We received a gift card for this Christmas and we were really delighted. We made a reservation for 4 people for January 5, we planned our free day and arrived at 10:30. But we saw a lot of people waiting outside. We spent about 40 minutes outside and we were still outside. So, finally we decided not to wait, because we only had 4 hours free. Please look at the photos, 3 times as many people were waiting inside. Every few minutes more and more people came. Why didn't anyone tell us that your "reservation" does not guarantee access to the spa? Why didn't anyone tell us something like: "dear guest, the waiting time is about xxx minutes"? As a result, we were stressed, spent our free day for nothing, drove our car for over an hour, lost a $40 deposit, and received a lot of bad emotions. How to get our money and good mood back?Hope you find a good solution Very, very bad experience instead of a relaxing day.

Excellent experience! At the resort, there are two hot spring pools that are 39 degrees Celsius and a swimming pool that is 30 degrees Celsius. There are 2 or 3 cold pools of 18 degrees as well. Saunas come with many different themes, but it was too hot for me and I only stayed around two minutes. The restaurant is great, the price is reasonable, and the food is delicious, especially the potato soup with cumin. I look forward to going back and spending time with my family again. P.S. I called in advance to ask about COVID policies and also asked if we could walk in by any chance. The man informed me of a long waiting list, and we only had a small possibility to get in. We went anyway, and luckily, we got in right away😎

Beautiful place, great atmosphere one of the hot bath weren't working right. I loved their salt exfoliation station next to the hammam🥰 Definitely somewhere to come again! Came back 2months later and tried the food 😋 out of Strom Spa Mont-Saint-Hilaire, Quebec and Nun's Island, they (Mont-Saint-Hilaire's) have the best food 👌🏽 similar dishes but tastier ❤️‍🔥 Try the Nordik or the Robi cocktails 🍸you will not regret it😉 Thanks to Carine for taking great care of us 🤌🏼💝

Made a reservation for 4 people, had Swedish massage in pairs which was a nice experience but they had a mix up with the names which delayed the start of the massage. But at the end they figured out there mistake. Decent massage but 3/5 would take it somewhere else. The thermal experience is worth the 1 hour drive in. Nice view of the mountain. Had gotten a package that came with a meal and wine. However the staff weren't aware we had already booked a package, therefore had to explain it 2x to different waitresses. 😳 not disappointed by the food. Was great and fast service. When leaving to pay thr bill as we had added extra to our meal. They had a surprising charge which needed a manager to fix. For a large company the these small things shouldn't happen. On arrival they even confirm your identification and all that. overall experience was pleasant. would likely return again.

One of the hot pool was closed that day. Overall experience was great. I had a massage that day and it was ok (3.5/5). The facility has lot of flies that day. It was everywhere (restaurant, inside the facility, changing room) which was quite annoying. Especially they were flying around our food. Total spending for 2 massages plus tips 2 entrance to the spa and restaurant was around $650.

Absolutely a beautiful and relaxing spa. I would definitely come back. We took a massage combo. The message therapists are super nice and professional. The spa place was also very good too. One thing I have to point out, the place was a little bit small. So it seems very crowded in the spa (and we went on a week day). Overall, everything was very professional and clean.

loved this place. was beautiful. Originally went for a massage but decided to participate in the thermal experience and it was incredible. The weather and scenes were so beautiful. There were so many pools and a sauna and relaxation rooms. The place was incredible! worth a visit! I recommend going early and taking a book with you and really spending the whole day there

We went to enjoy a relaxing day at the spa where we have been many times before and we love it. Yesterday was totally different. If yesterday was my first time there, it wold be my last time. The bathrobe did not fit. The steam spa (my favourite) was closed. The outside spas were extremely hot. Yes it was a hot day but I have never seen them this hot. It explained why not many were in or stayed long. Therefore that left just the pool, which was crowded. Not that the placed was packed, just nothing else there to enjoy. The yurts were extremely hot inside with no air and the doors were left open. We tried to enjoy the lounges around the pool but, a person next to us was taking on her phone. Then we had a group behind us having their personal little party going on. Staff members did circulate the grounds but no one was asked to keep the silence. You take a day off to go and relax and you end up more stressed then when you went due to being out of 177.00 for nothing. 177.00 an hour ???? That wil keep customers coming.

