This hotel was extremely disgusting and a horrible stay overall for many reasons which the location did NOT compensate for. For a Best Western especially, I was pretty shocked at the quality of this hotel. The neighborhood surrounding this hotel is definitely sketchy, our room smelled awful; a wet and musky odor. The carpet was loaded with sand, they clearly NEVER vacuum. The bathroom was filthy everywhere as well and the tub took an extremely long time to drain, if you were in the shower for only a few minutes you'd be at least in ankle deep water so definitely no lengthy showers here. You wouldn't want to anyways since the water pressure was non-existant AND barely got lukewarm. The toilet also required a few flushes for the toilet paper to even go down, there were stains and hairs on the towels, I'm not sure they had even been replaced from the last guests... The refrigerator also did not work and the "kitchenette" came with no dishware or cookware at all, not even dish soap in the room to wash dishes if there were any. We were also roasting the whole time as the A/C did not work either AND to top it off the TV didn't work properly. A static picture on every channel with distorted sound. Truly NOTHING in this room worked and there was NOTHING that could be said that there was positive about it. I told them at the front desk all the issues and I was told there was not another of my room type available and I was not offered any compensation either, I was simply told maintenance would "check it out" but they didn't do it while I was there! Thank god I only stayed 2 nights. I've stayed at hole in the wall no-name motels in the middle of nowhere better than this! You're better off at ANY hotel other than this one.

A nice place to stay right on the beach. The building on the beach side is small but the rooms are great. We stayed on the first floor and we walked right out onto the beach. It was beautiful. We had a king bed and it was like a cute little efficiency. We didn’t use the stove, though. It had a full sized refrigerator, and a microwave. The staff, particularly Reggie, was fantastic. Considering it’s the start of spring break, it wasn’t super noisy. The bed wasn’t super hard, but it worked for the two nights we were there. A clean hotel overall. I believe it’s been newly renovated/decorated with several upgrades. I’d definitely stay here again.

Absolutely the best place to stay in Myrtle Beach or on the Grand strand for that matter, absolutely best service and hospitality I have ever received in this united states'. The rooms are very nice and the beds are so comfortable. Pools are very well maintained and the jacuzzi is perfect. They have a wonderful gym and very clean. All and all a great place to stay and relax

I enjoyed my stay here very much, the staff is amazing, they make you feel at home and go out of their way to help you with anything you need.. The hot tub and indoor pool are very nice, my 15 month old grandson loved it. The rooms are clean and the laundry room works very well. With such great deals on monthly rates, I will be back as much as possible. Thank you Matt and your entire team for such a wonderful experience

This is our third year staying here and needless to say it will be our last stay. They should pay us to stay here. The rooms were pathetic. Our beds were worn out. You could hear the springs every time you moved. The kitchen sink was half clogged. Some of the lights flicker. We, also, had a faulty bathroom switch. The shower curtain rod was readjusted and now there is a big ole' hole in the wall that was never filled in. That's laziness! The location was across the street from the ocean. We were here the third week in September, and it wasn't that busy that they couldn't have put us 'on the beach side.' The indoor and outdoor pools needed cleaned. The lazy river was broken, which our oldest Intellectual Disability son was so disappointed. The breakfast was pitiful. We went to get our continental breakfast the first morning we were here, and you could tell by the hot containers, which were both empty, they had scrambled eggs and bacon. I went to the main desk and inquired about the eggs and bacon, and I was informed by the girl who over saw the continental breakfasts that "there ain't no more." "There's no more cooking." This was at 8:00 a.m. and when we checked in front desk informed us that the hours are 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. They use to have really nice, super nice breakfasts, but not anymore. We take one vacation a year, that's what we can afford, and we would like it to be a nice vacation. We work very hard for our money and we would love to be able to relax and enjoy our family time. Is that to much to ask for?

This was our first time staying at this location and our stay was perfect! As 2 young women traveling from Ohio, we felt very safe staying here, which is a huge plus. I would Highly recommended this Hotel to family and friends. The Staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and the beds are so comfy! Very quiet ,family oriented location , even for a weekend! Only a minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants/bars close by or only 10 minutes driving time. This will be our choice of Hotel whenever we are in town 😊 thank you for a great stay , the Staff does a fantastic job!

