The DoorDash driver carried the bag by its handles, with the pizza boxes vertical; you can see the results. My family was extremely dismayed and disgusted that our expensive meal that we had planned for a while was completely ruined. I called Goodfellas right afterwards, and when I asked their front line worker what could be done for customer service, she was at a loss. I then asked to speak with a manager. After talking to the Goodfellas (GF) kitchen manager, he said that DoorDash (DD) was responsible and that I should talk to them about a refund. So I talked to them on a web chat, and DD got into contact with GF and they agreed that GF would issue the refund. I contacted GF once again, and was informed that the refund was done and I might have to wait a few days before it appeared on my credit card statement. Well, it never appeared, so eventually I called GF again and talked to Zain, their area manager. He texted me afterwards that a refund had been issued and that it would take 2 business days. Well, that meant that the refund was not done in the first place. I even ordered again from them in the meantime, and picked up the meal myself this time. For the original order, I waited several days again, and once more, nothing came through. I then texted Zain the order number and amount, to make sure they had done it correctly. He ignored me, and two subsequent messages, so I decided I needed to post this. I will dispute the credit card charge next. Goodfellas customer service is about the worst I've ever dealt with, and I almost never complain about food. They took my hard earned dollars, delivered an atrocious result, and either lied multiple times about the refund being given, or simply couldn't do it properly. They refused to correct it after being given numerous opportunities. They will never get my business again.

I give it the two stars only because the service was decent. I ordered the pork skewers and felt it was a complete waste of money as it was just a plate of vegetables and skinny skewers of meat which was over cooked. It should have been a bit more generous with the portion of meat considering it was a $28 plate. I feel overall the food itself was overpriced and not receiving moneys worth. Pizza was alright and was fluffy which I enjoyed. But also not worth it. I would recommend maybe trying out another spot. I also don’t think I’d go here again.

First time trying and I’m blown away by their food and the service. If you’re looking for good Italian pizza, this is it. Would 100 per cent come back!

Great place, great ambiance and fantastic food. Loved the experience. Wood oven pizza was good in taste and very soft. Initially, it took some time to place the order because everyone was busy at the restaurant, but later, everything came quickly to the table. I would strongly recommend this place if you want to try authentic pizza and pasta.

The military rations of afghan military personnel has more flavor than the food served here. The food here will help you simulate what it feels like to have covid 19 when you can't taste anything. Vibe is amazing. Their branded beer was very smooth 🍻

Delicious ingredients. Atrociously made. This is my third time ordering from Goodfellas. Midweek, weekends, it doesn't matter. The toppings slide off the flimsy base and the crust is 2-3inches thick. Cut unevenly and once burnt to a crisp. I just don't understand. The ingredients themselves are fresh and delicious but this pizza itself is disappointing.

When we arrived instead of sitting us at a table for two they gave us a table for four which is always more comfortable of course. Without hesitation, Ryan, our waiter came to us and we ordered their Cabernet house wine which is very easy drinking and waited for our calamari to arrive. It is the best calamari in Mississauga. Always tender and fresh and a proper portion with an incredible garlic sauce. We also ordered their margarita pizza. A simple pizza as we all know but not easily made. It took them about five minutes after clearing our calamari to bring it out. Perfect timing no rush. In the meanwhile instead of waiting for special toppings like chili peppers and hot oil and extra Parmesan, Ryan brought them out ahead of time out. No asking required. They know what you want. The Margarita is a ten. We went overboard and decided to order the capricciosa pizza. Delicious but too much, so we doggy bagged. Overall a very good evening. Can’t wait to come back, especially as the weather is getting better to sit on their beautiful patio overlooking the vibrant City of Mississauga.

We drive past this place all the time and decided to give it a try, the pizza was better than what you'd get at other places like Pizza Pizza, Gino's Pizza, Pizza Nova, etc. But is it worth the $58 price? NO WAY!

Have gone to this location a few times with small groups of friends or family. Parking may appear to be convaluted and confusing at first but there is two hour free parking underground for Goodfellas customers however you need to get this validated by a staff member. This location gets busy after 6pm on weekends. Our most recent visit was not bad. I still enjoy the overall ambience and dining experience but the food was just okay. The paradelle had no taste and as if it was sitting in a pool of water. The polenta fries were very over cooked and the bruschetta soggy. Calamari and arancini had a very nice taste but the speduci felt like it was missing something. We opted to order any drinks this time around. Wished there were more dessert options. Service was quick but maybe too quick. We were the only ones at that moment so I understand the quick turn around. But there were times we were still eating and felt like we had to quickly give our dish away (server standing next to us asking if it can be taken away). Bathroom was missing supplies. Overall would come again and try out new dishes.

The restaurant had an elegant and tasteful interior decor with very comfortable seating. The service is stunning and the staff is very well trained and knowledgeable about the menu. The view out the window was great. We tried the margarita pizza nd some house beers, both tasted good. The music 🎶 playing in the background was very pleasant.

The food was delicious and the ambiance is lovely. It has a rustic look and reminds of us of our time on the Amalfi coast. The restaurant is warm and inviting and the dessert is the absolute best way to end a lovely evening. Great food, great place, great company!

