Absolutely beautiful! We spent 2.5hours walking the main track and didn't get to see 50% of the whole garden. Better when it's not so busy... could be more peaceful closer to the off hours when there's less people. Highly recommend to all - locals and tourists alike.

Beautiful gardens, tons of walking paths, many places to sit in the shade and admire the views. The presentations we saw were well done and interesting. We especially loved the Chinese garden. It was very hot today though and we didn't get to see many of the gardens - my back and feet just couldn't take the amount of walking.

One of my favourite gardens across North America, and rivals some of the best I’ve seen in the world! Tons of pretty flowers, interesting trees, arranged with care in various smaller (and educational) gardens like the First Nations garden, Chinese garden, and Japanese garden to name a few. Large variety of plants and landscapes plus events like tea ceremonies and lantern festivals means I love coming every few months to see what’s new! I’d highly recommend the Chinese garden in particular with the large pond, multiple pavilions and bonsai (-like?) collection! I’ve come alone, with friends and with family and it’s always a great time

Huge botanical garden. Unfortunately we came here in late October where most of the plants were not blossoming. So the only interesting we see are in the greenhouse area. They do have quite a variety of plant species from all over the world. And I'm sure the place would have been beautiful during the warmer month. But we will have to come back and see it again for ourselves.

I loved the botanical gardens. I was really impressed by the large variety of plants they have. My favorite spot is definitely the Chinese garden. Note: the big plant sculpture is not a permanent structure and it was not there when I visited. I must say that was the only disappointment as I was hoping to see it. Overall, I would definitely recommend it as a must visit place in Montreal.

A fantastic Botanical garden we planned our trip around. The exhibits and plants were well maintained. Looking at the map the area of the park was massive but the gardens only seemed to utilize less than half the land. I am curious to see if they plan to expand the exhibits. We went in the fall so the rose garden and a few other plants were already gone. It's probably best to visit the gardens in May, June or July. All in all it was a great trip and if you are visiting Montreal I cannot recommend it enough.

Stunning! The pictures don’t do its justice. We went during summer and bought tickets prior to save yourself from standing in line. In the front gate they have bathrooms and little stands to by snacks and drinks. Be prepared to walk but absolutely a beautiful experience

We took the metro here from downtown. Easy! Beautiful place, especially on a nice day. We explored until we got tired and there was so much more ground to cover! The Chinese Garden is definitely not to be missed. That area can get crowded but if you have patience you can still get some great shots! Would love to go back some day to see the rest of it. There are restrooms and a few spots to eat although we ended up eating outside the property at a nearby place.

Really beautifully laid out and really friendly staff too ( English only speaker here). A great day out for a family/ anyone, really. We spent 4+ hours exploring and were very satisfied. Please note that the Google image of the floral woman with a bird landing on her palm is from an exhibit over 10 years ago ... I found out the hard way after intently searching for her 🤣.

Beautiful garden. Unfortunately we had only planned to spend about 2-3 hours here, and due to time we never got through it all. I would definitely recommend planning at least a half a day maybe even longer. So many different plants and flowers to see, all artfully arranged. It is a fantastic garden. This would also be a great place to see multiple times a year just to see how it changes. Or different times a day. The flowers were lovely, in full bloom when we went. Plenty of places to take pictures, sit and enjoy the outside, or take a stroll among nature. We went during the week, early, and it wasn't too busy, however the parking lot was full when we left.

A really beautiful place to visit! It is pretty expensive (a bit over $20 a person) but a lot of effort goes into the gardens. I really enjoyed the Japanese and Chinese gardens. I liked how there was information on how they were constructed, and that the Chinese buildings were actually built abroad and disassembled, then sent to Montreal and reconstructed! The Japanese garden reminded me of a garden I visited in Tokyo. I recommend this place to garden and flower lovers.

High hopes led to a modest letdown on our recent visit back to Montreal Botanical Garden. This is a sprawling 75 hectare park with different biomes and indoor exhibits spread out near the Olympic Stadium. From the side entrance, we visited the beautiful Rose Garden, followed by the unique Chinese Garden, barren Alpine Garden, wide arboretum, and small Japanese Garden. It was a long morning stroll, with several aspects that didn’t measure up to our memorable past trip: 1) Multiple facilities were closed for access including the Biodiversity Centre just prior to the Rose Garden. Japanese Garden was mostly sealed off including bonsai trees, so it was just mainly an exhibit of everyday items. 2) While the Chinese Garden was a highlight of our last trip, garden maintenance in front of the main pavilion ruined the most picturesque view. The rest of this garden is still a tranquil contrast to be bustle of the city in the distance. 3) Mosaiculture tree sculptures were NOT on exhibit here, contrary to the Google main photo & some reviews. After wandering into the arboretum & inquiring, park staff said it had not been here since 2013 and was instead now in Quebec City. Common question! The garden entrance fee is $22 for visitors but $16.50 for local residents; some of whom were on scenic jogs. Parking is now also paid at this midtown destination, similar to seemingly everywhere else in Montreal.

