I’m at the hotel now after a long drive and the ASAP room service that was supposed to be 30 minutes (per QR CODE online order) is already 90 minutes and not yet delivered. The front desk says they have no control but have tried. The restaurant just says sorry they can’t do anything and they “never say there is a delivery time”. Wrong. In fact, the hotel’s room service app absolutely does say 30 minutes delivery. Completely unacceptable response for this hotel and hotel priced food. After two calls the front desk tells me there was an error and the food went somewhere else — nobody bothered call us and tell us. Finally they say there will be no change. But it’s now after 10:00PM. Room service supposedly closed at 9:00 and the Restaurant (ZIBO) closes at 10:00. We’ll see if there is food coming or not. Also— the hotel is virtually empty. It’s not like they are busy. Sheraton business model of passing off responsibility for third party services in their hotels needs to be re-examined.

Fantastic hotel. Great service, beautiful and clean rooms. Great taste in decoration. Mattress isn't the best but does the job. Pillows are a bit too soft for my liking. Over all it's a great and beautiful place.

So this hotel has decided to say they're the place for leisure stay or business. NOT!!! The room was spacious, comfortable bed, nice reading/night light in wall over bed it does have a drip coffee maker in room. HOWEVER, for heavens' sake who was in charge of equipping the rooms with the SMALLEST fridge on the market and stupid not to add a microwave. OH wait! You can rent one for additional charge per day. Talk about greedy. To top it off they claim if you bring your own into room there is a risk of FIRE. OMG. Not the place for a leisure stay unless it's only one or two nights. NOT IMPRESSED!!!!!

Wow! Amazing! This Sheraton is better than the Sheratons in the states! The room was amazing and felt modern and clean. Traveling with 5 people and no issues. The lounge was a plus but not too many options depending on the time of day. Great lobby next to the convention center. Overall amazing and probably the best Sheraton I have ever stayed at. Keep it up!

This is a gem of a hotel! We went to Sheraton St-Hyacinthe for a little trip and we weren't disappointed! Here's why: This modern hotel has 17 floors, and is located in the middle of St-Hyacinthe, close to everything interesting in the city. It even has direct access to the Galeries St-Hyacinthe! The rooms are beautiful, big, and come with everything you need. Sheraton St-Hyacinthe comes with underground parking, a spa & wellness center on the 2nd floor, a warm pool and small gym on the 3rd floor, breakfaat on the 17th floor and a restaurant on the 1st floor, called ZIBO!. We tried everything, except the spa, and we weren't dissapointed! We will be back.

Stayed here one night on a road trip. Pleasantly surprised how wonderful this property is. It was built in 2018. Very new, extremely clean and modern hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommend.

We were there for business. It feels like being in a suburb of a suburb. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are clean. Staff were nice. The attached mall was not very good for shopping… The restaurant selection was just okay.

Very welcoming. Great location, luxury linens, huge room and well stocked club lounge. Highly recommend and will return for sure after return from Halifax.

Got in super early on red eye tired but due to conference no rooms available and check in at 3. With that said they used their magic and got me in few hours early. Thanks to the morning staff. And to boot the rooms are super nice. And did I mention they even gave me an upgrade.

Excellent all around. New, clean, happy staff). Loved the secure under building parking and elevator directly to my room floor from the parking garage (with use of my room key card to operate)

The rooms were nice, comfortable and a fair size. Several restaurants in the area as well as a nice one attached to the hotel.

Excellent hotel with super friendly and helpful people at front desk. They have fulfilled all of our requests in minutes. The Sheraton Club opens 24/7 and has free drinks. Very satisfied.

My second stay at this hotel. It is simply amazing. Beautiful, luxurious rooms, great Bonvoy elite lounge, convenient free underground parking and friendly staff.

Updating review to reflect experience with the Club Lounge on 17th floor. Selections were extremely limited (bread, bagels, pre-formed egg, yogurt, fresh fruit) and continually ran out of food and cutlery throughout the breakfast window. Even after calling front desk and sending Chat msg, it was not rectified. Rec’d lounge access through Bonvoy membership but definitely not worth extra $$ to upgrade to “Club lounge” room.

