit would go a long way in terms of customer experience.

I love every piece I have purchased here. The jewelry is so cute and dainty. I also appreciate their super quick curb-side pickup option during lockdown. I received an email that my item is ready for pick up within minutes of when I placed my order! They also let me exchange the ring for size when I was picking up my order. The associates are so helpful! When the store opens, it's definitely worth a visit in-store because they have so many great pieces.

A really amazing place to buy cute and sentimental gifts for anyone. I had received a few things from here for my birthday and I ended up getting the wrong size ring. I went back to change it and it was probably the easiest and friendliest exchange I have ever done. I also love the way everything is packaged, the cute boxes and note cards with descriptions of the stones, the extra mile means everything! Quick service, shipping same week. The jewelry itself is beautiful and the crystals aren’t gorgeous, chains are durable and prices are fair for local and handmade. A personalized email was also a nice touch and adds to the great service! The packaging is super cute and I love that I can keep other things in there.

Oh I am so happy this place opened up close to me! Before, had to travel to Sq1 which isnt FAR but this little shop is now even closer! I ordered from Catalyst and Co for the first time. I've been seeing their ads on IG for months and finally decided to order a few items as a birthday treat for myself. They have a great selection of gemstone jewelry and gemstone accessories, which is what interests me. My online order was very smooth and I got my package within a few days. I had a gift card for this store so I ordered myself a silver-ball bracelet, and a lock and key charm. Shipping was fast and trackable, and the package I received was absolutely delightful.