Been to a few spas in Quebec and this one is the best so far. Two wet saunas, multiple dry saunas, nice swimming pooling with massage jets, several hot tubs/pools, very nice relaxing "huts", beautiful view of the mountain. Very few people on the Wednesday night that we were there which made it nice and quiet. Clean and well-maintained, several fireplaces and relaxation areas. Everything you want at a spa!!!

The Spa is one of the best I’ve ever had to experience, but this time, the review is about their Restaurant that deserves a star on its own! First of all, the food not only looks amazing but also has incredible & exquisite taste. The relaxing atmosphere is greatly appreciated with their very unique interior style. Also, the client service is at the top every single time. I believe this place has a true potential to compete with other 5 star premium restaurant (especially considering the affordable prices they offer)! Although the focus is obviously on the Spa, people should give their interior restaurant a try. They will be in for a very generous and great experience!

The spa experience was very good. I enjoyed it a lot. The pool is nice and big. I would definitely come back for the thermal experience. One thing that ruined the day for me was the food at the restaurant. Extremely over priced for something that is very little. I was starving and wanted to eat something big and amazing. I saw on the menu that there was duck for 26$. But what I got was just a small plate with little thinly sliced pieces of duck. The menu for the main plates are very misleading in their descriptions. I feel like they’re trying to manipulate you into buying something that sounds great but then it turns out to be something completely different. The restaurant ruined my mood from the great experience that I had. I don’t mind paying a high price for food items but at least make it taste good and have some quantity. It’s not fair to customers to call the place a restaurant when in reality it’s an overpriced scam with tiny scraps of food. Overall, I would ignore the restaurant all together if anyone decides to come here. It’s a better bet to order a main plate at the bistro. At least there they serve real food. As for the thermal experience, I was very satisfied. The atmosphere is very nice and there are many different baths and saunas to go to. A great visit to relax and enjoy the spa.

Went there to relax… picked that spot for 3 main reasons; -had never been there; -it seemed like a cute place; -mentioned areas of silence.. I have to mention the staff was very courteous and attentive. Unfortunately there were a lot of people disregarding the silent zones, I am referring to soft voices, talking, yapping(!) and even laughing… disrespectful guests that despite having been warned by the staff kept on talking afterwards. Overall place was alright[…] and cute (I loved the long cushioned chairs where you could oversee the stars), I thought the place was going to be a bit bigger. The showers inside the ladies’ had almost no pressure (was wondering why it was taking so long) and felt a bit unkept… I hear on the men’s side it was super clean… Will not return

I believe this spot one of the best spa around Montreal. Big place, comfortable changing space, lot of parking places, very clean everywhere, friendly stuff, good restaurant, and just 40 mnt from Montreal.

I had such an amazing experience with the thermal baths and the restaurant. Clean, great outdoor experience. Relaxing, even though there was a lot of people, it did not feel over crowded. I don’t recommend the massage. Over priced, and did not get a deep tissue massage. The person spoke too much and just barely massaged. To top that, my insurance covers a maximum of 87$ for hourly massage. So it was very expensive for a disappointing massage. I ended up booking another massage separately elsewhere. I don’t think I would go back just for the thermal experience. But if you go for only thermal experience. I absolutely recommend!!

Overall, it was a great, relaxing afternoon! The thermal experience was a good time. The massage therapists were amazing. It was my first time getting a pedicure, and I would highly recommend it. The staff was very professional and nice. The only issue was an unexpected one. There were a lot of flies for some reason. It doesn't usually bother me, especially if it's outside, but there were so many that it was noticeable. And not just outside, but inside, too. I don't know if it's like that everywhere in the area around that time (end of July). Perfect place for a quiet spa day.

The best spa I’ve been to. The thermal experience price is well worth it for the number of amenities. Plenty of space and access to pools. Very clean and very nice staff. Restaurant food is good quality and tastes great.