We loved our vacation at the Sandbar Hotel Myrtle Beach! We had a oceanfront view. Our room was very comfortable and cool. Mini kitchenette, bathroom and living room area with balcony. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning and also got to ride the sandbar bicycles. It was a great first time experience and we’ll probably go back again sometime. The Staff were very welcoming.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Please don’t waste your money here. I had an ocean front view that was beautiful, but when we walked in our room, there was roaches in the bathroom, kitchen, and living room areas. We were required to take our trash and towels out daily and walk across the street to the office to get additional towels. The complimentary breakfast was also across the street. When I called the front office to see what could be done about all the sand from the beach in the floor, they brought me a broom. I was required to clean myself during our vacation. It was not a great experience.

Booked a "cottage" that was actually the bottom floor of a three-apartment building, NOT one of the cottages shown in the pictures of the site. It was located right behind a Walmart neighborhood market, and had a few people walking by who were obviously not in the right state of mind. There were three parking spaces in front of the building. One was taken by what appeared to be an abandoned Miata. The "cottage" that wasn't a cottage was a good size. One bedroom w/ king bed, large living room/dining area, full kitchen and two full bathrooms came in handy when needing to get ready. Flies were a slight issue, had to kill three roaches on the second night (ended up staying with friends for the first night and not getting back until the next day) and some sort of mystery bug. Tank lid for one of the toilets did not match the tank, door to the common area bathroom was stapled together on both sides and stuck when opening/closing it. Floors were wet when we arrived. Had to turn on exhaust fans in both bathrooms, and dust the ceiling fans so we could turn them on to help dry the floors. Once dry, the floors felt (and were) dirty. During one of the bug kills, I ended up wiping a floor tile and the napkin was black. Woke up the morning of check-out (checked in Friday, left Sunday) to the smell of sewage and mildew - apparently turning off the exhaust fans to make it quieter to sleep was a mistake. Noticed a small black worm/leech?! in the shower that same morning, so not sure if sewage backed up into the shower and then drained. Expected a lot better from the Wyndham group and price point I paid for the "not-a-cottage". Would not book again unless it was 80% off, and even then I would be hesitant and bring a whole supply of cleaning supplies. Also selected late check-out (1pm) and was confirmed during check-in. Cleaning lady knocked on the door at 11 on day of check-out saying we were supposed to be gone. Seems that wasn't communicated to her, so then we felt rushed to just leave. All that being said, the bed was comfortable, the a/c worked, and the two full bathrooms came in handy. The front desk staff was nice at check-in and check-out.

I booked this trip for a short getaway. Never again at this spot. The rooms were clean. If you want eat their breakfast you have to walk across the street if you are at ocean view. I went to the beach on my second day there and came back to my building only to be locked out. Had to walk back across the street to see went I couldn't get back in. The lady at the desk did apologize, I knew. they had checked me out before the time to leave (the next day). So she had to make me another card to get in. I would not ever recommend anyone else that I know to stay here. I will be packed a ready to go early in the morning.

I would like to highlight the front desk lady, Rose. What a beautiful smile, so charming and sweet. Great personality and customer service was 10. We had a wonderful stay, breakfast was ok but the pools were great. Will definitely be back, hoping to see Rose again.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 2 days. We checked in with several other hotels on the beach and Sandbar was half the price. The receptionist was great: recommended the rooms with the best view. We were right on the beach watching the sunset. The room was an efficiency with full size refrigerator, stove and sink. It also has a fitness center and indoor pool! We'll definitely be staying here from now on. Rick & Sheri Barker

Great service. The service was very good. Super nice people work here. but we had problems with our AC and one night people were out at the pool blasting music and screaming til 1215 at night. Hard to sleep. Pool supposed to close at 11 but nobody enforced it

Pleasant hotel right on the beach We decided to forego the political chaos in Florida for our early summer getaway, and since neither of us had been to Myrtle Beach before, we decided to give it a shot. It turns out that the weather in the sunshine state was pretty chaotic as well, so we definitely picked the right destination. I did some research on hotels and found them a bit cheaper than some other beach communities, and with my Wyndham Rewards points, The Sandbar Hotel was quite the bargain. I thought it was across the street from the beach, but I did not realize they have two parts. Our room was located directly on the beach and that was our first surprise (see attached photo). Secondly, the property is only a block away from a neighborhood Walmart, so it is super convenient to pick up supplies without paying tourist trap prices. The only thing that bothered me was the beds. I tried both and chose the tilted bed (worn box spring?) over the one that was way too soft. I don't feel like I slept well either night. I suppose that might be more due to my regular bed being super firm, so I was not used to the softer foundation. Overall, I would still rate this the highest of any hotel I have stayed at in the past few years. Adding to that, every staff member we encountered greeted us with a sincere smile and were eager to help us with whatever we needed. It was appreciated!

