An agency with a total lack of professionalism. Be careful to check your quote and the clauses of your contract because for our reservation we had no papers, they forgot to book our flights and the result...trip canceled!! Then following that no excuses were presented and with total bad faith. We will not return there under any circumstances and we warn future customers to be vigilant in following up on their file because otherwise their trip may never see the light of day!

If you want to go on a trip, above all avoid Selectour and especially the Vaison la Romaine agency. This brand has shown incredible bad faith and a lack of professionalism. No quote or contract despite our deposit paid. The manager also forgot to validate and issue our plane tickets which led us to cancel our trip, the prices having more than tripled when WE realized her error. And as a bonus, no excuses from him...! Technically incompetent and no just basic business relationship. Don't go there if you want to travel!!

A shame ! We paid €260 for tickets; the agency forgot to buy them, resulting in more than €700 instead of the initial €260. We had to cancel our trip. To flee.

We have just booked our trip for 8 people, Nathalie was very professional. nothing to say. Everything is very clear for the moment, no surprises.

Unreliable agency, future clients of this one, it is better to check the proposed contract word for word. The mishap (for a file supposed to be processed at the end of November, the agency head forgot?, the file was not processed and the trip planned for spring 2024 canceled, the additional cost of the ticket in 2024 (€260 proposed by the agency on November 31, 2023) not being acceptable. And not really an apology, nor a solution other than that of reimbursement. It's a shame, a local agency which can be used. Total disappointment! I have to give one star , otherwise Google does not publish my review.