The quality of our service was great! Our server, Garry, was very attentive and helpful during our first visit. We all ordered a Napoletana-style pizza, which is 1-serving/4 sliced pizza, and quite big. The pizzas were all really good, our favourite was the Bosco due to the delicious white sauce! The room we were sat in was gorgeous, it was mostly windows and had a nice view of the Marilyn towers. I will definitely be returning again with a larger appetite.

This place was amazing!!! Starting off with the service. Our server, Wendy, was very nice and helpful explaining the items in the menu. The Spettacolare pizza was great. The dough was cooked perfectly and had a great taste.

Good atmosphere and ambiance. Appetizers were nice. We ordered two large pizzas.The Food was fresh but lacked taste. Good place for dine in, and the staff was friendly.

Calamari is a must try! Took us back to our time in Greece because of how fresh it was. Recommend the margherita pizza as well. Will get two of those next time. -1 just because the service was slow on a busy Friday night (understandable).

Good the largest size Margherita pizza they had and split with 2 other friends. Very filling for the price (36 pre tax). Crust was nice, thick and fluffy and sauce/cheese were on point. Pretty decent house wine too.

Ordered 2 pizzas for take-out via website. You have to set up an account, which is a hassle. But otherwise a smooth process. Pick up was slow. Order was for 12:45pm. I arrived at 12:50pm and they weren't ready yet. They were brought out to me at 1:05pm. They were that busy. Just a few tables, and they had staff milling about. So not recommended for brief lunch breaks on work days... Only come when you have more time to spare. The space looks nice. Would consider coming to dine-in in the future and try more from their menu. Pizzas themselves -- Bosco and Burrata -- were great!

Love this place, super delicious food, friendly staff and amazing vibe. This is my second time and I will be coming more and more. Diavola pizza was so unbelievably good that I’ve ordered it every single time, don’t want to even try anything else. They are also very helpful in terms of customizing your pizza, e.g, making veggie versions of meat based pizzas. P.S: they have options which is not on the menu, e.g., Pepperoni. 😋

I went her for a date night with my husband and it was a great experience. I loved the ambiance and their wood oven pizzas are amazing. Also, loved the Rose sangria. I wish they had some chocolate Flavoured dessert options though.

Goodfellas is officially in my top 3 best restaurants ever. The food was absolutely stunning and tasty. But remember it’s not just the food that makes you wanna go back, it is the service and ambiance too. We were greeted and hosted by Malcom, who had a lovely smile and great recommendations for us. The gnocchi pasta with mushrooms was the best recommendation and a clear winner ! If you are reading this review, do ask for the gnocchi in pesto pasta.. It was my third visit to Goodfellas yesterday, the best one so far. I’m glad I chose to dine at Goodfellas yesterday (made my birthday more merrier).

First time here and we had an incredible experience. Service was great. Got the Diavola Pizza and it was absolute perfection! So fresh and light you could keep eating it…the dough was just so soft and warm you could tell how much love it was made with. Would highly recommend this! We got the Limoncello and mini Red Velvet for dessert - nothing to write home about though we were not expecting the kick the Limoncello hit us with. Overall a great experience so happy we came here 😊

Best Italian place I’ve eaten in! I’ve had the Gnocchi al Funghi (with chicken), Capricciosa (kiln-cooked pizza), and a glass of Bellini. I wanted to taste the chicken by itself so I had it on the side, which I would definitely recommend! It is already a dish in itself - very soft, tender, and flavourful. The pizza was amazing, it being cooked in a kiln and all. There is a 2-hour, free parking service in the building beside the restaurant. You don’t have to pay for the parking outside (don’t make the same mistake I did, lol). All-in-all, a best place to have lunch or dinner!

Great service, super ambience. Love the Tuscany style feel with glass roof and stone walls. The pizza, gnocchi and veal parmigiana all were tasty and delicious.

Absolutely love it here! The food, the staff, and the service are FANTASTIC! The calamari is one of the best we’ve had in the city and the manager, Chandra, has been an absolute star. Highly recommend the wood oven pizzas, tried nearly all of them and haven’t been disappointed! We started coming here in October 2022 and it has become a regular spot for us. We’ve hosted one family party here and are planning for a second. We look forward to many more date nights, special occasions, and memories at Goodfellas (Burnhamthorpe Rd) :) PS. We would have added pictures but it all smelled too delicious, we couldn’t wait to dig in!

It's a great place with awesome food. Very clean, and well kept facilities. The decor is also very nice and gives it an authentic feel. Food was ready in minutes. The waitress was very pleasant and the pizza was amazing! They use wood burning ovens. They also have many different things for sale like vines, some kinds of foods, oils, etc. Really nice place.

Hitesh was friendly and professional- great vibe for a quiet thursday evening. We tried a classic Margherita pizza, it was decent- crust was best part, sauce was bit watery for my personal liking- but light and easy on the stomach. The restaurant is beautiful inside and very clean. Will have to come back again and try some other menu items for sure!
