Pleasant atmosphere, the service is always very good and the food is delicious, and the portions are good,& the prices are reasonable.

I took the Mexican potato pan not sure what the menu called it but it was really good. The portion size was really big so I opted out of the extra bread. I would probably eat it again. Next time I will change it up. If there is a way to leave me suggestions please do so. Thank you in advanced.

Really surprised with this place, the food was exquisite, but the service in particular was excellent. Our waitress very friendly, smiling and helpful. The place is very nice and well organized, and the location is very good. Five stars is not enough. I definitely plan to return very soon.

Potato was excellent, but I hate to not enjoy the rest of the food on my plate. The eggs were really undercooked and some of the fruits were not very fresh. I really wanted to love it but the food was just disappointing.

I had the aloha smoothie and breakfast BLT. I was surprised that it came with homefries and lots of fresh fruit, too! Yummy crispy homefries and delicious bagel.

My wife and I had a great lunch/brunch recently at Ben and Florentine's in St-Basile-le-Grand. I had English cream special which included eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes and fresh fruit. My wife had scrambled eggs and bacon. The food was fresh and the service was excellent. This is a better choice than the other breakfast restaurant chains available in Quebec.

I enjoyed my meal. Unfortunately, coffee machine was broken, and I couldn't get my cappuccino 😅

Did not send the right order at all. Something was missing from every plate. There was no meat in any of the plates we ordered, and no bread at all. The eggs were not made like we asked, either. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened to us with this restaurant. Very disappointing.

I tried the benedict caramelized apple. Wasn't that bad but my dish wash cold. Maybe a bad morning....

The menu looks good (for a chain restaurant). Lots to pick from. Just looking at the waffles and pancakes makes you want to have it. Unfortunately like in many other places is the lack of glutenfree options. They offer glutenfree bread, but if you have celiac you should always grab another option as they use the same toaster or pan as for other bread. The staff was very friendly and despite lots of people fast and helpful.
