I’m giving this a 1 star for many reasons. 1st, we told this guy behind the counter that we had a free coffe and Tim it’s for 1$ from the app, he agreed and still charged us for the coffe and the original price of timbits . After all this we got in the car about to in joy our food of 8 timbits!

Tim Hortons is not doing well lately... Last time, there was no more coffee ready. The lady in front ordered a soup and there was no more bread. The places are run by a bunch of poor kids that just apologise that they ran out of stuff. Plus, the washrooms are now disgusting!

Needed to remind the girl at the counter of part of my order. Also, I needed to ask to get part of my order corrected. In general, at this Tim Horton's, you find that they are out of more than few elements on their menu. Also, they constantly have new hires that are going through training and that clearly struggle to keep up with demands of their functions. Go to other Timmy's nearby if you can.

What can you say it's Tim's service is usually pretty fast as always

Very slow service, hot latte was warm, not enough donuts.

Worst Timmie's ever... While waiting 5 minutes for 2 people to be served the same 2 muffins were handled with bare hands by 5 different staff members.

Very slowww service!! I stayed in line for 30 min to get my coffe😵‍💫 but the staffs were super nice 👍🏻

Friendly staff but the drive thru speaker was glitchy which lead to mis ordered foods
