Just came across this restaurant recently. Me, my friend and my kid wanted to try this out and we were pretty shocked! Read on. American & Other Nationals: Don’t worry about reviews of this restaurant. Spot on, you may like sweet taste if you aren’t used to Indian masala. See pictures. Indian Nationals: If you are used to taste of Biriyani and other items, this is not your restaurant. Pay close attention to the pictures. The meat quality is bad and shows it was prepared 1 to 2 days in advance. Biriyani Rice was sweet. Goat masala had no appealing taste. If you are looking for quick hang out, this is just OK.

My coworker recommended this place to eat, the food was tasteless and disgusting. The veggies was undercooked, I kept spitting it out because it tasted like something was in my mouth. I NEVER ate Indian food that tasted this horrible. My dish looked like puke. 🤢 The Naan bread was hard and didn't look like the Naan Bread I usually eat from MY favorite restaurant but it tasted ok. This place always look empty but now I see why. I don't like giving bad reviews but maybe in the future, they'll improve. Wasted money

We’re glad that we discovered this hidden gem near Princeton. Clean restaurant, spacious dining room, friendly staff and most importantly delicious Indian food. Their butter chicken, garlic naan, parda biryani and sizzlers are one of the best you can have in the tri-state area. We drove an hour today for this today before visiting grounds of sculptures. Would highly recommend!

Love this place and it’s as authentic as it gets. I’ve been this this place 3 times now, twice for dinner and a Sunday buffet, all 3 times everything has been on point! The price point to portion size is unbeatable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the sizzling brownie is to die for, tastes just like the ones from India. Highly recommend A+.

Hear me out and read the whole review. I had ordered from here previously on Uber Eats, and there was an issue so the food never arrived, which was a bad experience. Turns out it wasn't an issue with the restaurant. The owner personally reached out, and made himself available to me if I should place another order, which I did. From there the food was freshly prepared, delivered promptly, and was still warm. Great experience. Now for the food. Delicious. The chicken Tikka masala was fresh, hot, flavorful, and very tasty. The Biryani is some of the best I've had. The paneer makhani was so good I had to stop myself from overeating. Interesting how things turn out. Looking for delicious Indian food in the area? Try Persis. Thanks to the owner and the team for the experience.

Even 1 star is not eligible for this restaurant. Food is not quality and expensive as well. We ordered Paneer 65, Onion Pakora, Gobi 65. If you want to go Emergency room right after eating buy it here. I never seen Paneer 65 in a gravy format. The paneer was blind and the gravy is just red liquid. Gopi 65 was not cooked completely and the flour texture was there. Onion Pakora taste is ok but for 12$ you get only 8 pieces. Tooooooooo expensive. DONT RECOMMEND IT EVEN FOR A BEGGER.

I ordered goat biryani, and as soon as the food was served on our plates, we discovered a large piece of glass in the biryani. Despite our complaint to the server, there was no response, making it a terrible dining experience.

The food was very tasty. Good Indian food. The server was pleasant but weirdly awkward. Felt like he was filling in, or this isn't his usual job. The place is set up a little strange. Maybe like a banquet hall for Indian events? Just a bit strange, with white gleaming floors and tables.

We were the only guests. The waiter was very friendly to talk to. Apparently the restaurant is busy usually on the weekends. Food was very good, yet different from other Indian food we've had before. We will return.

The food here has always been great, in my experience. However, they seem to have a new policy of only accepting tips in cash, as the server stopped me from filing in a tip on the credit card slip. Never encountered this before, and I imagine this policy leads to a lot of lost tips.

I ordered goat biryani, and as soon as the food was served on our plates, we discovered a large piece of glass in the biryani. Despite our complaint to the server, there was no response, making it a terrible dining experience. For your kind information we didn't accepted any food immediately after we noticed glass piece in food, now you are saying that we ate everything and left without paying bill, please check the CC tv footage.

First time ordering from here, food smelled good, I ordered the stuffed Roti and it came with hair on it, so at that moment I don’t think I can trust the food. I called the location to let them know and the representative did not acknowledge until I said something and he responded with”sorry about that” 9.1.2023

Food was absolutely rubbish. Hot and Sour chicken soup- served with tandoori chicken pieces. Tomato sorba - it butter chicken gravy (diluted) Rasam - is aaloo gravy ( with no pepper, no lentils, no curry leaves) Gobi 65 - deep fried gobi, tasteless with oil to massage your body Corn chilli - deep fried baby corns, tasteless Biryani - served with absolutely frozen diced mutton, chewy and rubbish. Without telling - they charged for not so complementary onions Soups - we complained, they don’t care don’t acknowledge. One of the worst places in New Jersey. No wonder Friday night also place was empty,. No one should even try food there
