Wonderful experience! My friend and I visited Jamaica for a girls trip, we had Davell as our driver from the airport to our resort and then again for our trip to visit Ricks Cafe. Davell was very professional, punctual, has a great personality, and made our driving time enjoyable by telling us all about the country and the towns we passed through. He also took us to some great local shops on the way to Ricks Cafe. We had Sanjai as our driver back to the airport. Sanjai quizzed us on the towns we had drove through and learned about from Davell. It was a fun trip back to the airport and Sanjai had a great playlist for us to listen to. Thanks guys for such an awesome experience, we will definitely be booking with you again!

I was nervous about making arrangements for hotel transfer, because sometimes reviews on the internet can be very misleading. I am pleased to say that the reviews about Reggae Tours Jamaica are absolutely true. Even before we left for our trip I received a confirmation about our pickup and realized I had made a mistake on the date due to us taking a red-eye flight, so our pickup was actually a day later. I called them panicking thinking they wouldn't be able to re-schedule, but after a five minute phone call it was taken care of without a fuss. Once we arrived in Mo-bay we went directly to their desk in the airport checked-in and was escorted to our ride. Again, no fuss. Our driver was the best. We had a great conversation all the way to the hotel in Rose Hall. Totally impressed so far. On our pickup day going back I thought no need to really hurry, because they aren't going to be on time anyway, right? Wrong they were right there on the spot at the quoted time and the driver was even looking for me in the lobby. Did I feel stupid. On the way back to the airport the driver kind of took his time letting us soke in the last little bits of Jamaica was good, because we honestly weren't ready to leave JA. At the airport the driver helped with our bags and made sure we got in ok. I can't tell you how impressed I am with Reggae Tours, especially after reading some of the other company's reviews. Booked private round trip transportation from MBJ to Runaway Bay. Locating the company upon arrival was very easy and we only had to wait about 5 min for the driver to pull up the pick up area. We especially enjoyed our return trip to MBJ with driver, Oshane. Would definitely recommend Reggae Tours to my family & friends!

My experience with Reggae tours Jamaica was a very pleasant and professional one. I used their transport services for airport transfer roundtrip from Kingston airport to Jewel Grande Montego bay resort and tours to Dunns river and Blue Hole Basin. The drivers were very friendly and professional and gave a good description of places during our transport. ICE our driver for tours to Dunns River and Bluehole basin was very friendly and an excellent tour guide. Made our tour from Montego bay to Ocho Rios an excellent one. Quick and easy service. We booked a last minute private transfer to the airport and extended time at the resort versus being herded like caddle on a cheap tour bus lol. Dunn’s River Falls & Zipline was such a fun experience. It was my first time zipling and I was terrified to the point I started crying the tour guides were extremely helpful in relieving my fear. Our tour guide Brian talked me through it each time before I went which helped keep me at ease. The tour guides were very patient and didn’t rush me, they allowed me to go at my own pace. Although I was terrified the tour guides Brian, Shaquille and Jason were amazing and made it such a fun experience overall. Our tour guide for Dunn’s River Fall was amazing he ensured our group remained safe and communicated throughout to keep us on the correct path as there were many slippery paths. I’d give the tour guides for both excursions 10/10!!!

We booked Reggae Tours for our transfer from airport to Iberostar Resort. The girl at the counter waited on us immediately, no waiting. She called the driver and within a few minutes she walked us out to his van and introduced us. Our driver to our resort was Dane. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. and he had the nicest smile. Although I've been to Jamaica several times before, he still gave us great information I hadn't known before. Our transfer back to the airport for departure was Gregory. He also was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He pointed out some new things I hadn't known about either. I had him laughing so much as I told him some of my "adventures" on previous trips to Jamaica. He thanked us repeatedly for coming to his country and sharing my joy with friends and family back home. I recently became a Travel Consultant and had a choice of many transfer companies in Jamaica. A friend referred me to Reggae Tours. We booked a private transport from KIN to Ocho Rios. The van ride was comfortable. Ian was our driver and took great care of us. I would definitely use them again.

We had to find last-minute transportation for our clients when the hotel fell through (2 hours notice!). Reached out on their website through messenger and Tori was quick to respond and we booked them for roundtrip private transportation. So glad we did. They are professional, quick to respond, and reliable. Tori even reached out about an issue to see if it was resolved. They were in contact with the airport about lost luggage when they didn't have to! As a travel agent, I wish everyone was as easy to work with. Book them!!

Recently used Reggae Tours Jamaica for an excursion package from Runaway Bay Area to Ricks Cafe. It was one of the only tour companies we could find via internet search that would provide service from our resort location. Our driver was Tony! He was by far the most hospitable, knowledgeable and extremely entertaining tour host we’ve experienced on our travels. A great photographer! We used Raggae Tours for our trip to Montego Bay. They have a nice booth in the airport. The worker escorted us to our private car with waters waiting for each passenger. They delivered us safely to and from our hotel and took us back to the airport. They even allowed us to adjust our departure time from the hotel. On time, friendly and safe! Would use again!

I can not recommend Reggae Tours enough! I changed my reservations many times by extending my stay and adding other passengers last minute and they were so easy to work with. Great value, easy/straightforward trip, and a real immersive view of the 9mile community that Bob Marley hails from Our driver was quiet but informative, while our guide was VERY energizing and informative DONT TAKE PICS INSIDE BOB’s TOMB…very disrespectful. And the live performance we got to see was GREAT
