The place has variety of designs but the guy over there is super rude and impatient. We were looking for some gift options for an infant and even before showing any product he was like be specific what you want. How would we know what he has in the shop? I think when you are an jeweller you cannot be impatient in showing options and designs to the customers. Thats very basic. Definitely not going back there.

I went about a month ago to purchase two nose studs and I came home super happy. They had nose hoops (which I have purchased from here before) and all kinds of studs in different shapes. I ended up buying two small studs that are internally threaded. They are gold and since I put them in my nose piercings have healed very well. They did end up giving me two posts that are different lengths, not drastically different but the longer one tends to get caught on things more often so I might go back in to buy a shorter one.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Jaya on my first visit to Ambika. She was warm and helpful and I felt very at home in her presence. The store has a lovely mix of both traditional and modern 22 kt gold jewellery. I had some gold to sell and felt she offered me a fair and genuine rate. Bought a bracelet for my mom and after the 1st wear couple of the diamonds fell off. We live far away (woodstock), so had to go back and these guys promised to have it ready on saturday (2 days). Did not even start until we arrived to pick it up. We had to wait another hour since, they only started fixing it when we “reminded them”. No apologies or any value for our time from them. Make sure to carefully examine your jewelry before you take it home.

Amazing customer service from the team at this location. We needed bangles for our little one for a function the next day. They did not have the size in stock but to meet our needs they coordinated with the customizing facility to deliver it right to our doorstep as it was after hours for the shop. Worst service they had i came to fix my ring which was just broken from one side .. Indian guy took it after checking and confirming then came back with fixing it in a way that its missing two diamonds from one end..