Reggie at the front desk went above and beyond to correct an issue we had with the travel service. The oceanfront suite was exceptional. We could not have expected a better room with a better view

  • 3/5 Phyllis M. 1 year ago on Google
The view was great. Bed was comfy. Staff friendly. The reasons I rated the room a 2 was the floor was sandy when we got there. Smoking on balconies around us was heavy and nonstop. Hallways were dirty with peeling paint.

Jennifer was supper helpful. Very professional and polite. After my previous booking was canceled, I got this reservation and Jennifer found me 2 rooms and allowed my family to check in early than 4 pm.

The room has a kitchen complete with microwave, refrigerator, stove, dining table for 2. Was fairly nice but not what we were expecting. Breakfast in lobby had molded oranges, soured creamers and little to choose from.

I want to thank the sandbar! My son and I came here after having a bad experience at another hotel. The lady at the front desk was vary helpful and patient with me. The pool and last river are great. We also enjoyed the breakfast, mostly waffles as this is my son's favorite! Rooms are clean and have a simple, functional decor. Good place to stay!

LOVED the oceanfront first floor room and that the building is pet friendly. The bed was comfy and everything worked well. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. I loved the easy accessibility for wheelchair users too including lifts at both the outdoor and indoor pool. I would definitely go back. All that being said, I did have to ask for linens for the pull out bed (found out there were none at 10pm), in the kitchen there was only 1 set of silverware, 1 bowl, like 3 pans (no baking sheet), and no soap. The pull out couch was not very comfortable and the suite door was sticky, so it woke me up every time my travel companion went to the bathroom or grabbed water in the night. There are 2 buildings, so make sure to book an oceanfront room if that's what you want.

The hotel was PERFECT!!! Ocean front room was Wonderful!!! And Betty at the front desk was Super Nice, helped us with finding a great place to eat and places for sight seeing!! Betty was so helpful when I called the day before we were to arrive, and answered all my questions... We will come back...

The staff here is amazing. I really need to shout out Betty, she is the sweetest woman ever and was so helpful with everything! We had some flight cancelations and they were incredibly accommodating. Went above and beyond to help us. Plus, you really can't beat the location. Thanks for making our trip one of the greatest ever Sandbar hotel, we will be back!!

Decent place and no major complaints- which is good because I have heard some horror stories about some hotels at Myrtle beach! Our room was clean and was in a good location. It was quiet and a relaxing space. I didn’t like that there wasn’t house keeping (had to request any items needed, no cleaning done during our week stay). We stayed at the top floor of the ocean front building (there are two buildings, If you don’t book ocean front you will be at the building a cross the street) and the balcony was not well designed. High walls around the balcony causing you not to be able to see the beach if you sat down. Other balconies were better designed, so we just had bad luck with the room we chose. Also there were only two chairs on the balcony and one was broken.

Ok place. Not the cleanest. Pool was dirty. Our AC unit made an awful noise every 1/2hr or so, bathtub had a crack in the middle of the floor but was patched? Kitchen was nice to have but there are very little supplies. No forks or spoons but butter knives and measuring cups? Idk… Location is great! But for the price, we probably wouldn’t stay again.

Great location with an entrance to the beach across the street. Room was amazing and worked perfectly for us. We had a room with 2 full bedrooms, huge living area, and full size kitchen. Issues we had was our room wasn’t ready for at least 90 minutes after our check in time despite checking in the day before. We had to be given a temporary room since we had reservations and had to change. Also, they do not enforce the times of the pool. Couldn’t sleep the previous night due to children being loud in the pool past 11:30pm/midnight.

