Awful. Toilets unclean. One of the toilet was a virus hazard with smears everywhere and the other toilet floating with toilet paper. I had to go to another floor. No true that showers are clean. Pillows without pillowcase. Spider webs in the bedroom. And dodgy people not guests of the hotel in and out of the hotel. The car park is not secure with these people always outside never again this hotel Montpellier sud

Newly renovated. Clean, quiet, with new ensuite bathroom for €40, without for €34. I slept well. Fine. Thank you!

This is hands down, the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life. And I just spent 6 months in South America. My room smelled like cigarettes, the whole time - mainly because my room was close to the entrance which was the smoking area which seemed to be busy with smokers all day and aaaalll night. I stayed 2 nights unfortunately and both nights even, with earplugs I was woken many times from people coming in and out of the front door. There is no reception or security (you get in via a pincode)after 12pm in the day. So people can basically do whatever they want in the night. And yes I agree with one of the reviews here that there are a lot of dodgy men hanging around and coming in and out. When I arrived there was a homeless guy drunk passed out at the front door. I was afraid to get up and go to the bathroom during the night- even though I did - as I didn’t know who was coming in and out, and the sounds of the people in the hallways didn’t really make me feel safe there. Location, if you don’t have a car the location is just off a highway so its not easy for the centre. Took all my belongings out of the car as I was afraid to leave it out over night. Agree with the review here too that the carpark is dodgy. Thankfully nothing happened but I have to tell you, as a solo female traveller, you do not feel safe there. There are some characters there and I actually believe some live in there, possibly some residents like an affordable housing maybe. Could be. Do yourself a favor, put the extra for somewhere else and sleep sound. Never again.

I stayed a week at the F1 hotel in Montpellier. It's close to the motorway, about 1km from the tram. It's a great inexpensive stop on a journey. The hotel is clean, quiet, and the personnel helpful. Showers and toilet are on the floor.

Breakfast not worth the money unless a coffee , bread or yoghurt is your idea of good value

Cheap and basic, but ticked all the boxes we had for a stop between Barcelona and the alps. Clean and tidy. No complaints.

Great value for money. Hotel is easily accessible and clean. Staff is friendly and parking is free. There is no fancy things but the bed is comfortable. It is situated near the motorway so if you are on a long trip, it is an ideal place to get some rest during your journey.

Very bad location, situated far away from the major attractions in the city. The amenities in the room are also not worth the price.

It's very remotely located, a car is a must to visit city centre as public transportation is not well connected. The hotel lacks basic amenities and the rooms aren't that good too. You don't even get a hot water kettle or hair dryer or anything. Breakfast is really basic too with a croissant and coffee. No fruits or eggs or anything.

A very functional hotel for drivers looking for staying overnight, good for the basic survival stuff like bed, toilet and shower. Don't consider if you don't have a car.
