They
need
better
management.
I
bought
in
addition
to
other
items,
a
popcorn
chicken
which
comes
with
2
sauces
and
because
it
was
raining
and
I
was
waiting
for
long
I
collevted
the
order
without
checking,
when
I
went
home
and
saw
that
I
didn't
get
the
sauces
along
with
the
fact
that
I
didn't
get
any
ketchup
or
any
napkins,
I
came
back
and
told
them
and
didn't
get
the
sauces.
So
please
check
your
items
before
you
leave.
During
Covid,
with
far
less
population,
they
need
to
work
better
to
manage
their
customers
and
ensure
that
they
have
their
items
ready,
you
can't
have
customers
waiting
30mins
for
Krispers
(without
letting
them
know
in
advance
the
wait
time),
or
telling
them
you
ran
out
of
napkins,
that's
poor
business
management
and
poor
customer
service.
I
gave
them
a
three
because
their
food
actually
tastes
good,
and
I
like
their
fries:
it's
not
soggy
like
most
of
the
other
franchise
locations.
