Nothing to write home about at this particular franchise. Very nice setting on the lower floor of this corporate building. Food and drinks were very basic, but I guess you don’t go to Guatemala to eat Chinese food either.

Really good food. Staff are great. They go the extra mile to help understand you if your Spanish isn't that great. The entire restaurant is really clean and they follow covid protocols very well.

Nice food, great attention, excellent location. Walking distance for almost most important hotels at zone 10 and 9. Very recommended.

PF Chang is a classic place. Food quality was excellent. Service could be more friendly and make suggestions when people do not know what to order. Also, more attentive, since there were not too many people. Anyway, it is worth the walk.

There were a few problems with the food. Broth was too salty, the wontons were not cooked through. The vegan dish had absolutely no sauce and it was not cooked through either. Disappointing.

Great Food All prepared to order. The location. Is great with outdoor seating. Out server was great my our drinks were always full. He prepared me a special chili dip that was prefect. Really enjoyed our night out.

Food was great, service was above and beyond, I was there for a pick up, they gave me a complimentary drink while I was waiting.

Nice place in zone 10. Cool design, but i would not call it something special. Probably it’s Guatemalian mentality, there are a lot of expensive restaurants in this area (z10) , but in each there is something wrong I cannot say what exactly the problem, I think staff is not very professional

I have been to many all over but found that this one is lacking the final touches to be a franchise that would comfort the traveler that comes to enjoy that special pan asian flare. My pictures will reflect the good and the bad. The first day i went i was looking fo sushi and ordered two main rolls that are their main sellers. 1. Philly roll / this was the best out of all the rolls i had in all two visits 2. PF Chang Roll / this roll had great potential but the execution was terrible. The roll was not complete and rolled half way so it would fall apart when picked up. Now sushi is a bite size piece and typical to eat as is not soaking in soy sauce as most people do. I can say all the flavors are there and explodes but cam also take away from the simple taste that defines ahi and nori. Did not finish my rolls being that it was falling apart. The fact is hat this happened was expressed when the management asked if everything was going well. I typically don’t comment and leave them with the bad impression they left with me but if asked i am very frank and will give my opinion as a chef, customer and foodie. The bill was brought and nor even a thought to adjust for the poor quality nor service was done. I don’t expect that but it is customarily done when it was so evident to the loss in quality and workmanship was there.

Food is always great even though size is quite small for the purpose they sell of sharing. That night Singapore noodles and big Wonton soup are on the pictures. We tried salmon too but my nephew started to eat before I could take a picture lol. Service is outstanding, the best by far compared with other restaurants. If you want sushi and it's a busy night they may ran out of rice before 9 PM. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place to have nice Asian food. Staff is very friendly. Prime location inside a shopping mall. Great upscale ambience. Service is a little slow, but acceptable. Little bit pricey.

Great venue in the bustling fin quarter of Guate City, with a comfortable terras and an excellent service enhancing the joy of the culinary excellence of this modern fusion kitchen. Great job. Will be back soon!

Great staff!!!! Always asking how I was doing and very attentive to how I was doing and needing. Great place to stop buy if you want to wind down and have some food and drinks.
