They used to have a great customer service and very helpful staff not anymore. Always low on stocks specialy on fruit and vegetable section. It doesn't matter what time of the day you get there; they are short of stock. Staff are not helpfull at all.

Free parking up to 2 hours (see pic), great location in heart of Surbiton, near the station. Medium size store with good variety of groceries and wide aisles. Shame the free coffee machines for loyal customers no longer available.

The store is tired and understocked. The cabinets, shelves and fittings are dirty and encrusted with grime. The floors haven't been properly cleaned in months. The 'partners' seem unhappy and take little pride in their jobs. It's a shame when a premium store can't get basic cleaning right.

Good shopping experience not the cheapest but certainly has a good selection of quality foods and wine. The fresh fish, meat and cheese counters are a joy. Also, Well done to Waitrose for a great job in providing support to those less fortunate.

I popped into Waitrose with my two kids aged 3 and 4 months. Couldn't find parent parking so just parked in a normal bay, when I got out I saw this... Would've been nice if it was available to park in as there's not many parenting parking bays as there is!

There is spooky, thefts activity going on in Waitrose car park in Surbiton . On Friday 20 October I was in the car starting to leave car park open ground level. Then I herd a tap on the right side of my car , so I open the door, did not get out there.was a man age late fifties asked me for £4.75 cash to by a train ticket for hot his wife to go to st’ Thomas hospital he told me his Oyster card did not work. I was in a rush to leave so I gave him £10. Then he said No it £14.75 he needed. So I gave him another £10. He then walked off . I left the car park and thought if was be kind to a real desperate helpless person?? Again on Saturday 4th November between 10.30-11.30 am. I park my car in front of back Waitrose entrance. After finishing shopping returned to the car and discovered that my petrol cap of my car got stolen. I went to report , ask the assistant to check the cameras in care park . The answer I received was nothing they can do!!!!! Phone the head office. 😄😄😄😄😄

Who on earth to design and install a phone stand at fixed distance under the bar code scanner for the scan-n-shop devices? Do anyone successfully scan the membership codes using Iphone Pro Max?

Well laid out store with very wide range of items including excellent fresh fish. Staff helpful and modest to no queues at checkout most of the time.

It is a sad reflection of what Waitrose should be about. Poorly stocked, few staff, stacked high and imposingly on the aisles. Very tired looking store needing a refresh. Shopped there since the day it opened but now maybe have to go elsewhere.

This has been my preferred store for the past 13 years but I must say it’s gone downhill quite a bit. At the moment there are virtually no frozen goods as the freezers are broken, including the one in the stock room (according to a member of staff). There have been empty shelves for several years now and I doubt this is all due to supply chain problems as other stores don’t seem to have this issue. The only constant is the super friendly staff which has always been the case. They must be very happy to work for WR as I see quite a few who have been there for all those years! The empty shelves are not unique to this particular store - John Lewis and Waitrose have been going through challenging times for a while now so I hope they will find a way to resurface!

Good range. Same as a big Waitrose but smaller Sushi bar for lunching snacks as well

Whenever you go in you get accosted by people making food bank demands. I’m going to Sainsbury’s instead. I need to be respected as a customer not constantly harried.

Just the best. I was in a bit of a fix prior to hosting a dinner party, but fortunately the local Waitrose stocks Essential Porcini Pate and Essential Beluga Caviar. This cost of living crisis just got real, man!

Not great on today's visit, very little vegetables or salad items in stock but over all, this is a great store.

Seem to have a few items on my list that wernt there, but instead we're replaced by other items instead, slightly confusing. The till I went to was not working properly and I really felt for the worker as it was holding her up! Nothing worse than working with equipment that is old and needs updating. Apart from that it was OK.

Mainly well stocked across their normal products, occasionally the range is slightly reduced because of supply chain issues, but usually not for long, and the essentials always seem to be there in the usual quantities. The caring, cheerful, helpful partners (staff) always make it a pleasure to visit.

We have a 4 week old baby and are utterly exhausted. Parked up and got the baby into the carrier, off we go into the store. Realise over an hour later we have lost the car keys! Hurry back to the car and see that we actually left the car unlocked and the keys in the ignition 🤦🏻‍♀️😂😴 Thank you for not stealing the car, customers of Waitrose Surbiton! 🙌🏼

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service experience. I placed an online delivery order through Uber Eats and received a notification via the app that the pasta I had requested was canceled and refunded. Since the pasta was a crucial part of my order, I called to inquire if they could substitute it instead of canceling, but unfortunately, the response was a firm refusal. Although I've been a frequent shopper here, this experience has made me reconsider returning in the future.

👍👍 Large supermarket close to the city. Excellent transport links but most importantly a large car park for shoppers, 90min free parking. The front of the store has been redesigned and the car park is now on one level in the front of the store. The store is good size with all the usual products, lots...
