i visited the moncton location for this franchise, this past tuesday in hopes of aquiring some clothing to fend against the cold cnaadien winters as i moved here from mexico a few months back. As i entered the store i was filled with the sent of rubber and new clothing. i didnt feel comfortable until i was greeted by a short blonde heaaded teenager named Sara. Sara gave me a tour of the store and suited me head to toe in sportscheks finest winter clothing. She was very sweet and help me tons because of arah i will be tosty this winter season. If someone from sportscheck is reading this reveiw just know that you have one hell of an employee in sara and i personally think she deserves a raise.

And my name to the store today with a lot of questions and advice. Customer service rep Anna was out of this world. She was so patient and so helpful she made sure everything fit just right. She made our experiences for check amazing and will be going back there for our sporting needs!!!!

I recently visited the Moncton location of sport check. ( the one by Sobeys). When walking into the store I was met by a wonderful aroma. I felt as if I were in the 2020 olympics myself by just being in the store. The cashier Olivia (a approximately 5'3 brown haired teen) gave me a warm welcome and welcomed me into sport check. Throughout my visit I found myself lost in all of the wonderful merchandise. Since it's the winter season, and I have recently moved from Guatemala I was in need of some new winter drip! When lost in the sneaker section because there is so much selection I began to cry for help. When Olivia came over and gave me a helping hand, and showed me to all of the boots, hats, mittens, and jackets I need. Thanks Sport-check of Moncton and thanks Olivia !

Decent size store with lots of selection and stock, usually. Can be quite busy at times. I personally find the SportChek website good for determining in-store stock mind you, it isn't 100% accurate all of the time. Sometimes you just have to go in to see if what you're looking for is in stock.

Slow cashiers, don’t receive cash….

Wicked store with great sale prices, seems like every time I go in this store I buy something. Also 9 times out of 10 it's on sale. Good location not to busy, really like it.

Dropped in there late with a buddy around closing time, he wanted to buy a dri fit shorts. Staff were helpful and manager even let my bud try a short after 5pm. Good experience!

I went in for the first time and well over a year on Black Friday of 2020, and I will say I was most pleasantly surprised. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, not many minutes to wait in line as there was virtually no one due to the online shopping experience, they allowed me to return a pair of shoes I had bought the week prior under their Black Friday return policy that was available to return from two weeks prior, and help me find my sufficient hat. I knew I was being a pain but they loved every minute of it didn't give me a single bit of hassle. I will definitely be shopping there again.

Of all the sports stores in area of Moncton they have the best skate tech person in the area. You will never have a bad skate sharpening if Andy does your skates. Repairs are always number 1.

Great customer Service!!! Danika is the best at her job. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and has a great sense of humour. We were shopping fir my friends 2 teenage daughter. My friend actually got most of her stuff on her list at this store with the helpful guidance from Danika’s expertise!! We will definitely be back. You don’t find customer service too often, we are telling everyone we know to shop at Sport-check in Mountain. Thank you Danika!!!
