Just
outside
of
Montreal,
Mont
Saint-Hilaire
nature
reserve
is
another
great
local
spot
for
those
who
like
their
hikes
to
be
more
scenic
than
strenuous,
with
relatively
easy,
straightforward
trails
open
all
year
round.
The
picturesque
lakeside
mountain
is
home
to
several
trails
that
bring
hikers
to
four
summits,
all
of
which
offer
beautiful
views.
Drive
time
from
Montreal:

hour

Make
sure
you
have
a
reservation
before
you
come
here.
It
was
a
good
hike
for
someone
looking
to
have
a
worthwhile
view
that
is
not
far
from
Montreal.

It’s
a
really
nice
hike
for
the
everyone
in
the
family
but
come
when
they
open.
It’s
packed
with
people.
Even
during
Covid
times.
It’s
full.

Great
views,
well
maintained
trails.
Easy
hike
to
the
summit.
Buy
your
tickets
online,
$8/adult.
You
can
park
at
McGill,
if
that
lot
is
full.
Park
down
at
the
Metro
grocery
store
and
walk
up
the
road
til
you
hit
the
trail
head.
Would
recommend
if
you
are
in
the
area!

Excellent
place
for
hiking,
trails
are
easy
to
identify,
picnic
area
close
by
a
lake,
debutant
to
intermediate
difficulty
trails,
excellent
view-sightseeing’s
scenes,
be
aware
that
to
easily
find
free
parking
you
should
be
there
around
8
am,
family
friendly
hiking
tracks!

I’ve
had
my
first
experience
there
two
days
ago.
I’ve
been
too
a
lot
of
mountain
to
hike
but
this
one
is
definitely
the
hardest
one!
Such
an
amazing
place
to
relax
and
push
yourself
to
the
limit.

Beautiful
mountain
with
a
prehistoric
history
of
volcanos
and
glaciers
to
hike
and
picnic
on
