When I didn't know my room number , the front desk clerk refused to phone my husband to get me. Instead he insisted on seeing my ID. I informed him I didn't have it. He called security to have me removed. I left before security arrived. I phoned the front desk once I was outside and asked for my husband's room. I was immediately connected. He came and got me. There was no apology. Instead the security threatened to end our stay if there was any complaints. I a 65 year old Indigenous woman with disabilities and illnesses. We paid 300 dollars for the room. We did not expect to be treated so badly.

No idea why this place charges what it does. It's basically a 2.5-star hotel. No Room Service, TVs don't work, the "Fitness Center" is a joke, it's in the middle of nowhere, and casino restaurants don't do take out. Absolutely awful.

The good...Very pleasant staff. Very nice to be able to stay where you play. Food was good. The Casino was fun. The bad..... The bed was so hard the floor was probably softer. The carpets could use a shampooing. The room smelt dusty. And there was no creamer or bottled water in the rooms. The pillows were old and no longer fluffy. And the Hotel in general was outdated. Also was told at check in there is an additional charge if you leave the room on a credit card. Just not what I would expect for the 4+ star hotel it claims to be.

Just back from wonderful family weekend. Quick and friendly hotel check in. Great rooms with modern amenities. Pool and hot tub were busy and fun. Close to shopping, eating and drinking in Moncton. Free parking for guests. As an added bonus, there was a pedway to the Casino which was lively and most enjoyable. The buffet was amazing ! What a great getaway this winter.

This review is not for the hotel but for the spa. The staff nervous very professional yet also very easy to talk with. Be the change rooms were very clean. My friend and I went for a separate massages. The atmosphere was very calm for my hot stone massage. It was very relaxing and invigorating. Then my friend and I joined up again for the deluxe pedicure. We were seated in the self massaging chairs. The massages adjustable as to where and how strong. I am going to buy one of these for myself has a present ASAP. Highly recommended. I will be back.

BE AWARE OF THE 4pm CHECK IN TIME!!! Like most of you, I have travelled using hotels worldwide. I have been fortunate enough to have NEVER been to a hotel as self oriented, rather than being customer oriented. Arrived at 3:30 PM to check in. Of course, my mistake as their check in time is 4PM PROMPT! They advised that no rooms were cleaned for guests yet. Spoke with another guest and they had been waiting in the front lobby since 2PM but no rooms are available due to cleaning until 4PM. So then you ask why this is a problem. Well unfortunately I cannot post the photos here of the large line up at 4PM and 4:15PM and at 4:30PM, but I was able to get in line and get my room keys at 4:48PM, forty five minutes of my life wasted as this hotel bottlenecks its guests for check in. While waiting to check in, there were regular rounds of security patrols through the lobbies, something I guess is required in Moncton??? (Tongue in cheek - or keep guests in line, literally!) While speaking with the desk clerks, I had to speak around 1/2” thick plate glass, with no sound/speaking holes, so both myself and the guest beside me had to take turns bending down to the document port to converse with the desk clerks. Something I am unused to is that each room has an automatic “surcharge” of $4.20 that goes to the housekeepers. I have no problem voluntarily tipping housemaids, but to subsidize their wages due to their employer’s shortcomings is kind of discouraging to me as a guest. The final “gift” from this hotel is the 2% surcharge added to your bill if you don’t pay by cash or debit. Guess I missed the note that they reduced their prices by this 2% when this came into effect, rather than gobble up more profit. I give the room layout, cleanliness and amenities a thumbs up. Thank you housecleaning people. Good job. In my opinion, this hotel is perfect for gamblers as the extra fees and rules are of little consequence. Casino New Brunswick Hotel is part of a chain, run out of Toronto, and seems I’ll suited for Atlantic Canada. Be safe everyone. Keep smiling!!!

Understand Covid has impacted everything but it's time to stop playing the Covid game and set the Business straight. Hotel my paper cup was stained from previous use. Moved the table lamp by accident to view coffee stain that was never cleaned. Then no food service, no room service no pool or Spa. Time to adjust that Star rating. Others are up and running get your game in gear.

Don't take room 516. Worst bed I have ever slept in. Far too soft, pillows far too hard and the neck strain is ridiculous. Further, at this price we expected at least a Costco bottle of water in the room. Kudos though for the grab bar in the shower. Overall, we would get a much cheaper room next time we have to stay here, this suite was not worth it.

Stayed one night. Very nice spacious rooms. Shower was walk in and very large. Rooms are pricey though ($240/night) and there were "mystery" charges on the bill - a $4 service charge which im thinking is the printed bill they slipped under the door, and a $6 levy which i have no idea is for, plus taxes on both, gimmie a break.

I have always had a pleasant stay. I only wish service was as good before the pandemic.

The rooms were beautiful and large. The TV did not work and there was a serious lack of vending machines. And no breakfast. Staff was polite

Very expensive for a room that had mold in the ductless mini split unit. Really not professional to have people staying in a mold infested room. Staff was nice. Not convenient for under age kids if you have kids since they cant eat breakfast in the casino… one star for the staff and one star for the overall ambiance

Always a great stay at the Casino NB Hotel. Rooms are always clean and a good size. Pool was clean and tidy. Staff was helpful and friendly. The location is second to none in Moncton, especially if you are there for the Casino or a show.

Huge rooms at an affordable price, hotel is nice and clean. Also like that they are dog friendly with only a one time $30 fee for having the dog in the room. Only negative thing was that room service was too busy at breakfast time to answer our call and never called us back.

I've always had a wonderful stay every single time I stay at Hotel Casino NB. The rooms are clean and smell clean. Never musty and closed up like some hotels. The staff are always nice and friendly as well. Plus being right beside Casino NB gives you a place to go have a few drinks, listen to some bands, enjoy some food and gamble if you're so inclined.

Staff was wonderful. Room was clean and spacious. The fan, though, in room 314 was so loud and clunky it kept waking us up. I haven't mentioned to management as we just checked out but I will let them know so they can fix this. I would stay again. We saw Matt Minglewood and it was awesome to walk from the show to our room without going out in the cold. Convenient location. Close to anything you would need.
