We were looking for place to eat soup. Unfortunately some of the restaurants were closed at that time, but this one opened. Good luck- perfect place for soup! Realy hiden treasure. Very clean place with a nice decorations. Big choose of the food for any taste. I had spicy seafood ramen, my husband had beef ramen, both of them absolutely delicious. Servis was surprisely very fast! The restaurant has a terrace for whom wants to enjoy the weather and a street view.

The ramen here is fantastic delicious 🤤. The decor is beautiful. Clean washroom. I get the Misso Ramen and come with half egg , veggies and 3 delicious pieces of chashu! You can park your car on the street or Park Spots near by. The price is fair for the quality delicious food. One think … the lady who attended us Jane was superb and super professional, arigatou 🙏🏼

Delicious Ramen! The broth was tasty, portion was large. Efficient and friendly service, all in all a good stop for a quick and comforting bowl of ramen. Will be back!

Such a great experience! It was a nice little area but it felt cozy and very welcoming. The waitress who served us was very friendly and so helpful. I've never had Ramen before so she recommended one to me and I absolutely loved it! Can't wait to come back!

It was amazing. I sat outside on such a beautiful day. I had the edamame, karaage, and spicy chicken ramen. I washed it down with the largest sake bomb I’ve ever had in my life…so good. Ramen was perfect temp..will say I do wish there was a touch more of salt in the broth. Other than that, great experience & decent service.

Great place for a big bowl of cozy deliciousness. Small space and big dishes. Always leave super full. Highly recommended.

Maybe it is not quite right to write a review based on one visit, but that's what people do - usually they give one try to a place and make up their minds about it. So what I didn't like: the smell inside (from the toilet?), the atmosphere, the food. It is not a go to place for a romantic dinner/going here is not an occasion for a dress up. What I liked was: the price range, the meals size, the service. The conclusion might be - it is a good restaurant to go if you are hungry and have a limited budget and you care much less about the rest.

This place is awesome! It was quiet when we went this weekend but the food was off the hook! This was true authentic ramen. It’s a MUST have. We will 100% be going again. We were even given free dessert. Wow! So unexpected and delicious. Clean, calm, great food, reasonably priced and friendly. Highly recommend if you would like to try true ramen for the first time.

Located in Moncton's Main St is this precious gem of a restaurant. This is our first visit in Moncton and Tokai sure made us want to come back. The owner is pleasant and all smiles (i can see her eyes smiling, if that makes sense). The restaurant is extremely clean. The location is easy to get to. The outdoor patio is well maintained. And oh, let's not forget about the food...the food is superb! I ordered the Tokai Ramen and the bowl is larger than my face! The pork in the Tokai Ramen is sooooo tasty! Wish i could ask their recipe. The Katsudon was worth the $$! Definitely worth all the $$ spent. Please support this local business. ❤

Nice little restaurant with good atmosphere and service, but I was disappointed by the ramens. We went there to celebrate my birthday based on the high review, and ordered the Lobster Tail and seafood ramen. In the description of the menu, it mentioned there would be scallops, but none was in my bowl; and in my husband's seafood & veggie ramen, half of the mussels are not open up. Not sure why those closed-shell mussels are not picked out as they are not edible....

This place is amazing! This is our second visit and the kids still rave about it. We really enjoyed the seafood ramen and the spring rolls! It seems we can't go wrong with anything on the menu; all the food being served around us looked amazing too! Will definitely be back!

The ramen here is always delicious, the cashu in the ramen is soft, perfect grill taste and mouth watering! They always have a relaxing atmosphere, I specially like their window tables, cozy and intimate for a date night. The service is fast, and very friendly. I would 100% recommend this place, good food and good people ✨

Was expecting a fairly traditional ramen. The tonkatsu ramen that I ordered was not bad, however, I would have preferred the soup base to bit a bit thicker and more flavorful. I thought the egg was also done just a little bit more than I would have liked.

Good service and the ramen came out relatively quick. I was expecting a richer broth especially since it is Tonkatsu. All in all, good experience and would come back to try the other flavors.

cozy place, appetizers were awesome. when it comes to the ramens itself it was tasteless, egg was overcooked, wasnt fresh noodles. and found a hair in my bowl. I was soooo disappointed because i saw the review and seemed to be good. maybe just wrong day wrong batch but tasted nothing ☹️ for the price i dont think ill to back

it's alright. the soup and stir fry ramen were very similar; they have the same veggies in them, and the stir fry was quite wet.

Absolutely AMAZING!!! My first authentic ramen experience and my partner and I will be back again!!! So happy we came in. Our food looked exactly like what was pictured on the menu. It is so good we got take out to bring home after our meal!! The restaurant is so clean, and the food is fresh and delicious!!! Very little wait time as well!! Only problem is we couldn't decide which ramen bowl to order!! They all looked and sounded so good!

This is our place to go that we don't have to argue. The Ramen Shoyu, Shio, Gyoza and DonKatsu was my son's favourites. Mine was Tonkatsu and my partner was Tokai Ramen (seafood was fresh). Servers checked how is the food and if we need anything else. Best Ramen in Moncton without any doubt.
