I
have
two
positives
and
six
negatives
about
my
experience:
Positives
1.
Food
is
tasty.
We
had
beef
sliders,
chicken
biryani,
lahori
chicken,
butter
chicken,
and
gilafi
kabab.
All
were
good.
2.
Some
servers
were
attentive,
particularly
the
ones
in
blue
shirts.
Negatives
-
I’ll
focus
solely
on
all
the
ways
they
tried
to
upsell
me
during
the
experience
1.
They
ask
if
you
want
still
or
sparkling
water.
While
they
do
have
tap
water
(as
all
restaurants
do),
they
don’t
offer
it
as
an
option.
Remember
to
ask
for
tap
water
otherwise
they’ll
charge
you
$6
a
bottle.
2.
They
tell
you
that
you
haven’t
ordered
enough
food.
We
ordered
5
dishes
for
5
people
and
they
said
it
won’t
be
enough.
We
then
said
we’d
add
on
more
later
and
they
said
we
need
to
order
all
at
once.
We
said
we’re
good
with
our
order
then.
The
food
ended
up
being
ample
and
we
had
leftovers.
3.
When
you
order
certain
dishes,
they
ask
you
if
you
want
4
pieces,
8
pieces,
etc..
Unlike
some
restaurants
that
will
have
a
small
surcharge
to
increase
portions,
they
simply
add
on
multiple
orders
of
the
dish.
They
way
they
ask
makes
it
confusing
to
realize.
4.
They
pressure
you
to
order
drinks.
I
would
order
a
drink,
but
$18
for
a
mocktail
is
absurd.
5.
When
the
bill
came,
they
punched
in
the
total
and
handed
me
the
terminal.
I
asked
if
I
could
see
the
receipt.
When
I
did
that,
he
said
“oh
yeah,
I
forgot
you
only
ordered
one
of
this
dish
and
didn’t
get
a
bottle
of
water”.
If
I
hadn’t
asked
to
check,
I
would
have
been
charged
at
least
$40
more.
6.
An
18%
gratuity
is
already
added
and
they
don’t
mention
it
to
you.
When
they
punch
in
the
total,
you’re
asked
for
gratuity
again.
Be
careful
with
this
or
you
might
end
up
paying
40%
in
gratuity
(18%
*
2
compounded)
for
bad
service.
To
Farzi
management,
if
you
want
loyal,
repeat
customers,
I
highly
recommend
you
change
your
upselling
practices.
If
you
want
one
time
customers,
feel
free
to
continue
to
do
what
you’re
doing.
