Not really fun and hard to navigate no one there knows anything about this place . Pools and water slides are not well maintained and dangerous.

What a different experience! It's not a thing of staying by the swimming pools and that's it, it's a place to explore the nature. The food was more than tasty. I don't rate with 5 🌟 'cuz I think there should be employees fostering the use of all the natural attractions.

A hotel it's so good I love the extreme I'm so savage

The hotel has a nice water park and many activities, but you can't sleep there!!! Incredibly loud music was playing every night until midnight. The walls are paper thin and it's impossible to even talk with a person in your room. And when the music finally stops, you can hear everything your neighbors do. I would never visit this hotel again.

Food was mediocre, too much lumpen and trashy people. Swimming is just annoying in a pool filled to the brim with people so you can't swim. You're to pay 60 bucks to enter and another 120 to be able to enjoy only just 4 shoots at the canopy, bungee and 360 swing whereas with only 80 you can get much more and unlimited at Parque Del Café. I do not recommend this place.

Very friendly service and comfortable rooms. We went there for the fishing but it is a farm fish lake. They only "Go" for the pellets or worms and the hotel do not provide worms so the fishing is not very good. Go for the water park, very good, not the fishing.

Coming from the states. This is a great place to explore the countryside and do something different then the regular beach vacation. Lots to do everywhere and extremely accommodating staff.

The resort itself is really nice. Lots to do, interesting sights, really nice hiking spots. I would recommend the place itself to visit for the day. The hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired. The food is expensive and poorly prepared Reception has god-awful customer service. Mean, unhelpful. The skeleton crew was nice. The rooms are simple, nothing to complain about but here’s the big issue: the first floor’s ceiling is thin, so anybody walking on the second floor will shake the room below them. We couldn’t get any sleep both nights we were here. My recommendation, find a nice Airbnb and don’t stay here. Also don’t come on a weekend ( Saturday May be fine). Place looks like human soup on Sundays

Lack of maintenance in the pools. Pool "lifesavers" care only about people using the poor sliders but don't even have first aid training. There's no capacity limit for this place so if 5000 people buy entrances they'll allow all the 5000
