This medical center is very neat and clean along with pharmacy. Staffs & Dr Laura is really amazing . I visited this clinic without appointment first time wait time was hardly 20 min.Staffs are super helpful with enrolling nanes in thr DB. Dr Loura is professional & listen to every details from patient . She was not in hurry . She prescribed medicine which was effective for me. Pharmacist here also super helpful processing everything with my insurance. Visited 2nd time with appointment, wait time was 10 min. I’ll definitely recommend Dr Loura in this clinic. Staffs are helpful even if you call over phone , they really guide ti get appointments. Thank you Square medical centre. Please continue to provide us such awesome service ❤️😊😊 I’ll definitely visit this clinic for my regular medical / health needs.

I was there for a routine medical checkup. After seeing the doctor, the receptionist (who speaks Arabic) refused to comply with my request if I could ask a quick question to the doctor that I completely forgot. She rather wanted me to book another appointment for this matter. That's a double dipping! That's morally unethical! It seems worth while to mention that there were no other patient waiting!! Very disappointed!

Always a wonderful experience here! The staff is compassionate and very accommodating. Dr Laura is kind, knowledgeable and quite wonderful! She has always given me the time to hear out my issues and diagnosed me accordingly. The pharmacy is also very quick to dispense medication with the sweetest people!

I went to see doctor Loura based on a friend’s recommendation and turned out to be a good decision to go to her.She patiently answered all my queries, even advised me better way of getting treated for some of the things which i was really finding it challenging with prior doctors.Also being a lady it becomes more easy to discuss few health concerns with her and the good part is she is very polite and understand the concern from your side of the table.Also I find this clinic better in terms of waiting period comparing to others , so if you are looking for less waiting time then i definitely recommend going to this one.

Please please please dont go to this clinic. If you think you need speciality attention or a reference to a speciality doctor. The doctor is clueless when it comes identifying patients problem. We have been visiting here for a month now. Each week she asks for a new tests. After 4 visits and completing the tests. She has no idea, whats the issue. Also, there is no patient-doctor connection everytime her old patient showsup she has no idea why they are there. We have to explain everything from scratch. Some of these tests could have easily skipped if she listened properly at the first appointment. Waste of time. All the positive reviews here are fake. I went to this clinic after reading those +ve reviews thinking ill have better experience.

If I could give no stars I would. Please don't go here. If your looking for professionalism and a doctor that personable, this is not the place. Do not be fooled by the friends and family 4 star rating. I understand that most people that go here live in the area because it's convenient. But please choose your heath over convince, there are other walk in clinics that will treat their patients with the care patience and respect we deserve and will be welcoming to you asking any questions without making you feel stupid. I've had better service from the rogers automated system than I did here.

What is the Canada Healthcare system in a nutshell? This clinic. While I chose this walk-in clinic for the convenience, cleanliness and overall good reviews I left today with more questions than answers. I came in on a Monday morning when they first opened, it was quiet, only 1 other patient in the waiting room. You’d think I’d be getting the most thorough care since it wasn’t busy. No such thing. Because I didn’t say my appointment was a “general check up” and had only mentioned one specific other reason for my visit, the doctor (Asian- he didn’t mention his name) refused to give me the bloodwork I requested within the same visit. All to make me book a second visit. Again the clinic was EMPTY and there was an onsite lab there. I just wasted my time coming here before work thinking I could get some real help. I will not be coming back here for another appointment. All so he can sit in an empty clinic waiting for patients when he could have helped the one right in front of him.

I am 74 years old. On June 28, 2022 I felt very dizzy so I checked in Square Care Medical Centre for a check up. Two days later on June 30 I received a call from the receptionist Bisan saying Dr. Loura is concerned about my high blood pressure of 175/100 and wanted me to go to the Centre that afternoon. Dr. Loura would not let me leave I until I took a high blood pressure pill prescribed by her at the pharmacy, soon after taking the pill my blood pressure dropped. A few days later Dr. Agaiby phoned me to check on the condition of my blood pressure and was elated to know that the pressure was at a safe level. In the past 3 months the receptionists followed up to schedule my appointments to see Dr. Loura. The pill did bring the pressure down every time when it spiked due to hypertension or due to salty food I ate. The Medical Centre is clean, roomy and well organized and the receptionists are genuinely caring. I am indebted to Dr. Loura's caringness, empathy and professionalism in medicine knowledge. I have been striving very hard to change my life style with the goal of bringing my blood pressure down to normal naturally and get off the drug. Stay tuned on my progress. Recent pressure readings are around 120/80, sometimes at 113/75. September 14, 2022 8 am - Ultra sound test, cardiac diagnosis test (walking on treadmill) and X-ray photo of my heart in Trillium hospital initiated appointment showed normal to good heart condition. The doctor wanted me to have a family doctor but finding a genuinely caring doctor near where I live is very difficult, I hope there will be one or more at or in the vicinity of Square Care Medical Centre.

