I had to renew my passport and I dreaded the waiting time based on pass experience. However, I was amazed at how organized and efficiently i was dealt with all within 30 to 45 minutes. I was impressed.

exterior of the plaza is rundown. A face-lift is needed especially the tiles. Valu drug 💉 pharmacy is great 👍the staff is very professional👏. pharmacist was polite n professional.

It is a everything plaza...wedding store, passport & immigration, foods of all kinds, supermarket, bookstore, clothes stores, western union, schools, money gram, candy store, great parking lot...it is a fully loaded plaza.

This plaza has been around from as long as I could remember myself and used to be one of the most popular in the area. These days it is a bit run down although a esthetically it has seen a bit of renovating in recent times. There are a variety of stores here such as a pharmacy, my favourite leisure book store, among others. The passport office is also located in this area.

A place to go if you need to find PICA or car insurance office, but many offices are not rented out, making waste of such good space, which could have been a good shopping center. Car park is usually filled with vehicles that would just park there for the purposes outside of Overton plaza, making it difficult to find space for those, who do come to Overton Plaza.

Is in montego bay, very nice place, you can get all your shopping done , I have never heard of any violence its calm , the services are not bad, good with children and adults, it's not bad at all. Shop for all you need, I am encouraging them to continue to serve their customers with great honors,

My two stars are not because Overton is bad for shopping, my reason is , I am conning from back in the days when if you go shopping and you have not visited Overton Plaza well, you should not have left home. Today most of the shops are close, and a lot of food stores are taking over, so if you do not have BUSINESS to do like the Passport Office it is not for you.

Pharmacy, restaurants, supermarket, apparel stores and eye care serviced among other stores. Pretty well kept but parking is often a challenge during the week. The PICA office keeps the plaza relevant. There might be an ATM in the Supermarket, if there isn't then this is what this plaza needs most. Security officers are sometimes helpful and are very aware of the parking challenges so they do what they can to make this situation less frustrating.

This plaza is ok not the finest but is safe , more of a business per suit, There you can find the PICA regional office which feels with the application for passport and immigration services. Also a supermarket and pharmacy and gift shop and much more parking available

The Plaza has quite a few establishments that are used regularly by Jamaicans. There are restaurants, a supermarket, the passport office and other businesses. The place could however do with a face lift to add to its visual appeal. Otherwise, it's ok. Hence the 3 stars.

Needs make over very slow location

Parking is generally difficult there but yesterday there was more than enough space for parking and my experience at the shop was okay