After reading some reviews we decided to come here and check it out. It was great! Depending on how much time you have, you can easily walk around and spend 3 hours. The signage could be improved as sometimes you don’t know where you’re going and might miss some areas if you don’t circle back.

The park is huge! The Chinese and Japanese garden are the most beautiful ones in my opinion. Lots of bonzai (40-275 years old) But you can walk for a whole day (at least) if you want to see everything. Lots of different plant varieties. The park is super clean. I would suggest you bring your own water bottle, there are water fountains on site. Great place to visit, I don't know why I didn't go before

This place is amazing! It is A LOT bigger than we thought so be ready to walk and spend at least 2+ hrs there. Well worth it! The rose garden was beautiful, the Chinese garden was unbelievable, the First Nations garden was well done and the Japanese garden was also great! That's all we were able to fit in.

Beautiful place to spend time and bond with friends, family and even yourself! The Japanese garden is my fav, they had a session where you could do the tea ceremony. The place is filled with lots of beautiful plants and history. I recommend taking time and reading the history and information that’s posted around the garden. I’ve been here twice and both times I’ve enjoyed it.

For non plant lovers and plant lovers alike this visit to the Gardens is not only aesthetically pleasing but informative and engaging. Staff felt very pleased to be team members here and therefore were very jovial in answering questions and facilitating queries. Visiting the different environments is absolutely gorgeous and diverse. It’s so astonishing to see the variety of foliage at this location. Would recommend to anyone who has some curiosity around plant life!

The Montréal Botanical Garden is a must-visit destination, offering a delightful experience for all ages. One of the highlights for kids is the hands-on activity of making pizza using wood chips. It's a unique and fun way for children to learn about food and engage in a creative culinary adventure. The garden also boasts a remarkable collection of herbs, showcasing their aromatic scents and medicinal properties. It's a wonderful opportunity for both children and adults to explore the world of herbs and discover their diverse uses. Another enchanting feature of the Montréal Botanical Garden is its vast array of rose flowers. With their vibrant colors and captivating fragrances, the garden showcases a stunning variety of rose species. It's a feast for the senses and a perfect place for flower enthusiasts to indulge in the beauty of nature

Those pictures that you see on all the advertising of an amazing sculpture exhibit is no longer there. The entire reason I wanted to go was to see it. I was very disappointed to learn that it had been moved to Dallas!!! Otherwise , the garden is huge. I was there for hours and I still didn't finish it, but I am a former landscape designer and of course I would take more time then most people. I got the senior discount and I only paid $15 US. The Japanese exhibit seems to be the most complete and detailed. Chinese garden was very natural, as was the First Nations garden. If you go, I highly recommend that you start towards your left and do all those pretty little flower gardens first, then move on to the Chinese garden and then the first Nations garden and then the Lily garden and leave through the Rose garden. Do not attempt to eat at the restaurant unless you already know how that system works and don't care about the quality of the food.

We got there on a rainy day but it was an experience on its own. It was absolutely stunning and will definitely visit again. Make sure you set time aside because it's a bit of a walk. Would prefer to come during early hours of the day to avoid the crowd. Parking is nearby as well. There isn't ample space but you could always park by Olympic stadium and walk across. The restrooms were clean so that was nice

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My boyfriend and I recently attended the Night Light Show at the Botanical Garden of Montreal, and it was nothing short of magical. This annual event is a mesmerizing journey through different cultures illuminated by a stunning play of light and botanical wonders. The beauty of the displays was absolutely breathtaking. It’s the perfect setting for a romantic evening, and we found ourselves completely enchanted by the ambiance. One of the standout features of this experience is its affordability, making it accessible to a wide range of visitors. Additionally, the ample on-site parking is a rarity in Montreal and was greatly appreciated. We also took the opportunity to explore the Botanical Garden before Night Fall, and it’s like wandering through an outdoor museum. This year, the focus was on Chinese and native cultures, accompanied by a quick history lesson about the indigenous nations that inhabited Quebec, especially Montreal, before colonization. The incorporation of chants, light shows, smoke effects, music, and special effects added a layer of depth to the experience. I can’t recommend this event enough. It’s a truly unique and memorable way to spend an evening. Make sure to visit the garden before nightfall to fully appreciate the wonder that is the Night Light Show. Don’t miss out on this breathtaking experience! 🌌🌿🌟