As a dog owner, this place is fantastic to bring your dog. Our Lucy had so much fun in the ocean. Room was excellent. Beachfront/Ocean view. Clean. There are two sections of the hotel. One is off ocean Blvd ( main hotel) the other ( where we stayed) is across the street right on the beach. Check in and continental breakfast is in the main hotel so that can be something for someone..LoL. For my wife and I it was not. A little on the expensive side for the dog ($40 per day + tax!) but your paying for the location and the comfort of bringing your dog. The dog "walking area" does need more grass/ maintenance but there is another area that's smaller and that was just fine. I gave my rating because of the no hassle check in and out and the cleanliness of the room and the hotel I stayed in (mains Sister? LoL) Close to everything, restaurants etc..

  • 5/5 Todd M. 11 months ago on Google
Betty was SUPER helpful with our checkin! We didn’t have a reservation but she found us a room AND helped us navigate the Wyndham website to get a military discount. Our only complaint is that the rate was still pretty high but the room was beautiful and clean, breakfast was included, and we were so close to the water we could hear it from our balcony! A+ all around. Thank you Betty and Wyndham!

If you like a family experience motel, the Sandbar is for you!! The rooms are very clean, well equipped, and maintained. The staff here are some of the best I have ever encountered!! Betty checked me in. I give her a 10 star rating!! She is the nicest person ever!! Jennifer was also part of our Check -In. Equally just as Outstanding!! The rest of the check-in staff are also great. Amanda takes care of the pools, grounds, and general maintenance. She makes sure that everything is clean, safe, and working. Always has a Smile on her face!! Another valuable Asset to the Motel! A Giant THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE TEAM!!🙂 Because of you guys, our vacation was GREAT!! Post note. Reggie at the front desk made the check out such a breeze!! Want to give him a Shout Out too!!

We enjoyed our stay! Great location! It was surprisingly peaceful at night. Right next to a neighborhood walmart is a plus! Mrs. Betty was an absolute delight to meet. She was so friendly and even had my baby's inflatable pool float blown up for us. Best customer service I have seen in a long time!

Betty is and always great at the front desk. So happy when we see her there when we pull up to check in. 10 stars, 10 stars across the board. We always enjoy staying here because of the family hotel vibe. It's nice walking in and they know who you are. Highly recommend Sandbar to any families.

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled after checking in. The hotel is nice. The location is quiet and the room is clean. But Betty, who was working the front desk, was amazing. I don't think I've ever met a hotel employee that friendly. She put me in a room with an amazing view. She directed me to a great place to eat within walking distance. But more importantly, she was just kind. People need more "Betty's" and they would be much better off!

I paid too much money for this disgusting property. The refrigerator looks nasty. There is black mold in the corner of the ceiling with wholes. You can see the water damage. The balcony is disgusting and dangerous part of the roof on balcony fell on us. Thank goodness it wasn’t a huge piece. I got pictures an I’m upset because I specifically chose this location because of the view. They also have bed bugs. I sat in my car most of the day trying to find me another place to stay.all the decent hotels were booked :( The hotel had no empathy or sympathy about my issue. I will be contacting the health department as well as the bbb because this was not ok. My husband has sickle cell an he can’t be around mold etc… No apology no nothing…

The room was nice, the ocean view was amazing! The breakfast not so good. We got to breakfast one hour before it was over and there was very little to eat. No meat, a little potatoes and the biscuits were hard. The ceiling over my balcony was in desperate need of repair and covered with mold. Spent three days and two nights, and no one cleaned our room.

First things first Ms Betty was so sweet at the desk at check-in and so welcoming and that made us feel right at home! Secondly, we noticed that they owned the building across the street which was on the beach. We ask about getting a room across the street and she gave us an upgrade at no extra charge! The views from our fourth floor balcony were breathtaking! We will definitely stay here again! Could use some updates as it's a little bit old but other than that we were very pleased. The beds were comfortable too thank goodness!

Great beach property! Literally steps from the water, and within comfortable walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Comfortable beachy rooms with a breathtaking view of the water. Reggie at the front desk was tremendously helpful, professional, and courtesy. Excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area.

We booked what we believed on the website to be an ADA compliant room, there were steps going in to the room and the bathroom was very small. The floor had not been adequately cleaned - it was dusty and had debris. One of the lamps did not work and did not stand straight. The beds were clean and comfortable, though.

