Very slow service. I stayed at the Delta across the street and was grateful to have a coffee shop so close. Unfortunately the cafe was understaffed, service very slow and 2/3 mornings I ended up walking out and finding one elsewhere as I was on a time crunch and didn't have 20+ minutes to wait in line for just a coffee and muffin

It's a very good place to go for coffee or quick bite or even a treat. The staff are always willing to help you

It's your standard affair Tim Hortons, though the consistency of the food can vary wildly. The staff is friendly, and surprisingly they still know how to smile as they serve you your drink. Service here is quick despite the long lines during the break and lunch rushes. The seats here are almost always packed during the morning so don't expect to find an empty seat. The restrooms are also cleaner than expected, and same with the rest of the store. If you're looking to use the WiFi here, you will find that it is slower than most, and not reliable. Great staff, serviceable food if you're looking for something that's quick to eat but don't expect it to be healthy.

Love this place great coffee but I ask for two large ice caps, brought them home and my son said those are medium not large. I didn't know because I don't drink them he does all the time I drink their coffee. So I paid for large got medium. That's the only thing that happened to me here. Never had a problem before and I go there all the time

Display case was bare. Timbits? nope. Boston Cream? nope. Cookies? nope. All they had were 3 muffins and a couple of cheese twists. The customer in front of me asked for a sandwich and they were out of eggs. It was the saddest Tim Horton’s I’ve ever visited. If this was my first time visiting a Tim’s, I would have been left with a really poor first impression.

It's bad enough that Tim Horton's no longer thanks its customers with the "Roll up the Rim" contest but now they actually rip you off!! The first pic was a poured coffee....the second was from a machine, neither are full. It makes me very sad to say goodbye to what was once a great Canadian company who cared. RIP TIM HORTON'S

Highly recommend this Tim Hortons. The lady's at cash are wonderful. The "cooks" who make sandwiches and bagels,, are quite slow and unattentative. I always go to this Tim's, however there's been many of times I've had to bring back my lunch.

Love Tim Horton especially Ice Coffee, found my new delicious 😋 thing to eat Farmer's Sausage wrap there absolutely 💯 delicious. Addicted to them . The staff are very friendly and very helpful .

Always a good quick stop at Tim's. But it's so sad when you don't get a croissant that you love the most.

2 lovely ladies attended to me. They were polite and served me the wrap and explained they were out of veggies.

Why is cold brew on the menu if they never have it? I’m in town for the WJC and have stopped at this location Saturday 12/31 and Monday 1/2 and no cold brew. Don’t waste your time here.

Great tasting coffee ☕️, friendly staff but only thing id say is that they should ask customers if they want a sleeve for the coffee or not as the coffee is hot.. Other than that, good atmosphere in general. Cheers

Very polite staff & great food

Was very clean + peaceful in Tim's today. My favorite hostess Darcy served me today. Her smile is contagious + the coffee was fresh.

Wasn't even aloud to go inside to use the washroom without buying something.

Unprofessional staff and rude staff. Location says it's closed when it's really opened, and bathrooms only available to paying customers. I spend thousands on Tim Hortons every year and I can't use the bloody washroom unless I wait in a line of 10 people? Get a grip.

Very slow and there system seems to be out all thr time I've had to go across street to withdraw cause there debit wasn't working and neither they're point scanner multiple time they're are very polite and nice tho

Too busy - sitting spaces closed, closed dirty washroom, seriously, if u can, choose another.