Visiting the Montreal Botanical Gardens was an experience nothing short of magical. This expansive oasis in the heart of the city is a true testament to the beauty and diversity of nature. With meticulously maintained gardens, each area offers a unique and breathtaking view. The diversity of plant life is astounding. From the tranquility of the Japanese Garden to the vibrant colors of the First Nations Garden, each section tells a different story, allowing visitors to travel the world through its flora. The Chinese Garden, with its traditional architecture, is particularly stunning, especially during the lantern festival. I was impressed by the educational aspect as well. The gardens are not only about beauty but also about learning and conservation. Informational signs are placed thoughtfully throughout, offering insights into the various plants and their ecosystems. What truly makes the Montreal Botanical Gardens stand out is its commitment to providing a serene, natural environment for both relaxation and education. It’s a perfect place for a leisurely walk, photography, or even a picnic. The staff and volunteers are knowledgeable and passionate, enhancing the experience with their insights and care for the gardens. It’s clear they are dedicated to maintaining this as a special place for all who visit. Whether you’re a local or a tourist, a nature lover or just looking for a peaceful retreat, the Montreal Botanical Gardens is a must-visit. It’s a place where one can lose themselves in the beauty of nature and find a moment of peace in the bustling city.

Wow! You can find various type of flowers, trees and herbs with special decoration and design Japanese and Chinese garden are stunning. Medicinal plants are interesting to know more about the medical use of the plants. A very big plus is all the species have labels so you can get information from books or online about them. Pond full of lotus is like a postal card. There are different types of lotus there with different colors.

This was one of the most surprising visits to me in Montreal. The botanical garden is of good size, excellently maintained, and well organized. Staff was always friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere is nice and calm and the garden is separated into different areas and themes. The Chinese garden is fantastic. As a sign of friendship between Montreal and Shanghai, the garden was entirely designed and built in China before being disassembled and shipped to Montreal.

The garden of light is just superb! The immersive experience enhanced with the cultural elements from the First Nation, the Japanese garden and the Chinese garden is just incredible! The light show is also amazing! You could watch 2 times and still find it interesting! I would recommend bringing a vest as it’s chill. And plan maybe 3 to 4 hours in order to take the time at each scene would make the most of your adventure!

Highly recommend buying tickets in advance so you don’t have to wait in line. The place was really busy on a Monday so I can’t imagine how weekends are. You can easily spend a couple of hours here looking at the different gardens and walking around. I heard that they have lights on display at night time as well which would be worth checking out in the future. There is also the Planetarium and Insectarium you can check out nearby, it costs another admission to check these out however.

A Captivating Botanical Garden Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited the Montréal botanical garden that left me in awe. From the moment I entered, I was captivated by the sheer beauty and tranquility that surrounded me. The garden is a sprawling oasis of lush greenery, vibrant flowers, and diverse plant species. Each step revealed a new surprise, with meticulously curated displays showcasing the wonders of nature. The attention to detail in the arrangement of the plants and landscaping is outstanding. The garden's amenities were excellent. Clean pathways made strolling through the garden a breeze, and there were plenty of benches and shaded areas to rest and admire the surroundings. The visitor center housed an extensive library and gift shop, offering a wide range of books, souvenirs, and plants to take home. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They were always ready to answer questions and ensure that every visitor had a memorable experience. In conclusion, this botanical garden surpassed all my expectations. It is a haven of natural splendor, providing an escape from the bustling city life. Whether you are a nature enthusiast, a plant lover, or simply seeking a serene experience, this garden is an absolute gem. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone, and I am already planning my next visit.

Amazing place! So much to see and experience! I was there in July and enjoyed being near water lilies, lilies and fruit trees. Also, I learned a lot about medicinal and poisonous plants. I intended to walk around the garden outdoor but due to recent snow falls, it enables me to scout the area for my upcoming portrait. However I was able to do my indoor tour at the enclosed gardens where there were like 5 people tpuring the area with masks on and no winter jacket, the temperature was warm as if your inside a forest. Beautiful landscapes and gorgeous flowers that you see in the wilderness. I will go back on Sunday for a portrait of my upcoming wedding event. The staffs were very friendly all the time .

