The guy with a blonde hair is really unprofessional. You have to buy a sandwich in order to use a washroom, never heard that in any subway or any restaurant. Management need to address the issue.

Two guys with brown eyes, one with shaggy blonde hair, and one with light brown hair were super rude to me for no reason and humiliated me. I used to love this place but that experience ruined it for me. I will no longer ever be ordering there ever. happened on Tuesday the 11th of April 2023 from approx. 7:25 pm-7:45 pm. Get better sandwich artists.

I didn't want to cause a scene in store in front of other customers but this was the worst examples of proper food safety I've ever seen. The person making our sub did not change their gloves in between handling meat and handling veggies. My vegetarian partner found steak in her veggie sub from god knows who order as I didn't get steak. They then went and use the cash and touchscreen with the gloves and proceeded to continue making our sub without changing their gloves. I found a black hair in my sub and felt throughly disgusted my entire meal. For 2 Subs meals it costs 40$ I expect better health standards for my money.

Absolutely garbage. Rude manager, or at least i think she was the manager judging by the way she bossed her co-worker around. Ugly as all get out too. Bleh. Horrible place to go for food. Never again.

Food is good but the staff was rude the way that lady who was in the front desk today is treating people she need more training about how to deal with customers .

Staff was very rude I had to order my sandwich before I was allowed to use the bathroom they give you one napkin and a dirty look if you ask for more

I’m never going to subway again at Moncton,staff was really rude to me and not polite ,there was this woman who was taking orders and she talks to customers anyhow ,almost everyone was complaining.

Staff very friendly and polite great atmosphere.

As far as Subways go, this is a good one! I was surprised at the fresh veggies.

Great lunch today with fantastic service

Very personable staff, quick service too. Asked for the new green goddess sauce and they offered me a sample to try before, which was greatly appreciated.

Never again will my family eat at this particular subway. The tables were absolutely disgusting, not one was one was cleaned off. The floors were awfully gross loaded in food and leaves. The options for your subs was very limited including meat choices and vegetables along with sauces and no soups what so ecer. Overall the experience was very disappointing and we will never go back here

Oh my, the service is world class...we made large orders last Saturday, and the speed of delivery, plus the courteous service was absolutely beautiful. Thank you for the awesome experience.

Messed up my order two separate times. The restaurant is dirty and the staff doesn't care.

Great service, friendly staff and lots of variations of sub types available.. Great tasting subs as well.. The only complaint I have, is that it closes to early in my opinion.. Cheers

Fountain ice machine needs cleaning! Black possibly mold" in the ice! Sandwich was good!

One of the dirtiest SUBWAYS I have ever been in , I asked the worker if it was safe to even eat there

ordered a wrap and a meat ball sub both were cold meat balls were still like they just came out of the fridge

Ordered from Skip the Dishes this afternoon , specified light sauce, both subs are so saucey we had to throw them out. So much sauce its like they went out of their way to douse it.

Had to go back to exchange salad that want properly made. They apologized and fixed it. Just didn't like having to make the extra trip. Was door dash order which is why I couldn't check originally. Staff was good to me.

I just ordered a steak sub and this is what I got .. a hand full of little pieces of steak on a foot long sub . This could of passed for a vegetarian sub really not impressed and not happy to of wasted my money on this
