reservation

this
hotel
through
booking.com,

07/23/2021,
where
it
has

that
no
prepayment

required,

payment

made
during
the
stay
(11/26/2021
until
11/28/2021
)
I
noticed
that
I
received
an
automatic
message
requesting
that
payment
be
made
in
advance
and
via
bank
deposit,
I
am
Brazilian
and
the
hotel
is
Uruguayan,
I
contacted
booking
to
find
out
whether
or
not
I
should
make
payments
outside
the
platform,
where
I
They
advised
that
payment
should
be
made
at
the
time
of
the
stay,
and
it
was
not
necessary
to
make
advance
payments,
well,
on
10/18/2021
I
received
another
email
asking
me
to
confirm
that
I
wanted
to
keep
the
reservation
still
active,
as
the
hotel
would
be
canceling
the
reservation
if
I
didn't
respond
to
the
email
within
24
hours,
so
it
was
done,
I
responded
to
the
email
within
24
hours,
as
I
tried
to
contact
by
phone
and
also
via
WhatsApp,
I
didn't
get
a
response
and
I
couldn't
contact
the
hotel,
again
afraid
of
losing
the
reservation,
I
contacted
booking,
who
once
again
assured
me
that
the
reservation
was
guaranteed,
which
in
fact
shows
in
the
booking
application
as
a
confirmed
reservation,
and
when
the
hotel
decided
to
respond
to
the
my
messages,
informed
that,
as
I
did
not
contact
the
hotel
for
3
months,
the
reservation
was
automatically
canceled,
however,
the
message
exchanges,
which
only
I
sent
from
10/19/2021
show
that
these
3
months
until
so
they
hadn't
happened,
and
the
hotel
thought
it
best
to
only
start
responding
to
my
messages
in
November
2021.
honestly,
those

who
are
looking
for
this
hotel
to
stay
in,
know
that
from
one
day
to
the
next
you
may
have
negative
surprises
and
having
problems
with
your
trip,
like
I
am
having
with
my
trip.