Wonderful place to visit. Fee max $ 21 for one adult. Lots of variety of trees and plants. Exhausted of counting the types ...perhaps they are in thousands. The Garden of different cultures also attracted my attention. Indigenous People Garden, Japanese Garden, Chinese Garden & a lot more. The garden is established in the 1930’s which made it rich in variety & old beauty. The fresh air to breath, the quietness to read and the scenery to enjoy made my day. Please give it a try. Worth visiting.

Every summer I try to visit once. This year I visited with my aunt that just moved from the US. She totally loved it. She was in awe of their veggies and fruits. They had apples 🍎 raspberries and grapes and so many variety of vegetables. It wasn’t overcrowded specially in the midst of COVID-19. Everyone had a great distance and some wore masks. It was very relaxing and safe! Hopefully next year they have the Gardens Of Lights which is a big MUST around the end of summer beginning of fall.

One of the best gardens I've ever visited. The variety of the trees, flowers, and herbs are unbelievable. You may see different species from different part of the world. It is well worth seeing and every penny you spent. Less than 20$ for entrance seems logical. I visited here during my stay at Montreal and here was one of the best places in the city to go sightseeing.

Very expansive garden with a lot of different sections/themes. There's a rose garden, greenhouses for various climates in the world, shade garden, toxic plants garden, Japanese garden, Chinese garden, etc. You can easily spend several hours wandering around and it's only about $20 a person, less if you're a resident of Quebec. We attended the Gardens of Light event which was the same price as the regular Botanical Gardens ticket and also included access to the gardens during the day, so essentially you're getting a good portion of it for free. Gardens of Light was a very beautiful event. Highly recommend visiting the Botanical Gardens if you come to Montreal. 10/10 will come again on my next trip.

This garden is really worth visiting. Chinese and Japanese gardens are the first ones you see and are very beautiful and picturesque. It was my first time seeing 90 year old Bonsai plants. The alpine and indoor tropical gardens are really unique in Canada. The restaurant next to garden also was really good to refresh and get some delicious pastry and coffee. Expect to walk for some hours.

An awesome planned botanical garden, a gem of Montreal's attractions. We appreciate the greenhouse which houses many plants from the rain forest, the tropics, and from the arrid desert. This collection requires travels that an average person would not be able to make in his lifetime. The Chinese and Japanese gardens are authentically created, bringing out the beauty of each own. Chinese garden is more showy and large, while Japanese simple and minimalist. The rose garden is splendidly laid out, still shows some of its glory even though we visited it when the high bloom has passed. The Alpine garden is great, nesting around the rocks. The First Nation captured the spirit of the wild. Our most favorite is the every day garden the blends decorating flowers among vegetables and fruits. Very creative and practical. Nice on-site restaurant with delicious food, a nice touch to round out the visit. A must see in Montreal....

Beautiful, serene, not too crowded! Lots of themed gardens like the rose garden, Japanese garden and Chinese garden. Costs around $23 per adult, can be a lot of walking so pace yourself and come early in the day to see as much as possible. Can see more than just plants - spotted some turtles, a wood duck and some koi fish. There are also sculptures like a large dragon, roosters and butterflies. Very scenic and truly a great spot to take photos!

Must visit place in Montreal if you are a nature lover. I like the way it is maintained . Chinese, Japanese and the Indigenous gardens here are too good. The biodiversity section, scientific exhibition are also amazing. I would love to visit this place again and spend more time here.

These lovely gardens and greenhouses never fail to delight, regardless of the season. It was October this time but still much to see. The leaves were changing which made the walk through even lovelier. There are multiple themed gardens - First Nations, Chinese, Japanese, orchids, succulents, native plants. Well worth a visit!

The whole garden was amazing, it's very big and you could see a lot of species of plants and trees. I heard about the light show between September and October but thought it would be like a moving lights show, but it was just an exhibition on the Chinese garden, looked great still but I was a little disappointed about that. Overall, it's a great place to walk and spend your time.

The botanical garden was absolutely gorgeous, we attended for the Halloween event but managed to make our way around the grounds, seeing the different gardens and learning about varying cultures, Including some learning about the first nations people. The flowers and scenery were stunning and well kept, the only thing I would recommend is to bring a coat as it's a big walk and very brisk. But still a 10/10 visit for me and my friends 😊

Definitely worth the trip. The botanical gardens are beautiful and have so many different exhibitions. We went in late August and there were tons of blooming flowers and such a gorgeous variety of vegetation. Highly recommend going.

