Bigger than expected, but maintenance is an issue. Great to see the many birds; we as a family spent a good four hours here after which the kids were bored out. The animal lodgings look somewhat derelict though. Building new shelters, when really the old ones desperately need repairs first. Small ‘snack’ with food, drinks and ice cream at reasonable prices. Shows all in French which is understandable. The educational comments kind of ramble on though which makes the shows tedious for (non-understanding) foreign children. All together: better than expected destination to spend a day with the kids!

Great selection of birds. I suppose captivity isn't always a good thing, but some of them are endangered species. Note that the restaurant isn't open on Mondays.

This zoo is mainly based on birds. But it’s worth to visit. Especially with kids.

First of all, this place can better be called a bird park. It is a pretty nice place to visit. But to be real. It has like 80% bird from ostrich to flamingo to parrots. The few non-birds are lama's, a bull, some turtles and a small patting zoo. They did make a special cage/place for monkeys and koalas ,but at the moment I visited the place they where not there yet
