If you're looking for a family doctor, go elsewhere - you will wait a very long time, even if you book an appointment a week+ in advance because they apparently prioritize walk-in patients. When, for the second time in a row, I was left waiting in an empty waiting room for over an hour for a simple meet and greet with a family doctor, I was assured by one of the doctors that if I had a problem I was free to go elsewhere. So if you want to have your time wasted AND get treated like a piece of garbage, then this might be your new favourite clinic!

I couldn't be happier with the service I've received at this walk-in medical clinic. From the moment I started coming here for my weekly allergy shots, I've been consistently impressed. The efficiency of this clinic is top-notch, and the online booking system is a breeze to use. It's a relief to know that I can easily schedule my appointments with just a few clicks. Noor and Ken at the front desk are not only efficient but also incredibly friendly, making every visit welcoming. One of the standout features of this clinic is their ability to store my allergy shots for me, saving me time and hassle. I primarily see Dr. Jelloo for my allergy shots, and he's always punctual and genuinely delighted to see me. What sets him apart is his willingness to go the extra mile by offering advice on other health concerns and checking in to see if I need any additional support. Dr. Beshara is another fantastic physician at this clinic, always greeting patients with a warm smile, regardless of how busy he is. The positivity he radiates is infectious and reassuring. And then there's Dr. Lim, who brings a unique perspective to the team with his diverse expertise in mental health. His willingness to share his own lived experiences humanizes him and destigmatizes my own journey, making patients like me feel understood and supported. I must mention the thoroughness of the physician assistants who handle prescreening. Their attention to detail is commendable. While the online booking system has some quirks when it comes to confirming, canceling, or rescheduling appointments, the staff more than compensate for it with their dedication and friendliness. Most clinics don't even have an online booking system yet so I'm happy to know they're continually improving things. In conclusion, I am genuinely pleased with the care I receive at this clinic. The combination of efficiency, friendly staff, and a caring medical team makes it a top-notch choice for healthcare needs.

Booked an appointment, got a confirmation that a Clinical assistant would call at the appointment time to put me through to a doctor. No one called, there was no update on my appointment but they did take all my health card info during the booking process. Not sure if this clinic is legit.

super happy with this clinic! amazing customer service. the pharmacy had my medication ready for pick up very quickly. the junior doctor Sofia was very nice as well. would definitely recommend!

The staff are friendly. However, I was suppose to have been referred to a specialist due to the pain I was experiencing. I waited over 2 weeks before I decided to inquire about an update. I called, they said they would call me back…and nothing. I found out that the requisition wasn’t even put through! How does this happen at a doctors office? Terrible follow up.

As a walk in clinic, I was pleasantly surprised with wait time, services and professionalism of receptionists and doctors. I was in between doctors for a while so I came to this clinic often. The only thing I'd say is try to keep on top of your referrals if you are trying to be referred to a specialist elsewhere. Call in and check on things so that you aren't waiting forever. I needed a chest xray to see a specialist the clinic referred me to, but was never told about the requirement so I was left waiting for months. But when I called in and found out what I needed I went back to the clinic and got the requisition form within a day for the xray. Other than that, I've had a great experience. Ended up switching to one of the doctors permanently to be my main family doctor because of the convenience. This clinic is for walking as well as family doctors.

Dropped in to see if I could see a Dr or make an appointment and i was pleasantly surprised as I was able to be seen right away. This is a very nice clinic. Staff are awesome very professional. I didn't have to wait and I was happy with the referrals. My new health clinic and I would recommend it to anyone looking for primary health care.

I am grateful for the extra care and diligence of the team, Nur is really amazing in handling the reception and appointments, Dr Jaime is very helpful and genuinely caring towards his patients, Dr Fawzy Beshara is also caring, emphatetic and amazing doctor! Sometimes the clinic gets super busy the waiting time could be longer but this says of the many people who trust them. Kudos to this clinic!

The facility, reception staff and the doctor has been amazing. They’ve followed up regularly with us on our appointments and have been very accommodating. I would highly recommend this branch for anyone looking for a doctor.

I have never done this but I need to mention about the incredible service after having trouble for day’s trying to book a specialist appointment! I called the office in a state Noor (receptionist), without her help I still wouldn’t have an appointment, as it was a painful experience. Everything was wrong even the phone number on the form. She along with dealing with patient’s spent close to an hour calling and getting the runaround asI did but she didn’t stop and now I have my appointment’s! They are helpful, Jamie when I was in waiting helped by telling me the best place for me to go for my blood work. It’s nice to know that when you need help, they are there! Debra

Slow, no one to answer the phone, couldn’t reach a proper person who knows what they’re talking about. Couldn’t fill my prescriptions cause the pharmacist was too busy getting coffee.