  • 1/5 Mickayla W. 2 years ago on Google
I came here for a little vacation, I chose this hotel because it was at reasonable price and i was able to see the view of the beach. In the pictures it looked well put together and clean. Once I arrived at the hotel as soon as I got on the bed i spotted not 1 but 3 ants on the bed, not too bad. The next two nights we seen about 4 roaches in our room, in the bathroom, on the wall above my bed, on the tv stand, and floor. Also the floors were not as clean as they could’ve been, we had to walk around the room in slippers because our feet would collect whatever dirt was on the floors and the sheets feel like they came from a hospital closet.

I stayed with my daughter in January for 2 nights. When we woke up after 1 night I found bed bugs in the beds and on the walls. I immediately told the front desk who preceded to tell me things happen. When we got home my daughter broke out with bites all over. She was miserable. We had to pay to treat our house. I called and the manager stated she was giving me a refund but to this day I still haven't received it. So not only were we attacked by bed bugs, I had to pay extra and was lied to. I will never stay here again.

We are currently staying here. Someone stole our wet swimsuits, towels and shoes!! Right off the balcony. They must have REALLY needed them .Live and learn experience I guess. Still sucks though. Room was decent. Needs dusted and floors moped. No bugs like other reviews said. Looks like we are going shopping for suits today.

  • 3/5 Emma J. 1 year ago on Google
The staff was nice and accommodating (Reggie). One of my rooms was a suite and I was very disappointed by the look of the appliances and totally disappointed with the lack of silverware, cups, dishes, pots and pans. What good is a kitchen that you can’t do anything in? The parking on the beach side was less than desirable. Everything else was good.

  • 1/5 Susanna H. 1 year ago on Google
Pet and pest friendly! We had booked 3 nights, but fled in the first. Although we closely inspected the beds for bed bugs and first found none, we found traces later on the sheet. We packed within record time and checked out at midnight. We told the man at the front desk that we found definite traces of bed bugs and he gave us all our money back. Earlier that evening a cockroach ran in the bath. The front desk was very friendly though. But I would not stay there again and not recommend it. The beautiful ocean view doesn’t make up for the pests.

1st time trip to Myrtle Beach SC for me. Also 1st time staying at Best Western Overall a pretty good experience. Actually a little nicer than expected for the lack of pictures I saw online when I found the place. Nicely sized for 3 people and 2 smaller dogs. The swimming pool and lazy river was fun and enjoyable and clean. I also enjoyed being able to see the ocean from our room even though it wasn't exactly on the ocean. Only had to walk across the street to be on the beach was awesome. The only complaint that I forgot to mention to staff was that the a/c in bedroom was barely working. And if you have a full size crew cab truck don't expect to park in the inner horse shoe parking lot in front of your room. Because the parking spots are sized for a Prius. Lol 😆 🤣 Minor inconvenience I parked behind the building. I almost forgot to add that check in time was not scheduled until 4pm and we arrived in town at 11am and we were able to get our room right away. That deserves a 5 star right there. $800 for 3 nights

No room cleaning the entire stay! No towels at front desk every time i asked, on different days. Broken glass all over front area upon arrival, followed by police arrival. Staff never once answered the phone when i called from my cell phone. Breakfast disaster; super slow staff on supplying the eggs and bacon and in very small quantities leading to sad , hungry guests. Stopped cooking eggs and bacon 10 mins before breakfast was scheduled to end . Several people brought their pit bulls and stayed with guests. The maintenance Just open door 10am on last day. Extreme noise late at night and early 7 am. Charge of 45 dollars imposed on last day for no apparent reason. Highly recommend staying at Hampton right across the street.

Rose at the front desk was amazing! The hotel we originally booked was a dirty rats nest and Rose came through with accommodations in the middle of the night. She was friendly, and really cared about our dilemma. The hotel was very clean and inviting, as was the pool. Will definitely stay here again