Very disappointed my getaway New Year!! They don’t have kitchen in the hotel they use restaurant which locate beside the lobby hotel. they offer a package included full breakfast, unfortunately the restaurant closed so I only got cold breakfast in the bag and they never advice me by email before I checked in. Otherwise I will just canceled it. Even I got rebate but still unpleasant experience. Claimed my suite night award as an Elite Marriott Bonvoy & asked for a quiet room, got handicap suite near elevator so my sleep was not tight enough coz i could hear the sound of elevator up and down. Oh well… merci pour tous

Would have given 4 stars but we arrived later in the evening, very tired from travelling with 2 babies. Could not sleep because all night, every 30mins there was a loud "beap" that would wake us up. Couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Had a big day planned but we were so tired from not being able to sleep. Finally realized the plug in phone was low on battery and was making that awful sound.

Excellent! Stephanie was awesome at check-in. Location is great, close to mall with groceries and cinema. Views from rooms overlooking the hills was spectacular. Green roof, restaurant, pool,... Merci!

Great location, close to lots of restaurants grocery and pharmacy. Just off the highway. Very friendly staff and the room was lovely. Everything you could possibly need.

Beautiful hotel with everything that you need and has very close access to the highway. Free underground parking which was a fantastic surprise and gave us peace of mind being in a new area and hauling an open trailer. The pool was amazingly warm and the green zone made our morning !

RACIST! We had our reservation and arrived at 2am all the way from TORONTO! we spoke to Marriott Bonvoy and asked if we could leave a deposit with debit card and they said yes! However the receptionist named WILLIAM(long hair) acted strangely as if he hadn’t come across with someone from a different ethnic background to his! We agreed to pay via credit card but strangely the card kept on declining and he was just enjoying looking us panic at 3AM in the night. We went to Holiday INN nearby and guess what our credit card was accepted, we realized that he purposefully didn’t want us to stay. It’s an absolute disgrace to say the least, I travel throughout Ontario and Quebec for work but have never come across such poor and judgmental staff

This hotel is extremely clean , and amazing for their hospitality to pets, only reason I rated it a 3 star is because we had an emergency and had to rush on family member to a hospital so we had to leave our dogs behind in the room with lots of food water and diapers. Our dogs were being irritated by a young couple that were put on a dogs allowed floor while they had no pets with them. Like any dog when someone knocks they bark. We got a call at 8:30 am to tell us about our pets are barking when we informed them we were at the hospital and 50 km away that we were on our way back they then called us back 40 min later saying we are charging you 250 for noise complaint. It was our first day from a 4 night stay, but since we complained the manager decided she was only refunding us half the 250 charged and she had an attitude on the phone as take it or leave it. Other then that we will stay there again if we end up in st-hyacinth

I was there to style a bride but the hotel was new and everything looked. So clean. My bride ordered room service a.d it was a prompt delivery and everyone seemed really happy with the food and hotel. Great thing about it is that it's located to so many restaurants and stores as well as the highway

The hotel was very very nice and clean. The room was very comfortable and nice. The Restaurant was a bit pricey for what you get and I would not recommend the steak. I ordered a rare steak and it was made well done and had no seasoning. Plus the vegetables looked as if they were already picked through and some eaten hardly nothing on the plate. But my room was very nice!

It's great but it's high end, fashionable and everyone is dressed up. Weve been staying in Marriotts of varying levels. This one is owned by Marriott and is on the high end scale I'd say. Lobby very well done. Decorated by a professional. Fancy trendy knickknacks....We've been crossing the country with minimal clothing selection and didn't feel up to snuff contemplating entering this place! All restaurants nearby are extremely expensive and we are from Vancouver! Want a basic, casual burger? $25-$30. We luckily found a Tim Hortons nearby that saved our budget. There is a restaurant on-site, "Zibo!" which I'm sure is good but we didn't have the wardrobe for this sort of place, nor the budget. The rooms are nice, a bit on the small side, well-appointed, nice showers and accoutrements, plus we have a cool view from 16th floor. Hotel is connected to the convention centre and there seems to be plenty of parking outdoors and underground.

Stay itself was lovely, very nice bedrooms and bathrooms. However ended the stay stuck in an elevator for as of writing the review 45 minutes. Was told they don't have someone on staff to fix it, and called someone 45 minutes ago. Phone has repeatedly just been hung up on us while calling front desk and has repeatedly told us 10 minutes. Completely ruined the stay for me and my family.

👍👍 Very nice golf course! Probably the nicest one in Saint-Hyacinthe. If i’m not mistaken, this is a private course turned semi public, and the quality of the course really speaks for itself. Good food too!
