The ambience, the carefully selected options for coffee, the warm staff, the beautiful space,the pastries, the price everything is just right. I have a "thing" for their carrot cake.❤️ I'd add the Nutella croissant to my list of favorites.

My husband and I and two friends participated in one of the pasta cooking classes offered. We had a fabulous time. The atmosphere, the staff, the instruction, etc. was all very well done. The only reason I'm not giving this experience 5 stars is that we didn't actually sit down to eat until after 9:00 which is late (at least for us). I would suggested starting these classes earlier (and on time) so that it isn't so late when finally getting to sample the food that you've prepared. That aside, we will definitely be back for another class. Fantastic spot.

Coffee is absolutely delicious. I’ve been served by the same gentleman each of the three times I’ve been there. I’m not knowledgeable about coffee and he’s been very pleasant and patient with me. His suggestions have been spot on. I’ve also bought the beans to take home and it tastes great!! Will continue to come here for a long time!

Absolutely beautiful building. Took part in one of the offered experiences and it was awesome. Very informative. Nice and intimate, easy to be interactive. So many options to do something different! What a great addition to Moncton!

Was on my walk to work so decided to stop in. There was only one guy working, but he worked fast serving both people at tables and takeout and I didn’t feel stressed about being late at all. The vibe was nice & modern, although likewise the interior design was not atypical of most modern cafes. There was a good blend of ambient and natural lighting (as seen in the photo) for those who prefer one or the other. The Nutella croissant had nice, crunchy lamination and generous filling. Black drip coffee was satisfactory, and the travel lid didn’t leak. All-round solid place I will likely revisit.

I had a very fun evening learning to make pasta at Brix, I would highly recommend it. The instruction was good, the class was laid out well in terms of pacing and the space, and the food was delicious. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

This place was so awesome! The interior was so cool and clean, and huge. This cafe has a seperate space like talking space and huge table space in the inside. Also, when you order food or coffee, they serve it to your seat. The coffee taste was so good and service was also friendly :)

I attended a Culinary food experience event, featuring lamb curry and side dishes. It was amazing, the chef was knowledgeable, staff were very friendly and professional. The event space is outstanding. I would attend again, on another theme, and would recommend this. We are about to experiment on these themes this week!

i didn’t know what to order at first so the barista suggested drinks according to what we like which i loved! i loved the ambiance and the location is perfect! will surely be back again!

Had such a great time! Our instructor Fernando was a phenomenal teacher! We learnt some amazing cocktail recipes and best of all we got to drink them! Can't wait to try the other experiences.

Everything was amazing at the Lamb and Scallop culinary class last night. My husband and I were gifted this experience as birthday gifts and it did not disappoint. So much fun to spend time with others learning, preparing, and of course eating the final products. We highly recommend taking in one of their many classes. We will go back for another for sure.

Very pricey. I have had a chai latte and a London Fog. They were bland and lacked flavour. I placed an order, waited 15 mins and then realized the barrista forgot my order when he pulled out his cell and started scrolling behind the counter. I placed it a 2nd second, waited another 10 mins . You'd think they'd offer to take some $ off the order or give a free drink for messing up, but they didn't. Not a place I will visit very often even though it's in my area.

What an awesome place for a date night! My partner and I had such a nice evening at one of their cocktail making classes. We learnt so much and the passion of the bartender we had, Fernando was AMAZING! Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond. We were also offered a tour of their lovely venue which included a teaching kitchen, next level wine cellar, multiple multipurpose rooms perfect for any party or event. I really want people to try this place. My wish is that they hold an event once in a while for people who attended a class to come have a social with music and Fernando behind bar. His passion and knowledge as a mixologist would definitely make for an amazing evening.

Probably the best place to grab an espresso based drink in moncton taking the vibes into account. Cafe is cute with a chill vibe and good hours. The in store baked goods are a great addition! However there is only one barista who makes a good drink… wish they would provide better training for the staff. Nothing sucks more than getting a five dollar mediocre drink. ( also the matcha lavender latte has zero lavender anything :( )
