Tried dominos again for first time in a couple years and no where near what I remember. Me and my wife both agreed this was probably the worst pizza we have had in years. Dry almost burnt. No pizza sauce and hardly and cheese on the pizza even though we order one with mozzarella, cheddar and feta. You would hardly know there was cheese on it. Would recommend not going to this location hopefully the others around Moncton are better

I order domino's frequently from this location and I would like to compliment the employee Steffy on her service because every time she makes the pizzas they taste absolutely incredible. I usually order the Alfredo pasta with mushrooms and it's always perfect. She does an absolutely fantastic job. As well as the rest of the team that delivers quickly. Thank you guys and keep it up!

New owners since 2021 are from the other franchise store on Morton. Since then the quality has been terrible. There are far better options near by .

If you're looking for the best thin crust pizza in town, it's here. Any toppings. But thin crust. Nothing compares to this. The regular crust is just gross. And I find it makes the pizza almost taste to much like crust when you get the regular stuff and not the thin. The desserts are good. I've never had the pasta but my friend told me it's good, it looks like cheap pasta jus tossed together nothing homemade about it. Awesome toppings. They don't use real bacon tho jus the bacon bit balls which are gross and I hate when places don't use real bacon.

Not sure what's been going on with this location recently, but the quality has gotten worse and worse over the past year or so. I've ordered from here since we've moved to Moncton about 6 years ago and their service used to be excellent. It seems every time I make an order now, it's either wrong or sub par. Twice now I have ordered two donairs and there's been a mistake with my order. The first time it was just never delivered, when calling about it they had insisted that the order was still out for delivery. I had to call a second time to finally get a new them to my door, took an hour and 20 minutes to finally get my order. The second time, the donairs didn't have any sauce on them, when calling to report the issue I got a long sigh on the phone, but they did eventually replace it. It took about an hour in total before I finally got what I had originally ordered. I only live 2 minutes from the restaurant. Aside from this, the quality in food has been below average recently. I will be avoiding this location in the future.

Used to be an amazing experience but frequently now you have pizza that lacks toppings and taste dried out and overall not the experience it used to be

Disgusting health code violations. Went in and placed my order. After observing what the cashier did next I asked for a refund. She touched the cash register, money, wiped her nose and then picked up raw dough and started working. At no point did she wash her hands!! And she was not wearing gloves. I tried to speak to a supervisor who did not think anything was wrong with the employee not washing her hands. I will never go back.

Picked up the order through the drive thru.It was ready and the pizza was still warm when I got home.Good quality

I have had the pleasure of having Domino's Pizza for as long as I can remember. But this particular day was amazing. I ordered a large pizza with lava cakes and they were timely, and done with quality. I end up with a satisfied appetite and I will definitely order again sometime! Best pizza place I know of.

We come here every Wednesday with our grandson. Pizza is consistent, hot and delicious. Staff is very friendly

I got delayed picking up the order, as i had a maintenance truck blocking me in the driveway. Picking up my order 20 minutes late, when it's usually ready early, i was expecting it to be cold and was a little disappointed getting to the store. I was surprised when the employee handed me the box, and i could feel the warmth of the pizza on the box. Pizza was perfect! So very happy customer.

This place is horrible when it comes to customer service. I was there with my few friends and the manager seems rude and made us feel like he wasn’t interested in servicing us. We were not sure what we we ordering upon arrival so we were told to order everything in one order with rudeness. I would not recommend this place to anyone and if this msg is ever read by owner of this place, teach your peeps what it means when we say customer service. #Hate

I am allergic to gluten and get very sick if I eat it. I was a bit unsure about ordering but best ever crust and toppings. Higher recommended. Great delivery driver too. Well done Domino's 🍕 Mountian rd.

I was there on Sunday May22 during night time, was ordering first time. Jashan and his team (one guy and a girl) explain very well about deal. Great customer service.

Won't be going back to this location anytime soon. Depending on who is working staff can be very rude. Rating isn't for that cause I of course don't expect people to always be peachy while working till 3:00 AM at a low wage job. My real issue is last few times I have gone I have been left pulling raw dough off my pizza.

Deliver different item against my order.Also charged extra and when I asked for bill they only provided me a receipt of credit card. When I called them for complain they disconnected the phone . Such a bad experience with Mountain road branch…

July 24/22. Ordered a large pizza. The pizza had a crust the thickness of a toonie. Hardly any toppings. Service and quality of food hasn’t been good in awhile. Recommend going elsewhere. I’d give zero stars if I could. The new owners are about getting has much money from you cheaply as possible. Stay away

Love ordering from Domino’s! Delicious food, good service and friendly delivery people. On the rare occasions I’ve had any issues, they are excellent to work with to make it right.

I would give 2.5 stars for the pizza but the garlic bread was good as you can see from the pictures it's not very yummy looking also could use more topping this is the mountain rd location I've tried domino's pizza in ontario and didn't like it thought I would give it a try here in moncton nb but I won't buy it again

This locations customer service is worst. We ordered cheesy garlic fingers and instead they gave us bacon garlic fingers. we are allergic to meat plus its against our religion and when we went to store to show them their mistake they just said sorry.

I have been using this location for 20 plus years. Always great service and great food. The staff are always friendly. My go to pizza house.

The cashier was very patient with us (english is not our first language) and service was quick but not lot of topics on the pizza. On my half with only mushrooms i barely had 2 in one slice... on all slices. And they didnt have butter, but it was still good.

I had a peperoni,sausage,salami and green pepper pizza. The pizza was nice and hot and there was a good amount of toppings. A lot better than Pappa Johns

Love ordering from this branch and always have a very good experience with their service. The quality of their products is always on point (fresh, not overcooked, appetizing)
