Ordered a spicy chicken burger, came with little to no sauce, top nor bottom. Gave a generous tip, no one said thankyou and employee was rude. Burgers I've ordered were sloppy, and tossed, like it isnt expensive enough!! Came by today December 14th 2 pm.

We like the food, we take out from there once or twice a week for years. Burger, fries and so are nice and fresh, and we come from far away... BUT it is always something missing from the bags. It happened so often with the apple pie that I don't order them no more. Often to they skip the sauce for the sweet popataoes fries. Today it was a teen burger missing... One on 3 burgers! Sure one of us was mad. And no way to call them.

Grass fed beef no antibiotics. Nuff said. Plus online coupons.

The food is always hot and fresh but I don’t understand why their service is always ridiculously slow. Every time I go I have to move forward and wait for my food. Even when there is no line up. Two days ago I went, paid for 3 chicken strips at the window, and 7 min later received them, watching the clerk prep 3 other empty bags before putting my chicken strips into a bag and giving them to me (they were on the counter already). Owner - please step up the service game of your establishment 🙏🏼 I love the environmentally friendly business and the hormone free food so I continue to go, but it’s painfully slow

Super nice staff every time I've been! Not once have they made a mistake with my order (I order the vegan options and they never mistakenly gave me animal protein). There is sometimes a wait at the drive-thru, but it's really not a big deal considering most places are under-staffed at the moment, they're doing great under the circumstances!

Good burger place. Service rapidness is a bit slow for the moment but this restaurant is new in the area. Good price for fast food.

Standard A&W but dining room is closed even for take-out, leaving drive though as the only available option which is annoying.

A&W has the best fast food burgers in my opinion, and this location works very hard to serve their clientele. The team chief was very encouraging to her newer staff and they really did a great job. I used a digital coupon which are always available and easy to use. Best burger and fries and great value.

On friday nights it's very busy so expect a longer wait. That being said, the staff was very nice. We had a big order and most our burgers were breadless. The salade on top was very crunchy. I tried the beyond the meat 4 the 1st time and really enjoyed it.

Guys, do NOT go there. I went last week and I took a teen burger combo around lunch time. It just tasted as though it was sitting out for hours and I felt really sick. I don't understand how they can serve a cold teen burger. Disgusting.

Really fast food and good but the things is that if you don’t have coupons, it is really expnsive (32$ instead of 20$ for a double teen trio)