I came here because I had something stuck in my throat that needed to be removed. I was VERY clear about the issue and that it needed to be removed by a doctor. Knowing well that they do not do any procedures of any sort at all and only give prescription, they say me down anyway and made me wait for 45 minutes to sit me in and say here is a script for allergy medication. This is disgusting. Knowing this procedure needed to be done at a hospital they could have told me to go right there but they wanted to bill for the visit. You should be ashamed.

When I visited - I felt I was in an Arab country! From doctor to staff to pharmacy all speaking Arabic! There was one patient complaining for a strong reaction to the prescribed medicine - the receptionist immediately tried to book appointment with another Arab speaking doctor! The patient left the clinic in protest! BE AWARE - the receptionist's only task is make maximum appointments - as if there salary is based on number of appointments! Watch out!

Great walk-in clinic in Mississauga. Very clean; Staff are very kind and professional;

I could not find a walk-in in Toronto which was holding in person assessments, everything was only being offered through telehealth and I needed a physical examination. I drove the 30+ minutes from Toronto to see them and I am so glad I did. This is the best walk-in experience I have ever had. From the lovely receptionist to Dr Agaiby, everyone is very caring and knowledgeable. I hope the team knows what a wonderful difference they made for me with their kindness. I highly recommend Dr Agaiby and team.

If you come here, expect to spend at least an hour waiting before your scheduled appointment time. I’ve been here a few times and have had to wait close to an hour, only to be seen for 5 minutes. Unbelievable. Two walk-ins were seen at a faster rate than my scheduled appointment (same doctor, to make the comparison fair). Staff and doctor are friendly enough, but I have no idea how they are so chronically delayed and behind schedule.

The times I've come here, it was to escape the nightmare of my family doctor. Of course the wait times will be extremely long if it's a busy day, given that it's a walk-in clinic so I would recommend booking an appointment! The parking around the area is paid so you're better off taking a nice walk from the mall and saving yourself that extra cash. Onto the service I've received - the front desk has always been nice to me. Maybe I'm more fortunate to have that experience than some of the other patients. I've seen Dr. Laura who took care of some health concerns I've had and she was really nice. I've also seen Dr. Renih who has been welcoming and attentive to my issues over the last month or so. I understand that their time is limited so it's never really an issue with me that my appointments are cut short. It is a walk-in after all and they probably have to work continuously throughout the day. But I'm glad I've been seeing improvement with my health. The pharmacist is SUPER sweet. She always greets me with a warm smile. Bless her soul, she deserves a good vacation one of these days!

The doctor didn't want to answer you any question and always looks like inpatient. They even don't do the basic inspection like blood pressure and temperature measurement before making prescription.

Very quick and excellent service. All staffs are very caring and listen to queries patiently.. On top of it - Doctor Laura is a great physician who diagnosis the condition effortlessly and prescribes medication which works so well. She is the best doctor in Mississauga and recommends to everyone in case you need..

I had been visiting multiple different walk-in clinics today at around 5 pm to no avail, until I came across square care medical centre. I was desperate for a decent walk-in clinic to fulfill my prescription because the others were either already closed or were not accepting walk-in patients for the day. the kind receptionist at square care medical centre told me that if I could make it in 15 mins then I would be able to get my prescription. because of the multiple locations they had, I had actually gone to another location that was about 10 minutes walk away, which resulted in me being a few minutes late. however, the doctor waited for me anyway, and needless to say he was just as kind and compassionate as the rest of the staff (the pharmacist too) and took me in as his last patient for the day. I was seen within minutes, the medications were dispensed very quickly by the pharmacist, the clinic was also clean and spacious. if there will be a family doctor within the clinic/medical group, I would absolutely come back and register myself!