Ok, where to start. 3 adults, 2 kids (one preschooler, one crawling toddler) and dog. Booking said "2 bedroom" and sofa. No, it was one separate bedroom without windows and kitchen with two armchairs, bed and table. The floor was NEVER wiped, my crawling toddler was in 2 minutes black like he was playing in coal and on the side of main AC unit he found BIG dead cockroach. I thought - ok, it´s dead, it means they have pest control. No, two days after we found another cockroach (alive) and one another beetle. Upper sheets on the beds were stained. Kitchen could be fine, but there was no cookware. We asked for, the only dishware were 2 plates, one bowl, 2 cups and one teaspoon - on the front desk they gave us paper plates and plastic spoons, forks and knives?! and they were very unfriendly. We want to make a coffee - coffee maker didn´t work. We asked for the exchange - maintenance women was very kind, she changed it, give us more coffee and with words "this could be helpful for you" she brings some cookware. Thank you ma´am! You were the only kind person in this hotel. TV was blaring and in bedroom the half bottom part of TV was stripes only. The bathroom sink was partially clogged, drain very slowly. We asked for something on we can dry our towels and swimsuites. Unfortunatelly, they have nothing.Place is good (but on first sight when you are arriving, you cannot find the lobby, you don´t see the entrance (2 buildings, one is on the beach). Outside pool - there is no shade. No umbrellas. No towels. So. If you want to spend your vacation with kids and MIL and dog here, ONE BIG NO, find another hotel. Don´t know how another "no-dog" rooms look like, but room 1112 was horrible. I like Best western, but this one is one big mess.

The room was quite nice right on the beach. Kitchen could be cleaned up a little other than that it was pretty nice. Also the sliding door was a pain. Rose in the front office was awesome very cheerful and nice 😁

We haven't stayed as yet but are looking forward to our next two months' stay as snowbirds. Amanda showed my wife and I around as well as my brother and sister and their spouses. Amanda is a great ambassador for this hotel. We are all booked for 3 months next winter. My wife and I are switching this winter and spending February and March. Great team of employees who made us feel very welcome and comfortable. They seem to really care, and that impressed us all greatly. The current snowbirds staying there seem very happy as well.

Very nice place. The staff really makes you feel like you're the only guest at the hotel. Many rooms were being updated with new appliances. Only down side "we had" was, even though it was February it would have been nice if the outside pool area was open for lounging. However I think they would have been more than happy to open it if we asked. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

Amazing, super friendly staff! Upgraded us for free and helped with our confusing booking situation. Only downfall was a small breakfast with limited options and the sheets weren’t the best quality. Beautiful view and very accessible, especially with 2 dogs. Definitely will be coming back!

Great experience! The room was cozy, clean and comfy with gorgeous views of the beach and the strip from our room. Easy and quick access to the beach with the hotel location optimal to get around to the shops and restaurants and the breakfast was an awesome amenity. Definitely will be back!

Would give room another star if I had not seen bugs when I turned light on in kitchen at night. Babies in the sink! One larger ran in bathroom. May have been Palmetto bugs or roaches??? I could have changed rooms but was not a lot and middle of the night just wanted to get back to bed. I left them know when I checked out that morning. Told they spray all the time but yes it was rainy and had been warm. Other than that no complaints. Breakfast was just simple things but ok. Convenient location for us. Friendly staff.

I had an excellent stay at the newly renovated rooms at the Sandbar. I was traveling for work with a larger group of people; the staff were very accommodating of our needs and check in/out was very smooth. My room was very clean, well appointed and had a very comfortable bed as well as a kitchenette. Good location as well, a quieter strip of the beach with a Walmart grocery store a block away. Will stay again!

The lazy river had no current; it didn’t move at all. The indoor pool and hot tub both were not heated. The water was cold in both. Also, no one can be bothered to put towels by the pools. I saw several employees cleaning in and around the pools, but they didn’t think to give us any towels while they were there. I’m not one of those people who cleans the entire suite before staying in it, but I did bring disinfectant wipes as well as disinfectant spray to do some decontaminating. The microwave and the stove both were dirty. There was visible food and grease in the microwave and on the stove. My disinfectant wipes were black after wiping them down. The floors were super sticky. I couldn’t even stand to walk on them with socks on. The bottom of my white socks were black after walking just a few steps before putting shoes on. Also, I had to ask housekeeping to replace my towels. I was told at check-in that they weren’t cleaning the rooms, and I would have to request service. I could not reach anyone at the front desk. I tried calling from the room phone and my cell phone. It rang many times before I gave up. I called to make a noise complaint because a woman was yelling, screaming, cussing, and making a scene. She was being very harsh to the kids swimming in the pool and calling them foul names. I could hear her from my room (which was a floor above her) with the door closed. I saw some employees walking around outside at the time, not doing anything about it. I truly and honestly wonder what I really paid for.
