Beautiful overlook. Great place to stop whether you are going to or from Pleasant Hill Lake or Malabar farm or even just passing through the area. If you are going on a Street motorcycle be careful. The road going up to the overlook is winding and has many potholes and lots of loose gravel, but it is doable.

This is a great spot to watch the sunset especially in the winter before the trees fill in. The views are fantastic all year round, though.

Before hiking at Malabar Farm State Park, we stopped by Mt.Jeez. It was a perfect day to view the countryside. The pictures really don't do it justice. Once we got here, we didn't want to leave.

Mount Jeez is a beautiful place on top of a small hill. Great place to go to watch clouds! There is a small parking area and a couple of benches, but that's it--no restrooms, no trails, no picnic area. It is dog friendly. It's worth the short drive!

Yesterday boyfriend I were out mushroom hunting and decided to watch the storm blow in from MT. Jeez!

Mt. Jeez is a beautiful overlook. There is a parking lot, a couple benches, I think a small picnic table and not much else. Perfect for enjoying the view or stargazing. The drive up is a winding road that barely feels like two lanes so be careful. There are also potholes.

Amazing view! Malabar farm is right near here and is very noce and can be a nice free family outing, beautiful Amish/farm country is the best

The best view of Malabar Farm. RICH-LAND county lives up to its name here. If you haven't been here, get here! The unpaved road is closed during the winter months, so if you're not up for a windy hike, drive to the top starting in April. The road is closed for winter on November 1st.

A beautiful overlook. The road is a little rough to go up but we were in a sadan and did fine. Definitely need to come again with a picnic.

This is what I call a little piece of heaven! Have been coming here for over 20yrs. Love it!! If you visit please pick up an trash left behind by those who don't want this place to exist in the future. 😁 A trash can would be awesome to whom that may concern. Obviously something the animals wouldn't be able to open easily. Namaste.

Loved this place FOR YEARS !! Great place to take your lady and just relax and take in the view ,makes u feel small in a giant world!! And u can clearly see the WORLD ISN'T FLAT PEOPLE lol. Sunrise and sunsets are the best here and fall time is so cool looking as well. Highly recommend it if you've never been there add it to your bucket list it's a MUST!!

I only give it a two star based on it's closure time. As one of the few places open to the public that would be great for star gazing given ifs height above the valley's home lights and surrounding hills block the cities. Basic patrolling at night would keep people out that mean trouble i.e kids hanging out, so people could enjoy it in a different way.

I've been working in the area and wanted to stop here again since it's been 26 years I'd last seen this beautiful view when my uncle and aunt got married at this place. What a view this is in October when all the leaves change!

It's a very narrow road to the top of the hill but the view is worth it! Especially in fall, the colors are beautiful.
