Adam and the team helped me design the 10 rarest gemstones in the world (Red Beryl, Bixbite, Red Emerald) on a bezel set solitaire ring and a matching buttery smooth high polished heavy cigar band. The outcome and finished product are BEAUTIFUL since the bezel setting on a rare soft gemstone is very hard to do. To all new clients who read this review, please don’t hesitate or think twice about going with them. Finding a good goldsmith for any jewelry projects is priceless. They have made me 5 kinds of beautiful bespoke jewelry for me and will make more to come.

Prior to visiting Cullinans, I visited 5 other jewellers. None of the other jewellers made me feel as comfortable as Patrick did. He listened to my vision and then suggested his own ideas and together we came up with the most perfect engagement ring that fit within my budget. My fiancé and I are overjoyed with how beautiful and perfect the ring turned out. I also want to mention that the pricing he gave me for the diamond itself was several hundreds of dollars cheaper than other jewellers I went to. Patrick is not in the business to rip you off or overcharge you. He truly cares about his customers and that shows in the work that he does and the quality of the products that he produces. I always knew when the time came to purchase an engagement ring I wanted to have one made by a professional jeweler and not purchased from a big chain store. Through lots of looking around online I came across cullinan jewlers which had lots of 5 star reviews and I can see why. From the very first moment walking in the quality of their displays blew me away. The customer service was excellent and Patrick helped answer any questions I had and gave me advice on things I didn't even think about. From the first visit I knew I was getting the ring made there. It is important to note I do not live in Ontario however, I am there frequently for work and reside in Nova Scoita. Patrick was very discrete in working with me so I wasn't going to alert my now fiance of what I was planning. Through working with him on the first visit and phone calls he was able to order stones and get an idea of my design. The final design process was amazing. Patrick had multiple different diamonds brought in for me to choose the perfect one and walked me through what I was looking for as far as quality. Through the process of elimination I was able to find the perfect diamond. We went through what I wanted and Patrick was able to design the perfect ring. They were able to provide me with a digital rendering of what it would look like and were able to finish the ring in perfect time. When I laid eyes on the ring for the first time I couldn't stop smiling. Pictures do not do the ring justice. It is absolutely beautiful and my fiance loves it. This place offers top quality work and customer service. Even now I need to get the ring resized due to me not knowing my fiance ring size and Patrick is working with me patiently to have it perfectly fitted. I would recommend this place to anyone. 5 stars. Update: since the above the above post myself and my now wife had both of our wedding rings made by Patrick.
