This place has amazing energy! Such friendly staff! The owner and bar staff make you feel like home ! Wish we spent more time here .

Excellent value for money! Martin, the owner, was super helpful throughout my stay here. He even gave me a free upgrade to the private room as it wasn't taken that night - the first time I've received a free upgrade in 9 months travelling!!! The hostel is in a great location in Montevideo, within walking distance to a local bus station as well as the centre of the city. Martin helped me by exchanging money, cooking me his excellent imported noodles and even had a beer with me. The restaurant was closed during my stay but I hear great things about that too.

Great place, the owner is very cool and so are the staff. I had a Brazilian Caipirinhia from the Bar and it was very delicious. I have stayed there a couple of times and had a great time. A park is across the street and so is the shipping port. Great view...

Awesome experience. Cool and big hostel, nice atmosphere. The owner, Martin, made the whole stay so much better! Amazing man, helped in literally everything we needed, Always smiling and with a good attitude. And don’t miss the chance to try the Korean food they make there! Authentic and tasty!

I had an excellent time here this weekend. It's not just a hostel, it's also a bar and has a wonderfully authentic Korean restaurant too. It was fantastic to meet Martín. My friend who stayed this weekend had a great time, he said the rooms were clean and he didn't lack for anything.... Right now there's a really huge screen showing World Cup matches by day and music at night in the bar area. All the staff were friendly and attentive... you won't find other hostels or bars like this in Montevideo. Sin duda recomiendo este hostel, lo cual es más que un hostel, también tiene un buen bar (no se necesita quedar en el hostel para ir al bar) y un restaurante coreano con comida rica y auténtica. La atención al cliente es magnífico por todo el personal. No hay otro hostel/bar/restaurante en Montevideo parecido, vale la visita.

Fantastic hostel experience. Martin, the owner, makes you feel at home since the first minute. Great facilities and many entertainment options available. Spacious, extra clean rooms. Kitchen available if you want to save on meals. Perfect location by the port, in the Ciudad Vieja neighbourhood. Plaza Independencia is just 400 mts away.

Very good hostel , clean, has a good atmosphere. Martin the host is extremely nice and helpful . If I’ll get to Montevideo again , I’ll stay here again for sure.

Didn't stay here, but wish we would have! Met the owner, Martin at a different bar and came over to the lounge for a few drinks! Awesome time and awesome people!
