Horrible experience!!! Since the day I got here I had a bad taste on my mouth. I arrived with 4 suitcases and a dog and nobody helped me getting my luggage inside the hotel door… I said ok not big deal and let it go. I wasn’t able to sleep for three nights straight out of the four because a group of grown adults that were part of a “softball team” used to come back around 3 am screaming literally screaming it was so frightening I got woken up every night by their loud noises feeling shaking, agitated and anxious, the first night I tough ok maybe the staff didn’t “notice” (even tho this place has surveillance cameras in every floor). Second night same story plus playing loud music, third night!!! Im like what’s going on? I have to go out of my room wrapped in a towel scare as I was to see what was happening, went to reception and their answer was… “oh I’m sorry we have talked to them but they still keep coming back screaming, I saw you getting out of your room scare, im sorry about that I’ll tell the manager” That morning I spoke to the manager requesting a refund because I needed to pay for another night at another hotel since I didn’t want to stay in this nightmare hotel and her response was “I’m so sorry I wasn’t informed this was going on” since she didn’t know there was nothing she could do… she offered me free lunch… all I needed was a place were I felt safe, comfortable and relax more so because I’m going through a medical treatment. After telling you about my experience I’ll tell you about the hotel in general, it has nothing in it, no gym, no pool, tiny rooms. I guess I can say their breakfast staff and cleaning ladies were nice. There is a very short video attached that I made while being so confuse because of the way I was woken up by this guys. The camera flash on my phone wouldn’t turn off and I was afraid that someone will see me recoding and do something to me, I’m a women staying at a hotel room by herself getting woken up by drunk loud guys and with all the confusion that was all I could record Ohh and by the way there is a construction going on that was never disclosed in the building in the same floor I’m staying at.

It is very well located, nice rooms, very clean, comfortable beds, nice size bathrooms, the staff is very kind and helpful. Very good for the price we paid. I sent a shirt for laundry and it came back with a bleach stain, they still charged me for laundry and did not solve anything before I had to go. The AC in the room was not cold enough. Even with these issues I would say it was a good place to stay.

Tiny rooms with nothing inside. No iron, no ironing board, no towel for you to step out of shower, not even a clock. Breakfast is poor

Me he quedado en muchos hoteles en Monteria y este es mi favorito. Tiene agua caliente, siempre está impecable, muy bonito, y El desayuno es generoso. La ubicacion muy buena queda a una cuadra de la circunvalar y nunca escuchas ruido, tienes al lado cajeros bancolombia y un D1. . Es el unico hotel que recomiendo a quienes visitan esta ciudad porque es lo mejor que he visto en relcion calidad - precio.

Es un hotel muy limpio las habitaciones son amplias, no tiene minibar pero si nevera en la habitación el desayuno es tipo Bufet muy rico, el servicio de la recepción si es regular por qué no están muy atentos