So amazing place with a specific design. You can see various kinds of garden styles from Japanese to Chinese at the same tine. One of the greatest gardens and green spaces I've ever visit.

Beautiful. Peaceful and didactic also. I especially liked the Chinese garden. Those aspects of our cultures are more and more important in an increasingly dematerialized world. Let's preserve our environment !

The Chinese garden is absolutely beautiful, had a lot of fun seeing all the plants and architecture there. Sadly, because our visit was in late August, a lot of the flowers were dry and dying. Lots of Japanese beetles eating them too. Otherwise it was a really nice time to walk around and just enjoy the nature and landscapes.

I loved it! Due to covid the indoor greenhouses were closed, so I’m sure this place is even better than I’m giving it credit for. This is a beautiful place to stop in the morning for a stroll through various themed gardens. They also have plenty of trails you can walk through. I saw some really neat flowers and got some great ideas for things to add to my own garden. I love how everything is labeled.

Beautiful and educational! I went here last October and got to see a whole educational room on different types of squash. It was pleasant to walk around. The only negative I found is that we thought the large ornamental hedges would be there, and apparently that's only for a competition every few years. Thought that part of the website was a bit misleading, but enjoyed the rest of the trip!

I went for the lanterns show and the Chinese exhibit was really stunning, the handmade lanterns and decorations were incredible! Unfortunately, the other exhibits weren’t as nice and were mostly just lights on trees. It was still cool to check out and made for a fun, if short, activity

Love the gardens of lights. The walk is around 2km with many interesting and interactive exhibits. The Chinese garden was amazing. Thanks for that Green tea on a rainy evening. Rubber rain boots would be handy if it's raining, specially around trees and bushes. Lights and high quality sound effects are great and kids love it. Sometimes parking might be full. But there's more parking available around 100m from the entrance.

Love the park I been there last year in September 2020 during Covid. The park is well maintained and landscaped. It is divided in many different sub-parks. Like Japanese zen garden with a pond and various other types. It has a place where one sees several type of vegetation. The park is huge almost take you 5-6 hours if you want to explore everything. Parking has a big lot for which one have to pay and for park tickets one can buy with out of 3 choices which you want to select.

  • 5/5 Diksha K. 1 year ago on Google
The botanical garden is amazing. It has almost 20k-30k plants varieties. Very well maintained indoor and outdoor gardens. Please keep a map with you so avoid confusion between sections. There are some cafes inside( i prefer you to bring some snacks with you). The ticket price for non resident adult is $22 and for residents its $16.50 Total time required to visit all section of garden might be 5-6 hrs. Hope you will get help with this review.

Beautiful botanical gardens with a large variety of plants beautifully layed out in different sections. We spent a few hours walking in the gardens but could not see the whole thing. Great for young kids to walk in a very relaxing place and to learn about the diverse species of plants. Overall a great place and a must see for anyone visiting Montreal.

Wow! Just blown away by this botanical garden. It's massive with a lot of of different gardens like Chinese, Japanese, Rose, Shade, Medicinal ... too many to list. And they have a massive Arboretum. Entrance fee is justified given how big and nice the gardens. Our favorite was the Chinese garden. We easily spent 2.5 hours and maybe covered half the property. They have benches scattered around the property where you can sit and relax and enjoy the beauty of the gardens.

A silent and peaceful place. One could easily spend at least 2 hours looking at the wonders this place has got. The botanical garden has an entry ticket. I would recommend using the web to purchase the tickets before reaching this place. I don’t think the time really matters. There are many sites for taking photographs. My personal favourite was walking through a small path buried between the try to reach a small pond. PS: The Mother Nature sculpture in reviews doesn’t exist. That was created 10 years back for a convention. Please don’t look around for the same.

Numerous types of flowers, plants, trees, insects and beautiful monument, buildings and bridges can be seen there. You should definitely have a map and visit every spot in the great garden. I strongly recommend buying online ticket specially in the weekend. It is a day ticket so you can go out and come back again. It has some live music events as well during the weekend in the afternoon.

  • 5/5 Colton 8 months ago on Google
One of a kind experience. We spent almost four hours enjoying the botanical gardens and still did not see everything. Plan to spend most of the day here and buy your tickets online. The Chinese Garden is the star of the show, you’re absolutely transported to another world. Bring snacks and a blanket and have a picnic in the Flowery Brook. Feed the the koi fish in the Japanese Garden. You won’t regret spending an entire day in the garden.

