Courts is a good organisation, especially the one in Falmouth, Trelawny their customer service is great..... But they need to keep a meeting at this branch in montego bay with a few of the workers there... I went there couple days ago to do business and it was a DISGRACE!! There is a big fat melanin one that works in the collections department, she look lazy, move lazy and is the perfect example of LAZY, she cause me almost a whole day of inconvenience by not doing her job the correct way.. There's also a fair complexion one with perm hair and brown eyes as a CASHIER, her attitude stinks!! Them try to take people for ediot and send you around in circles.. Why one cashier can stamp a paper but the other can't?? It's a lady with short cut hair had to assist me... Best believe I'll never do business at that branch again. And if reviews do get REVIEWED then do the right

So I did some early Christmas shopping a few weeks ago and got my sales that vase and my mom that kitchen set, it all came to 24 thousand dollars and some change!!! I loved the price!!! Everything was going great until it was time to pay and I mean literally everything!!! When I made it upstairs the cashiers were so rude and I felt so disrespected, I felt like curling up in a shell and dying I’d never go back, everyone except the cashiers upstairs were friendly

The customer service is terrible. Went to the cashier, she was very rude and unprofessional. The customer service team were a little bit better but still needs improvement. I usually go to Fairview because they have a wider variety and the customer service is excellent.

Purchase a laptop from courts in my local area, only to find out it was faulty and they promise to fix it within a week. It's a month right now and all now not one call to say that we are currently fixing it. They probably stole it. Please don't buy from them in Montego bay. Brunch of criminals.

This particular branch has terrible customer service imo. Yes you can ask for things and receive an answer but for the most part the employees will just ignore you while you roam the store and don't offer to assist or stick close to assure you they're there if you need anything. They just sit at their computers doing whatever until you specifically run over to then and all for help.

I like to shop at courts because it usually have better quality items than other shops good warranty, repair , fit up and exchange services, and not to left out they deliverers, and sometimes their sales are worth it.and food costumer and sales person services, and they knowledgeable. The Barnet street entrance I hard to get to because so much venders are at . One wouldn't even know where to park .

My experience at Courts was a very good one. The Clerks are very courteous n they assist u to the very best of their abilities. I have no regrets n I am proud of their customer service in addition to satisfying their customers

I got my daughter eyes tested and got test glasses at courts optical. We got a proper eye test and a lovely frame. I would recommend others to use them. They also give referral bonus if you recommend someone and they take the service. What are you waiting on to get your eyes tested.

Your Customer service needs work. I've been on hold with you guys for 25mins. I left from being number one, to three, then two, then one, then three in the cue.
