RECEPTIONIST is EXTREMELY RUDE!! I've been calling for more than five times to inform her that I will be late for the appointment but nobody's picking up the phone. When I reached there she yelled at me saying that I should call earlier. Im trying to tell her that I've been calling and nobodys answering but she wouldn't let me speak. Instead raised her voice at me!!! The doctor is nice enough to see my son despite that we are late but as the Doctor's attitude when I was talking to him seems that he took it personally of what happened with his staff. He didn't answer me sincerely with all my questions. I thank the Doctor that he still look at my son but I hope he should also talk to his staff regarding their bad behaviour towards their patients!!

Dr. B is only conserned about his billing. With multiple mistakes during our appointments ie asking if I had an ankle problem knowing full well my issue was a different issue. Also, the admin at this clinic is a detriment to this clinic and the healthcare industry. There is NO response to email, no follow-up on referrals and certainly No response from the Dr. my wife and I emailed directly, through LinkedIn, through their customer portal, and through reception. This clinic is a joke, built for the Dr. retirement.

I have found Dr. Budhoo to be a very thorough, professional, and attentive family physician. I am fortunate to have him as part of my medical team.

Dr. Rughubir is great. Trying to book an appointment for anything remotely urgent is not. 13 calls today during open hours and not a single pick up.

Me and the wife have been going to this practice for about 2.5 yrs and have to say - No complaints so far. Its a husband and wife who are both doctors at the practice. They are very easy to communicate with and are understanding. There is a great bakery store in the plaza as well - Have to try the Scones there :). This is our first family doctor experience and it has been great. Not looking to change anytime soon. Thanks Dr. Budhoo!

We have been Dr. Rughubir's patients for almost 8 years and she is an amazing doctor. Very caring, professional and knowledgeable. She truly listens to her patients and addresses their concerns. Very happy to have her as our doctor.

Friendly and warm staff who really jump in when you need them. The drs are great, they listen and take their time. Marie and Natalie are amazing run the office really well. Dr. Budhoo is fantastic, knowledgeable and great with little ones. And the convenience of Jane’s Pharmacy just makes everything seamless. Great team that has taken care of our family countless times!

Dr Budhoo and Dr. Raghubir are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate physicians. Marie, their office manager is very accommodating. The medical team seriously cares about their patients. The facility is very clean and their is no wait time when you are prior booked. The clinic is complemented by Jane’s pharmacy. Jane knows all the patients personally and her drug dispensing is flawless with absolutely no wait time. Great place. FIVE STARS!!

I am on my 67th years having gone through multiple family doctors, mostly due to relocation, I have never met a more kind, compassionate, good listener doctor than my current one, Dr Rughubir. She embodies all essential qualities of a Physician: Compassion, Strong Work Ethic, Professionalism, Knowledge, Confident, Humility and Passion. Many of her recent 2020 Flu Clinics were efficiently communicated to patients and well conducted outdoor. I feel so blessed to be one of her patients.

Both the Dr Raghubir & Dr Budhoo are very sensitive & attentive communicators, we have been going to them for many years, very empathetic team who always give a feeling of caring for our overall well being & health.

Dr Budhoo is amazing. I'm changing doctors because of the receptionist. Late 30's or early 40's, white. Terrible bedside manner. Does the bare minimum and acts over worked or like shes going above and beyond by dealing with you. Ive been going there since I lived in Mississauga. Now I'm 65km away and still kept Dr. Budhoo as my family doctor because I like him that much. Sadly I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Dr. Nirvashni is the type of doctor people dream about in Canada. She is our family doctor from last few years and she is the epitome of healthcare. Never makes you feel rushed and makes you feel like a person and doesn't brush off your concerns. Always on time. She truly listens to her patients and addresses their concerns. Efficient office staff always greets you with welcome smile.
