I
was
in
the
studio
for
the
first
time
in
November.
I
was
interested
in
hair
thickening
or
extension
and
first
wanted
to
get
advice
and
also
find
out
more
about
the
prices,
as
these
are
not
stated
directly
as
it
always
depends
on
what
needs
to
be
done
and
how
much
effort
it
is.
That's
understandable
to
me!
Unfortunately
I
have
to
say
that
I
was
disappointed
with
the
consultation
appointment.
I
felt
that
the
information
about
the
prices
for
hair
extensions
could
have
been
provided
over
the
phone
without
having
to
travel.
Although
the
craftsmanship
is
certainly
excellent,
I
didn't
feel
well
advised.
I
wasn't
with
Diego
personally
but
with
one
of
his
employees.
The
lady
took
15
minutes
to
listen
to
me.
She
never
once
took
a
closer
look
at
my
hair
or
touched
it.
Maybe
she
doesn't
have
to
because
she
has
a
good
eye
for
detail.
I
don't
know,
but
she
seemed
bored
and
uninterested.
At
least
that
was
my
impression.
She
told
me
the
prices
and
how
many
extensions
would
be
needed
for
hair
thickening
or
lengthening.
Unfortunately,
completely
different
than
I
imagined.
So
hair
thickening
is
out
of
the
question
for
me
at
first.
In
addition,
my
husband
couldn't
sit
in
the
lounge
corner
and
wait
for
me
for
a
moment,
but
had
to
stand
outside
in
the
cold
at
4
degrees.
I
just
found
that
outrageous!
This
has
nothing
to
do
with
Corona
or
other
hygiene
measures.
The
studio
now
charges
money
for
consultation
appointments.