  • 4/5 Jitender B. 9 months ago on Google
First thing, there are no living plant sculptures here. I had an amazing time at the Montreal Botanic Garden! It's a beautiful oasis in the city with diverse and well-maintained gardens. Great experience! I got there right before opening and would suggest that. By the time me and my friend left at 12 the line to get tickets was so long and the parking lot was overflowing. When I go again I’d try to go during the week. Only downside was the gift shop, I was hoping to get a magnet with the name on it as I have magnets from other botanical gardens but there is not a single thing in the gift shop with their name or logo on it. Not a magnet or a shirt or anything. This was a disappointment since I was very excited to add to my collection.

This garden is absolutely breathtaking!! Was truly at a loss of words when I was inside! The Chinese Garden was definitely my favourite, but the First Nations and Japanese garden were so so gorgeous too. The fountains and variety of flowers were never ending, and so was the garden. There was so much that I definitely missed, because of how huge this garden is!! It is definitely worth the ticket and I absolutely recommend it to anyone in the area! The indoor greenhouse was also very pretty, and the staff member that helped my family and I purchase our tickets was very sweet - they were able to help us get the best deal, which we truly appreciate! If you're in Montreal, don't miss this!

What a beautiful place. I highly recommend the botanic gardens in Montreal. Easily located off of pie IX station — even the entry way is spectacular! It gets busy during the summer months, and I recommend buying tickets in advance since the number distributed are limited per day. The gardens are plentiful and varied; they are well tended to and change with the seasons.

Disappointed because the Mother Earth statue and the other statues that are advertised on the listings are no longer there! Came here originally to see those and was sad they are not around. I would say the Chinese Garden is the best along with the Japanese Garden coming in second. I was a bit disappointed by the exhibits as there is no information on what anything is. The maps are also super confusing, I got lost multiple times and it seems like tons of other people were lost too since there was always crowding at the maps. It’s a shame because this garden has SO much potential. They have tons of space! They could really do so much more. It was TONS of walking and didn’t really enjoy anything other than a few of the gardens. I would definitely beware for older adults that have difficulty walking as well as young children. I saw lots of kids struggling to make it through and crying with all the walking. They should bring something like the statues back or have an interactive train ride, just something to make it a WOW. Sad because this garden was listed as top sites for Montreal, but it fell short of expectations.

Amazing stuff. Get there early as it can take up to a full day to visit almost everything. It could take even more if you are a detail respecting person. Option for food is limited so you might take a light bite with you. There are plenty of nice places to enjoy your meal.

Pros: Great place for visiting and exercising. Big enough for half day trip but too much of a walking. Ticket can buy online or waiting in a long line to get. I haven’t tried to buy it online but bought 3 times in person with a long line up. Cons: parking is a problem need some solutions.

I recommend purchasing the site in advance. The human sculptures in Google maps photo DO NOT exist more, they are part of an exhibition past years ago!!!! up but at least 4 hours to walk around the garden in peace. Difficult to find the bathroom near the First Nation exhibit..see my video. 🍀

Beautiful place to visit and learn more about plants. We loved it. Chinese and Japanese gardens are maintained really nicely. I loved this idea about how to creat all these gardens at single place.you can also see so many bonsai trees there from 25-170 yers old. You can click multiple pictures. It takes around 2-2.30 hrs to see entire garden.

Highlights for us were attending the garden day & night! We enjoyed the Botanical Gardens and spent many hours walking and exploring! My only complaint was lack of signage. We spent a lot of time trying to just get into the Greenhouses - as we didn’t enter through the main door (we didn’t realize that either). Also make note - you can book the Gardens of the Night at a specific time, but the time is not necessary unless you attend a specific session!

A struggle for the disabled. The lanterns on the water were wonderful but the walk was much longer then thought to get to it. The path in the Chinese garden is a lot of broken up large stones with large cracks between them. Very nice to look at but for someone disabled they are a tough to walk on. The low lighting also makes it hard to choose your footing. I personally have weak ankles and on a good day do not need a cane, but during this walk I rolled my ankle. It wouldn’t be bad if the large gaps had not also caused me to stab a rock into the side of the foot. I feel like there also could have been some sitting areas, like benches, for people to have a rest after a long walk or to admire the beauty of the garden. There is very little going on during this walk till the Chinese garden. Some mini light shows in the trees but beyond that it was a lot for just one area. When leaving I found the disabled door out locked. I am unsure if I had to call someone to come open it but getting through the turning gate was a bit hard.. If I was more prepared and knew if there was a way to go right to the lights maybe it would of been easier on me. Maybe. But it was still very magical despite all the pain.
