Great team, awesome customer service. The main reason I'm rating so low is because of the logistical mess it causes for cars on the main and side streets that are trying to get somewhere other than Tim Hortons. No matter what, main traffic is blocked by a line of cars waiting in either entrance of the drivethru. I am discouraged to use this Tim Hortons because of its location however, its the only one on my route.

Your coffee is toxic it upset my stomac extremely bad. But McDonald coffee is way beter dosent bother me. Sorry not sorry your coffe is a mess of a drink. I rather drink nothing than having my stomac upset by your discusting coffee

About 2 good employees here, the rest? Completely useless. We use to go here twice a day every day for years but no more. They almost always mess up your order, never have product, give completely wrong orders, I am done with this location. Need to fire 99% of the new staff.

The absolute worst Tim Hortons in the Maritimes. I know they are an express location but they hardly have anything that is displayed on their sign. I'm honestly surprised they had coffee.

This Collishaw location was drive-thru only. I think the even those locations should have at least one both for the comfort of those who may be out for a walk and want to catch a coffee and their breath. Especially us seniors!

Very, very rude service and comments from one employee. This morning, November the 14th at 6:45 AM order. My coffee goaler every morning. Monday to Friday to get a coffee and 2 timbers from my son before he goes to daycare jokes around with all the employees. But this one employee has a chip on her shoulder. Thinking she could say what she wants over the Mike. Very rude comments came out of her mouth this morning, which the head office will be notified of. As well as this location that has now Lost me as a customer

Number one place to grab a nice breakfast and the donuts are my kids favorite.

Drive thru needs to be redone as it's traffic havoc when it's busy. Quality of food and service are subpar versus other locations. Just recently had their license revoked from the health inspector. Hoping they revamp the place.

over 20 min in drive-thru this morning with only 5 or 6 cars in front of me. Meanwhile I feel like the other side of drive-thru had over 20 cars get through. When I got to the speaker to order no egg at 7:45 am. Seems ridiculous!!! I understand this location has been short staffed but something needs to be done to fix this problem!

Manager is terrible at customer service. Countless times have gone there and gotten wrong orders and have had to wait long periods each time to even just get a coffee.

Service was quick, but ordered 2 Bagels, both burnt very badly, asked for mayo on one, paid extra 70 cents for it, but they didn't put it on my BELT. Very disappointed in quality of food.
