I
visited
this
hotel
as
a
group
of
3
families
-
I
will
share
only
my
family
experience
to
avoid
wrongfully
expressing
others
feelings.
My
family
consists
on
2
adults
(Aged
39
and
30)
and
3
children
(Aged
9,
7
and
3),
my
youngest
child
is
disabled
and
requires
a
wheel
chair.
We
stayed
at
this
hotel
for
6
nights.
GOOD/DECENT
Food
-
The
food
was
decent
and
hot
most
of
the
times,
and
there
was
variety
in
the
evenings,
however
breakfast
and
lunch
was
the
same
food
every
day.
The
head
chef
was
a
gentleman
-
he
arranged
for
a
birthday
cake
for
us
and
would
ask
if
we
ever
needed
anything.
It
was
because
of
him
we
were
able
to
resolve
some
of
the
issues
below.
This
was
it.
BAD
This
will
take
a
while...
Room
-
we
booked
quad
rooms,
and
we
received
room
458
the
single
pane
glass
in
the
room
allowed
for
the
evening
entertainment
to
sound
like
the
speakers
were
inside
our
room
till
12am.
This
drove
us
crazy.
Additional
to
this,
the
lift
for
the
hotel
is
next
door
and
sounded
like
an
extremely
loud
generator
whenever
the
lift
moved.
Combine
the
sounds
together
and
the
fact
the
Air
conditioning
was
undersized
for
the
rooms
so
we
were
sat
sweating
and
sleepless
made
for
a
perfect
torture
room.
My
wife
was
in
tears
and
my
children
couldn't
sleep.
I
informed
the
reception
on
4
occasions,
and
only
till
I
expressed
frustration
in
person
did
they
send
a
'maintenance'
worker
-
this
individual
tapped
the
vent
a
few
times
and
told
me
the
AC
was
fixed,
it
wasn't.
The
Wifi
also
did
not
work
in
the
entire
hotel
except
in
the
lobby
area
(and
our
new
room).
I
had
no
choice
but
to
move
my
kids
and
wife
into
one
of
the
other
families
room
we
had
arrived
with.
The
next
day
we
demanded
to
move
rooms
and
on
the
3rd
room
I
viewed,
we
were
content
with
it
,
although
the
phone
did
not
work.
Every
room
we
viewed
either
the
AC
didn't
work,
or
there
was
a
leak,
or
there
was
not
enough
space
for
the
full
family.
Reception
-
Constantly
broke
promises,
and
we
could
tell
we
were
not
the
only
ones
being
told
one
thing
and
nothing
was
being
delivered
-
on
most
occasions
of
walking
past
the
reception
there
was
somebody
complaining
about
something.
I
was
shouted
at
by
the
reception
staff
when
I
was
asking
for
the
bare
necessities.
Drinks
-
If
you
are
lucky
to
find
a
glass
in
the
restaurant,
there
is
a
man
stood
pouring
either
cola,
fanta
or
lemonade
(one
man
for
the
entire
food
service
for
lunch
and
dinner).
Water
is
only
available
in
a
machine
-
when
we
drank
this
on
the
first
day,
all
my
family
became
ill.
We
requested
bottled
water
and
this
is
only
available
to
your
room
for
free.
Bottled
water
is
charged
at
3
dinar
every
where
else
in
the
resort.
Beach
-
The
local
beach
(7
minutes
walk)
is
vile.
The
walk
up
to
the
beach
is
disgusting,
and
smells
like
a
sewage.
Cigarette
butts
everywhere
in
the
sand,
and
a
lot
of
other
mess.
For
my
family's
safety
we
did
not
go
into
the
sea
or
tread
too
far
into
the
beach
and
returned
to
the
hotel.
Disabled
Access
-
For
wheelchair
users,
this
is
not
a
wheelchair
friendly
hotel.
Access
from
the
lobby
to
anywhere
else
in
the
resort
requires
going
up
or
down
some
stairs.
For
my
3
year
old
daughter
we
were
fortunate
we
could
take
her
out
the
wheel
chair
and
carry
her
up/down
the
stairs,
however
for
an
adult
completely
dependent
on
a
wheelchair,
then
there
is
no
facility
from
the
lobby
to
else
where
for
you.
Waiters
-
Literally
ignored
everyone.
The
only
purpose
for
them
is
to
ad
hoc
clear
tables
and
on
occasion
leave
some
cutlery.
On
most
occasions
everyone
is
scampering
around
looking
for
a
knife/fork/glass.
Safety
-
On
a
few
floors
there
are
windows
approx
6
foot
tall
and
about
2
feet
off
the
floor
with
windows
that
open.
I
can
not
understand
how
this
has
passed
a
safety
check.
This
is
an
accident
waiting
to
happen
-
a
child
could
easily
fall
out
these
windows.
I
would
urge
the
hotel
to
address
this
as
a
matter
of
urgency.
