Me and my girlfriends came for relaxing trip to this magical lake and through some research ended up at the East West Central Atitlán for a massage. Our booking experience with Juliana was perfect. She sent us the menu via WhatsApp, helped us arrange transportation and squeezed us in. The magic of the lake extends to this serene wellness center and the experience you receive as soon as you step foot on the dock. Juliana was waiting for us with umbrellas to walk us up the hill for our massages. We were then given a tour of the grounds, the restaurant and then finally our massage rooms. We were perfectly paired with our massage therapists and given an amazing massage. It was a perfect balance of relaxing, therapeutic and healing. My friends have been massage therapist for 10+ years and I have worked in spa management for several years so we speak from experience when we say we highly recommend East West Center if you’re looking for an amazing experience. I had the privilege of spending the day at East West Center Atitlan with Vanja and Julianna. They were inviting and welcomed me with open arms for my treatments which included an aromatherapy massage and healthy skin facial. In addition to having lunch at the Sante Cafe also on premise. The practices are holistic and sound. There location is a sacred safe with balanced energy with a beautiful view of the lake. They provided an explanation of the treatments and what to expect. If you are at Lake Atitlan they are a short tuktuk ride from central San Marcos.

Perfect experience, never had a massage that good, relaxing and healing. The setting by the lake of Atitlan with the beautiful view is amazing. The welcoming, personalization and attention to details is of the highest standard to the point that I haven’t found an equivalent quality in Guatemala. I strongly recommend it.

I had an amazing massage and cranial sacral therapy this afternoon with Vanja. I appreciated that he was able to read what my body needed and incorporate different modalities. It was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating, and I will definitely be back. Thank you!!

I had a wonderful 2 hour massage and energetic healing at East West Center Atitlan. Juliana is such a skilled and loving women. Her energy immediately made me feel at ease and I was able to relax and open up to receive the massage and healing. The massage and oils she used were really lovely and the energetic treatment felt powerful in a subtle way. Though the location is a bit off the beaten path, the sound of the ocean and the wonderful massage makes this place worth it! We enjoyed the calming massages tailored perfectly to our respective needs. And Juliana was incredibly helpful in giving recommendations about the area as well. Would recommend!

A beautiful, peaceful sanctuary on Lake Atitlan! My partner and I enjoyed a wonderful couple’s massage with Juliana and Maria. We were able to arrive to the property by kayak, and the employees kept it safe during the rain storm. We arrived early and we’re welcomed with hot tea and a comfortable place to relax and look out to the lake. The massage was truly one of the best I’ve had, and felt incredibly healing as well as relaxing. We had a quick consult before hand so that our therapists could tailor the massage to our needs. We’re still feeling the effects days later! We ate at the cafe afterwards, which was delicious. Would highly recommend. Anyone would be lucky to have a massage with Juliana and Maria!

I had the loveliest facial with Juliana of the East West Center while staying at Lake Atitlan. I chose the anti-aging facial, which involved facial massage. Afterwards I was so relaxed and my skin was glowing. Juliana is a delight!

I very rarely leave reviews, but I thought this experience deserved one - it was perfect from start to finish! Vanja greeted me at the gate (easy to pass, look out for big metal gate if you arrive early) before the session, and took time before we started to let me settle in to the space, to explain the treatment, and to go through any potential contradictions. I chose to have a mix of treatments - a massage for my tired muscles, as well craniosacral therapy and needleless accupuncture. The massage was one of the most relaxing massages I've received (and I do try to go regularly), and the second part was the cherry on top to help me completely release. I walked out feeling like I had just woken up from a deep sleep! Overall it was an amazing experience, and I would definitely recommend choosing a treatment at East West Center if you find yourself in San Marcos.

I had a few sessions here the EFT, Bach Flower ( with Juliana) and Tarot reading (with Myshelle). Each session was so special, and eye opening. Both were amazing women, and I felt so comfortable in their space. Everything was so unique and curated for me and my needs. We spoke about the things I wanted to work and was also given the tools to help me achieve them. I’ve never had a session like these, where I felt so positively effected. Two weeks later, and still reflecting on my experience here and can’t recommend this place enough.

Juliana was so wonderful and welcoming. The place was so tranquil and perfect for receiving bodywork. So much care and attention was paid to every part of the experience and the healing was so supportive & gentle. Definitely recommend this space for your healing! Note that if you do get a ferry to the San Pablo dock you can walk along the shore to get to the center instead of walking up through town, it's the red building 🥰

I cannot recommend my time at the East West Center more. From the first contact, I knew I was going to have a special experience. Juliana was so accommodating and made everything so simple, from paying the deposit to directing me how to access the Center. Despite arriving very early, I was welcomed like a friend. I had a tarot session with Michelle, which was much more collaborative than anything like this I had explored previously. Michelle was so warm and compassionate, and I felt completely safe. I feel so much more confident in my journey following our time together. I was provided with beautiful home made tea and fresh fruit - all so delicious and wholesome! Following this, I had reiki with Juliana. I had a consultation with Juliana, and we explored my energy levels and what I hoped to get from our session. Juliana asked if I felt comfortable with her using craniosacral therapy - I was very excited about her using this approach, which I’d heard of but never tried. It was a such a powerful experience - the whole time I felt so held. Juliana worked intuitively, including crystals and essential oils and we talked afterwards about what had come up and how I can move forward peacefully. I really feel like my time with Juliana and Michelle is going to have a lasting impact on my life and I’m so grateful to have had that experience ❤️🙏🏼
