    フルコースを堪能しました。ロケーションは最高、お料理は‥‥ 見た目はとても良いですし、彩りもきれいですが、サーブするスタッフが料理についての知識が無かったり、んー(;＞_＜;)、フレンチってもうちょっとキメ細やかなサービスしてほしいかなぁ。 スタッフが近くにいません。 いちいち立って呼びに行かないと気付かないなんて、ホテルのレストランとしてよく成り立つなと。。 フォアグラのスープは臭みがひどくて残しました。 メインのヒレステーキは、ヒレとは思えないくらい固かったですね。 因みにどこの牛か聞いても分からなかったみたいです。 私自身はリピートなし。お付き合いならばお供するかも？ もっとサービスが良い個人店はたくさんありますから。

    子供がいつもと違うところで食べたいということで、数年振りに行ってみました。ランチだったので、コース以外もあると思って入ったらコースしかなかった…。予定以上の出費。コースメニューは３つで肉料理をチョイス。チーズダメなので避けてください、と伝えたら快く受けてくれました。深謝！全員が食べ終わらないと出てこないので、良い感じに満たされました。お肉もそこそこボリュームあって美味しかった。一番美味しかったのはパンかも。おかわりすれば良かった。結婚式やってて、ちょっと幸せ分けて貰えたかも。

    今日は、春の県産食材にフォーカスをあてた、プランタンのlunchを頂きにローズさんへいきました。食べてみないと損ですよ、って伝えたいです。 一足早く、茨城の春の訪れと桜の息吹をお料理で満喫してきました。 １、茨城の食材が主に使われたコース料理は大変美味しかったです。フランス料理決めてのSOURCEは食材そのモノの食感や味をさらに生かしていて、料理長の腕の良さが分かりました。Dezertも最後の肉料理に合わせた手の混んだ物。 お勧めの赤ワインは、お肉をさらに美味しく頂くことが出来、パン、珈琲のおかわりも下さり、大変な満足を味あわせてくださいました。 このお値段では、、申し訳ない。 ２、後日 おばさん1人で、 ホワイトデーコースをランチで堪能。 若い頃、ホワイトデー？ 素敵で食材良くて手が混んでる美味しいお料理をご馳走になれたら、人生変わっていたかも。。💦

    テロワールコースをプラス2,000円で常陸牛にしたものをいただきました。前菜の穴子のテリーヌは食べずらかったですが、コースはトータル美味しかったです。常陸牛はトリュフソースが絶妙でとろける美味しさでした。 店員さんの気配りも嬉しかったですが、コース料理でナイフとフォークを使い回すのが嫌いな私。それぞれの料理で変えていただけるお店も減ってきた中で、きちんとしたスタイルだったのも嬉しかったです。

    宿泊した際に朝食をいただきました。 フルーツのカットや野菜の鮮度は良いです。それ以外の使っている食材が酷いものばかりです。ビジネスホテルの無料朝食にでてくるヨーグルトやパン、ドリンク、おかずです。残念です。

    嫁がカレーが食べたいと言うので、良く行くここのレストランに。 そう言えば、此処のカレーは食べた事が有りませんでした。 写真も無く、頂いて見ました。 ホロホロと口の中で解ける瑞穂牛、カレーは野菜がたっぷり溶けて美味いです。 決して辛くは無く、お子さんでも喜んで頂ける辛さ。 美味しいカレーが食べたくなったら此処ですね。