Had the most fantastic and relaxing morning at this spa. We went for a couple's massage followed by thermal experience. Note that the massages don't include the thermal experience. Remember to bring your own slippers or sandals because those are not provided and are mandatory. Can be bought for a steep $13 a pair. Best time to go is when they open. That's when it's the cleanest and least busy. Our massage was scheduled for 9am (opening time). Recommend getting there atleast 10-20 min before the start time. We arrived 5 min early and had to rush in to the massage. They're punctual. The couples massage was amazing and very professional. Highly recommend. All their staff is very pleasant and welcoming. The property is very beautiful and green all around. They have a mix of hot and cold pools, and a couple of saunas. It gets very busy so arrive as early as possible. The restaurant had the most delicious pulled lamb sandwhich we ever had. The almond cake dessert was also very good. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and ended up spending way more time than we had planned to. Phones are not allowed on the property and need to be put in the locker.

Loved it!!! The only three things that were missing that I would have gave it a 5 stars for are: 1. It's not a hotel... From Laval it's worth the drive but it would have been awesome to extend my stay in a hotel. We ended up driving back at 10:30 pm.. I could literally have stayed a few more hours looking at the stars but they kicked us out of the area by 10:00 pm.. 2. I was freezing at the terasse!! I asked for an extra towel because mine was wet and they said you only get 1 towel. I would recommend bringing an extra one from home or a blanket. 3. I got the package that included food for two but it didn't include desert. It would have been nice for the amount of money I payed for desert to have been in the package.

Free parking 59$ entry fees + Taxes extra. Visited in non peak season. Between Monday to Thursday. Once you get the entry you can be there for the whole day. Photography is strictly not allowed. Get your slippers. Towel, bathrobe, locker, hair dryer, shower , shampoo are already given by the management. But get yourself a beautiful girl by yourself. Once you enter it, you will be mesmerized with the music, and the Eucalyptus aroma. YOU WON'T FEEL LIKE LEAVING BEFORE MINIMUM 5 HOURS. Great experience of spa in the mountains. Best was the Humid sauna with aroma. 3 hot pools Hot saunas .. etc. Restaurant is also available. Need to do this atleast one time in a lifetime.

My friends and I went there, and the place was relaxing at first, though it smelled strongly of different variations of essential oils. The facial was good, though we had to get reservations at different times, but I could not say the same about the massages, they get very personal with their massage, no matter if its a guy or a girl they touch too close to the privates, they make you feel uncomfortable, and even if you say to go gentle they go hard. The food was a big waste of money. We got the free experience, but we still had to pay at the end when we didn't even order extra. We had to pay 0,06$. The food left me very unsatisfied, and left me hungry. Its salad was only lettuce with carrots with a tiny drizzle of sauce. The choices were not inclusive.

i love coming to strom spa! as a young adult, the prices are quite reasonable. all the rooms, pools and etc are beautiful and relaxing. although their dress robes feel very used, the showers are great. the massages are amazing and feel wayyy shorter than an hour because of how good they are! i personally am a big fan of the saunas and the cold pools. bring a book to chill after! (never been to the restaurant so couldn't say)

The spa is amazing! We drove from Ontario! Definitely worth the long drive. My only disappointment was the food at the restaurant. After reading on the website that they accommodate every dietary preference I was excited that I would be able to not stress about finding something vegan on the menu. Unfortunately the wait for the food took forever as well as the wait for our dessert, when there was only 2 other tables seated, so it wasn’t busy. I was disappointed to only have one option (I thought there would be 2 choices minimum). It was 1 small piece of toast with mushrooms on it and a measly side salad with a few carrot slices. Unfortunately I don’t like mushrooms, but I ate it since there was nothing else I could eat and I didn’t pack food in the car because of they said they have food for everyone. It was also extremely oily, like dripping in oil. So vegans bring extra food for yourself because even if you liked mushrooms it was not much food at all if your planning a long stay. Also the outdoor lights for the restaurant blew up and caught on fire a few feet away. Two guests did more to make sure we were all safe than the staff lol.

Fantastic spa in the eastern townships. The spa offers services including massages, thermal baths, facials and a full restaurant. It can get quite busy on weekends and holidays, but the site is large enough to not feel overcrowded. On the pricey side, however it’s expected given the services and quality of offerings.

I thoroughly enjoyed my afternoon at this spa. The facilities are well maintained and clean. It was a relaxing experience. I also appreciated the towel change and high quality shampoo/conditioner at the end. I would come back to try the restaurant!

👍 This restaurant has a fun atmosphere with beautiful outdoor views. But I'm unsure why they get high reviews for their burgers, they feel like they are frozen, they are thin and not juicy almost like theirs some kind of fillers but lack flavor at the same time.