I took my wife for an issue and I have to say that was my first and last time coming to this place. Be aware that when you come in, you will feel like you are in India literally surrounded by Indian people plus the staff. The staff barely speaks proper English. There was just one young guy that I can say was Canadian for sure. He was the only one that I was able to speak and understand. The location is dirty ( they should vacuum at least) inside they have the sign for a mandatory mask that no one was respecting! I am giving 2 stars just because the doctor treated my wife professionally and the location was convenient but that's all.

It was an unpleasant experience. I walk-in few weeks before and staff told me that the waiting time would be 45 minutes. However, even after an hour,I had not been attended to. The staff told me that it needs another 35 minutes. I ended up waiting for nearly 2 hours before it was finally my turn. Also, I scheduled an appointment for a blood draw at 10:00 this morning. And I received a call at 9:55 informing me that the doctor would be unable to attend, which I find highly unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.

For a medical facility, it does not get any worse. They are useless. Scheduled an appointment for a well woman exam. Showed up for the appointment, was ushered into the waiting station. Doctor arrived and stated she could not see me today as she had too many patients. WTH!!! Why did you not call and cancel before I left the house. Zero ethics!!!

What’s the point of making appointment and you still have to wait about an hour when you arrive at your scheduled time? I’m not sure if the staff just treat the appointment patient as walk-in patient. It happened about three times when I did make an appointment.. disappointing management. Seems the clinic doesn't want to loose any patient by wasting time of the others.

Dr Loura and rest of the staff are exceptional and kind and are thorough in what they do.

i gave 5 stars ahwile ago but did not elaborate bc i wanted to be thorough in my review. here it is: it has been a struggle to find a good walk in clinic (anywhere!) that has good and reliable drs, especially when so few family drs are accepting patients and the rest are at least a 1 to 2 hr wait just to speak with someone. i had a terrible experience with the other walk in around the corner at the worst time of my life and this clinic is nothing like this. 1.) they actually answer their phones (for relevance-the other walk-in does not answer, no option to leave a vm) 2.) all staff from admin to pharmacy and every one in between are not only professional but friendly and knowledgeable 3.) i cannot say enough about Dr. Loura Michael who has repeatedly taken the time to actually listen and remember her patients - she is thorough and she does not rush you. advises you with great care to ensure you get the treatment you need. 4.) any referrals or request for paperwork to communicate with other parties are done without issue it may seem i am listing points that should be fairly obvious or expected of any service provider or as if i am comparing this clinic to the worst of the worst but i assure you...the standard of most walk ins have become substandard or non existant. it is more than appreciated that this clinic is operates smoothly with great staff.

Dr. Laura and staff were amazing. This was my first time at the clinic and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and there was no waiting time. Afterwards, the pharmacist was very helpful and knowledgeable. Overall a wonderful experience. I have no plans of getting sick in the future, but I do, I'll surely be coming back to this clinic.

I had the best experiance coming to this clinic with my baby for imunatization. Excellent patient care!! Clean,  friendly receptionist and knowlagble and helpful. And first and formost Dr Laura was patient, friendly and knowlagble. I give this clinic 5 stars. Thank you, you make life a bit easier :)

Amazing staff and doctors. I took my baby and wife for an urgent check one day and was so moved by the exceptionaly polite service of the staff and the Doctor that we chose this place to be our Family Doctors. Dr Laura is very polite and caring. The pharmacy staff is great as well, very good experience here.

One of the best walk in clinic near this area. Staffs are friendly.They are providing good services. However Saturday mornings would be crowded. So you should expect long waiting period on Saturdays. Especially for giving blood samples for testing.Diabetic patients may feel difficulties if they are on fasting. Please plan accordingly.

Both my husband and I are patients at this clinic, the doctors are responsive and they Listen… they go above and beyond to get to the route of the problem instead of just writing a prescription to manage the symptoms. I highly recommend Dr. Shehato and her team of medical professionals.

DR Laura did a great job with my health exam. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment, which is crucial for a patient to discuss their medical concerns. Finding a physician who possesses all of these outstanding qualities, cares about the patient as a person, and provides exceptional medical care is rare. The staff were always helpful and kind.

I love this place, my favourite walk in clinic. the front desk nurses they are very nice and responsible. Especially want to say thank you to Bisan and Sajia（excuse me if any spelling issue) I visited this medical centre for my pregnancy follow up issues, each time they are very kind and nice even remember my name :) One time I was awaiting for a urgent medical test result, Sajia understood about my anxiety and called me right away when they got the report!!! Dr. Colin also very nice and patient to all of my pregnancy questions. Big thank you to all for the professional service! :)
