The boss of her office is incompetent, slanderous, denigrating, judging on the physical, calling me an alcoholic, a drug addict knowing that I don't smoke, don't drink and don't take any substance (even though I have a genetic deficiency in email which is very fragile despite regular maintenance and care). INSISTING THAT I WAS A JUNKIE EVERY TIME I SAW HER! O RESPECT. And not sweet for a penny. Madame being a caregiver is beings in empathy something unknown to you. Two crown teeth out of three fell out, breaking one end because she was doing her job poorly, for an hour I suffered torture and daring to say that it was my fault I was in total shock when I came out and cried. I have never seen such an evil and inhumane person.

Very happy with Mrs. Lopez, she is a nice, well-educated woman. I went home urgently and died of pain. She took me, explained me, and registered meds 💊 Immediately my pain went away and within 3 days I said she returned for treatment the tooth I'm happy to go to her she is professional and kind

I called for a dental emergency, they managed (despite a busy schedule) to find me a place to receive me. Human, responsive and professional. I go back with my eyes closed.

Very unhappy with Ms. LOPEZ like the previous comment!!! My son arrived urgently, she said she had no room, we waited in the waiting room then she complained that her client from before had "stalled" her. We thought she was going to receive it but not at all!! She locked herself in her office for 40 minutes and only came out for the next client. We left very disappointed and we will never come back!

I am disappointed with Mrs. Lopez, she made me a crown on one tooth and it systematically falls out. It fell out while I was traveling and as it is also a front tooth (!) I went to see another dentist to glue it back in place. The dentist clearly told me that it was bad work and that it couldn't hold. I therefore do not recommend this dentist and I regret not having read the reviews before.

I had been followed for years by Dr Durafourg with whom I was delighted. Unfortunately she left and it was this Dr. LOPEZ who took over her patients... now RUN AWAY! She is dry, unpleasant, doesn't speak French well and caused a disaster on one of my molars, blaming of course Dr Durafourg's previous work. To avoid !

Very very disappointed with Mrs. LOPEZ. She is ps professional, she is unpleasant and not at all competent. She blows every meeting and she doesn't finish her work properly. After calling her urgently for a bandage that fell off, she had the courage to tell me: go to the pharmacy to buy a special glue for the tooth and I'll give you an appointment in 15 days because there is a school holiday and then I would have training. Very bad dentist! I do not recommend, on the contrary to avoid.

Not at all happy with my last performance with Ms. LOPEZ, who clearly botched her work in 20 minutes because she probably wanted to finish her Friday afternoon earlier. Even though my appointment was already scheduled 1 month before! Today I am suffering from this last poorly treated tooth and it is difficult to find an emergency appointment elsewhere. I do not recommend at all. Not to mention the proposals to constantly move appointments, to believe that we are at their disposal, although it could come from a good feeling, but on several occasions we see clearly that it is not in the client's sense but in its own interests.
