    By far the worst KFC I've ever been to! Even the ones overseas are much better... 1. Zingers are sloppily made: lettuce and tomato are almost always steamed, cheese unmelted, spicy breast wet and sloppy... Just distasteful 2. Spicy chicken is almost always cold 3. I CANNOT understand why we are unable to choose what part of the chicken we want with our money... Everywhere else in the world you can choose, except Jamaica 4. Barbecue chicken here is horrible; almost always burnt and taste like raw chicken 5. Original chicken triggers gag reflex for most people I know that eats it from this branch 6. Breast and rib is almost never on the menu, especially after 6pm until midnight... Unacceptable! 7. Condiments (with exception of ketchup) are almost always finished 8. For a branch so busy, I cannot understand the reason behind getting cold food at all... Need to be fixed ASAP 9. Hire more staff, open longer on holidays and when school's out 10. The only saving grace for this branch is their friendly staff, krispers, famous bowl, popcorn chicken and salad wrap

    Campus kfc the staff need to talk less and put in the work thay need to do a customer service course because they don't know how to speak to the customer.

    They are so slow it seems almost intentional. They are always running out of BBQ, famous bowl anf certain parts of the chicken. Maybe its based on the time of day that I generally shop there, but to think they would do some forecasting. What amazes me is that the cashier will be taking your order and just steps away to do something without any notice.

    This particular KFC is one of the worse, the staff has an attitude, constantly. They don't try to be helpful it's as though they just come to do the minimum to ensure they get paid. There are a few members of staff though who do their best and I commend them but they are far and few in-between. The food overall does not suffer, it always maintains a high quality.

    If I could put zero stars I would. The first time I've seen a popular restaurant so incompetent, they never have anything available. and the staff has no customer service. KFC needs to do better.

    They need better management. I bought in addition to other items, a popcorn chicken which comes with 2 sauces and because it was raining and I was waiting for long I collevted the order without checking, when I went home and saw that I didn't get the sauces along with the fact that I didn't get any ketchup or any napkins, I came back and told them and didn't get the sauces. So please check your items before you leave. During Covid, with far less population, they need to work better to manage their customers and ensure that they have their items ready, you can't have customers waiting 30mins for Krispers (without letting them know in advance the wait time), or telling them you ran out of napkins, that's poor business management and poor customer service. I gave them a three because their food actually tastes good, and I like their fries: it's not soggy like most of the other franchise locations.

    I have never seen a more poorly run KFC. The cashier line was longer than the serving line and at one point the cashier left to sit around the back and chat with the cooks. In the end she came to announce that there was only spicy chicken and zinger available and they would not be ready until another 25 minutes

    The wait is quite terrible. They need to up the number of employees to serve the large amount of customers that come in to the establishment during lunch/dinner hours. You can’t have the same number of servers on board at off times and the same number at peak hours. Last time I went there the line was at the door - it took me 27 minutes to get to the cashier and an additional 28 minutes to get my food. It is really horribly service; they really take the fast out of fast food. I haven’t had a problem with the food (I order popcorn chicken or zinger - the oil on the meal deal or chicken box isn’t working for me). The main issue is that when you finally get the food you not even hungry anymore. The prices are also overpriced and we really don’t see the value for the money we spend but hey we really can’t do anything considering we don’t have many opinions on campus but know we are nonetheless disgruntled. Sometimes the frustration of the employees show on their faces and how they serve the customers. One night I went during the peak dinner times and the employee who is in charge of the cups of drinks overfilled the cups and threw the drink out so the cup had drinks on the sides and was messing up the counter, our food and drink holder. It was so messy that persons started remarking and saying “I want my juice in my cup not on my hand thanks”. We might not be able to afford KFC everyday, but we must can afford the customer service.

    Firstly the food is fairly good with good prices, and the hours are very good (10 am-12am). There's also great seating that's normally clean. It's also conveniently located between all the halls. However, during school time there's almost always a really long line, and the service is honestly pretty slow. Moreover, the card machine has a habit of malfunctioning when it's your turn and you have no cash.

    This branch rarely have chicken or certain products ready. Even in the pandemic. On my last visit the security was sitting in a corner and persons could walk right in. Campus is empty so protocol easily followed

    They were short staffed to the point that the cashier had to be in the back helping to cook and pack the food. The some of the staff acted as if they we upset with guests, which I account to them being short-staffed and stressed. I waited an hour just to order and then another hour plus for the food. The only reason I waited is because I wanted to try the kfc in Jamaica. I got a BBQ zinger because the popcorn chicken was "done". It was decent but not my first choice.

    Like many people, I too have an issue with the waiting time, and the employees look like they don't want to be there. One of them looked at an order which was very long and she literally said, "This is one of the worst orders!" Really? You know how many businesses would want receive an order like that? Or you think money falls from the sky? If you want KFC, go anywhere else that isn't the UWI branch. Maybe the one at Sovereign.

    Food here is delicious but staff sometimes get annoyed too easily and show attitude to customers. More importantly sometimes when I feel to eat at the restaurant there are tables that still have remains of food from the last customers sitting there which throws off my appetite and is unsightly of such an establishment that provides great food.

    Always busy once it is open..best hour to go there is as soon as it is opening or else you will be stuck in a long line due to the fact that nuh baddi nuh cook at them yard...you usually can get through at other hours in the day if you don't mind waiting

    They were lucky I couldn't put no star for the rating!!!! Worst KFC I've ever been to. Customer Service is horrible! I mean you don't know me, I mean I could be your Manager's boss and you don't know and I could fire you right there! They know NOTHING about customer service. Ill-mannered or disrespectful must be a requirement to work at UWI KFC because not even the supervisor here makes no sense. People like those should not be dealing with customers at all. I don't know if the workers hate their jobs but Jah knows, they are always arguing and just loud. Probably spit all a fly in my food kmt. I recommend some customer service training for these workers, maybe it will help. And another thing, why the security share drinks??? Most of the time you have the actual servers and cashiers stand up and security a share drinks. Total Slackness!! UWI KFC waah shake up cause this is unacceptable!

    Poor customer service. A cashier was rude to me after I placed my order and she cashed the wrong thing. After reviewing my receipt and I saw the mistake I went back to her and she was very disrespectful.
