Absolutely great customer service! Initially went to this jewelry shop as I read they do jewelry repair online...sure enough they do! The repairs are done in shop so you don't have to wait for it to get shipped out (like commercial jewelrs do). Turn around time to recieve my piece was great and price was super affordable. Looked around a bit and their pieces are beautiful as well! 10/10 recommend this shop.

They immediately fitted the diamond I had brought, and customized the ring to the exact specifications I had asked for. JP showed me a variety of rings he had on display as well as dozens of different designs in his catalogs so I could get an idea of what I wanted. I drew out a hand sketch of the unique diamond engagement ring I wanted, and Eric was able to translate that drawing into a 3D model of exactly what I had in mind! Eric even called me a couple of times to discuss design ideas during the CAD process to be sure everything was right. I needed the ring done within 4 weeks from my first visit. JP ordered the stones and they had the ring finished and ready for pickup in less than 3 weeks!!! The ring turned out even more beautiful than I'd imagined, and I'm now happily engaged!

I’ve had a lot of jewelry sized, redesigned, & appraised. John Paul is an exceptional Jewler who we are fortunate to have in Columbus. He possesses the skills & tools to do anything that the other jewelers cannot do. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Also important to me, he is honest & trustworthy. His wife also makes great suggestions And takes plenty of time with you. You can’t get any better.

JPJ resized my class ring I desperately needed done due to my autoimmune disease making my hands swell. Everything is done in house and my ring looked brand new, was promised it was done within a week (quick enough) but was done within 3 business days. Thank y’all!!! It’s beautiful.

They are wonderful and the owners are SO personable and honest which is especially important when making such big purchases on jewelry! My now husband was stationed at Fort Benning there in Columbus when he bought my engagement ring from here. He said he was going to shop around but after stopping in there first and talking to them he said that was the place! We went back to have it cleaned and welded to my bands and purchased both of our bands from here, his was custom made, and they did an absolutely STUNNING job! Recommend it for anyone in the area :)

I had a ring that needed to be resized from size 7 to a 4. I spoke with a different jewelry place and they informed me it would be impossible to resize my ring without causing the stones to be unstable. I saw that John Paul's Jewelers said they can do anything, so I wanted to see if it was true. I spoke with Norene and she said it would be possible, however, there may be some discoloration due to the material. When I picked up the ring, it fit perfectly and there were no discolorations! They really can do anything! I will be coming back here for all my jewelry needs.
