The
DoorDash
driver
carried
the
bag
by
its
handles,
with
the
pizza
boxes
vertical;
you
can
see
the
results.
My
family
was
extremely
dismayed
and
disgusted
that
our
expensive
meal
that
we
had
planned
for
a
while
was
completely
ruined.
I
called
Goodfellas
right
afterwards,
and
when
I
asked
their
front
line
worker
what
could
be
done
for
customer
service,
she
was
at
a
loss.
I
then
asked
to
speak
with
a
manager.
After
talking
to
the
Goodfellas
(GF)
kitchen
manager,
he
said
that
DoorDash
(DD)
was
responsible
and
that
I
should
talk
to
them
about
a
refund.
So
I
talked
to
them
on
a
web
chat,
and
DD
got
into
contact
with
GF
and
they
agreed
that
GF
would
issue
the
refund.
I
contacted
GF
once
again,
and
was
informed
that
the
refund
was
done
and
I
might
have
to
wait
a
few
days
before
it
appeared
on
my
credit
card
statement.
Well,
it
never
appeared,
so
eventually
I
called
GF
again
and
talked
to
Zain,
their
area
manager.
He
texted
me
afterwards
that
a
refund
had
been
issued
and
that
it
would
take
2
business
days.
Well,
that
meant
that
the
refund
was
not
done
in
the
first
place.
I
even
ordered
again
from
them
in
the
meantime,
and
picked
up
the
meal
myself
this
time.
For
the
original
order,
I
waited
several
days
again,
and
once
more,
nothing
came
through.
I
then
texted
Zain
the
order
number
and
amount,
to
make
sure
they
had
done
it
correctly.
He
ignored
me,
and
two
subsequent
messages,
so
I
decided
I
needed
to
post
this.
I
will
dispute
the
credit
card
charge
next.
Goodfellas
customer
service
is
about
the
worst
I've
ever
dealt
with,
and
I
almost
never
complain
about
food.
They
took
my
hard
earned
dollars,
delivered
an
atrocious
result,
and
either
lied
multiple
times
about
the
refund
being
given,
or
simply
couldn't
do
it
properly.
They
refused
to
correct
it
after
being
given
numerous
opportunities.
They
will
never
get
my
business
again.
