I
recently
visited
this
hospital
after
experiencing
a
dog
bite
and
was
solely
in
need
of
a
shot.
Unfortunately,
my
visit
was
marred
by
an
unpleasant
encounter
with
a
security
agent
who
seemed
to
have
an
excessive
sense
of
authority
within
the
premises.
To
my
surprise,
when
I
inquired
about
receiving
the
necessary
shot,
the
hospital
staff
informed
me
that
they
did
not
have
it
available.
They
suggested
that
I
purchase
it
myself,
which
I
reluctantly
agreed
to.
However,
the
security
agent
insisted
that
I
pay
upfront
and
then
endure
the
inconvenience
of
waiting
in
line
to
see
the
doctor
just
to
obtain
the
name
of
the
shot.
His
approach
felt
unnecessarily
rigid
and
caused
a
significant
amount
of
frustration.
I
believe
that
as
a
patient
seeking
prompt
medical
attention,
such
bureaucratic
obstacles
should
be
minimized.
The
security
agent's
behavior
left
me
feeling
undervalued
and
inconvenienced.
It
would
have
been
more
efficient
and
considerate
if
they
had
provided
the
necessary
information
first,
allowing
me
to
acquire
the
shot
promptly
and
return
to
complete
the
payment
process.
Overall,
this
hospital
needs
to
improve
its
customer
service
and
streamline
its
processes
to
ensure
a
more
patient-centric
experience.
I
hope
this
feedback
encourages
them
to
reconsider
their
approach
and
provide
a
more
compassionate
and
efficient
service
in
the
future
