The new robot system is awful, there is no option to speak to somebody. If you ask for an appointment, they will text you a date/time with a phone number to reach if this doesn't work for you. The number will send you again to the automatic system. You can't scheduled an appointment with a specialist(even if it's a follow up) online so you have to pass by that unorganised system. You will wait for your appointment about 1h or so even if they ask you to arrive early(but that's pretty commun in clinics). If they fix their system, I'll change my review since the doctors are good.

We love our family doctor , although to get an appointment is beyond disgraceful ! I’ve been trying for days , also went with the system of getting a call back with no luck , my wife and I have yet to get a call back . I feel sorry for the elderly who need to have an appointment at this great clinic - it needs to improve their appointment online system which I would rate as mediocre. My name is Giuseppe Guerrieri would be nice if someone at the clinic would reach out to us which they would have my name on file with my coordinates .Regards

The absolute worst clinic. You can’t even speak to a real person. I’ve tried for 2 weeks now to book an appointment with my family doctor. I went every day after 7pm to see online for availabilities NOTHING. I spoke to that foresaken robot that was useless because all she does is send me a link to go right back on Bonjour santé. I finally figured out how to bypass “Zoe” and speak to a human and they got very upset because it’s only reserved for medical professionals. Last resort was for me to drive all the way to saint Leonard to book an appointment. I get to the reception and guess what… NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE…. I then asked for the next few months still nothing. What is the point of having a family doctor ? All this to say try finding another clinic because it’s not worth the stress you will put on your body to try booking an appointment.

For some time now, I have had an appointment with my family doctor and I got out of there in less than 30 minutes, including a waiting time of around 5 minutes. I am very satisfied, excellent service! 👍👍👍

IMPOSSIBLE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT!! Beyond frustrating- how can you tell an 85 year old man to go online when there are 4 ladies in front of him. Dr. Bernucci please help your elderly patients, this new system with no availability online OR on the phone is UNACCEPTABLE..We have been trying for days on all platforms- can you please update availability and contact your patients? Where is the empathy and kindness?

The robot recording that serves as a receptionist is malfunctioning and has been spewing gibberish for the last 10min. Im trying to speak to an actual person

Horrible automated service. My wife missed the call from her Dr and she’s trying to call back. The automated secretary « Zoe » doesn’t understand we’re calling back. We can’t talk to a human who will understand.

The new robo-receptionist implementation is useless. It assumes it understands you and then doesn't even validate what I thinks it heard. Not to mention, very little use-cases are covered with its current functionality. Terrible, terrible service. This is borderline immoral.

They tell you to show up 15 mins in advance for your appointment and to make sure you have a full bladder. After 40 mins of waiting and seeing others who just arrived past before me, I asked the receptionist when my turn would be because I really needed to use the bathroom. I get told we don't know. The doctor is running late. The receptionist could have at least warned me about the delay when I gave her my info. It's unfair seeing others who haven't been waiting as long as me pass before me when I'm stuck here, still waiting on a full bladder, I also have other errands to do and now everything is delayed because of this. If you give people an appointment, then they should respect the time of that appointment!

As you can see in the comments in French and English, communication is not the strong point of this clinic. Dr Catherine Mercier is my family doctor, but lately it's been impossible to get a rendez-vous with her. The clinic's website throws you at Bounjour-Sante and says there are no vacancies to be attended by her. If you call the clinic, you will spend half an hour talking to the recording, to the point of telling you to go to the website to do the rendez-vous. This is ridiculous. I'm thinking this clinic has closed!

The website to book an appointment is useless - you cannot tell me that my doctor is busy all of March and April.

I got a notification that I have an appointment next week. But I never made the appointment and I don't know the doctor. I can't get a hold of anyone. No way to reach them. Not sure what to do

Got an appointment with Dr. Vincenzina VARACALLI. What an incredible doctor, a through professional, compassionate and caring doctor. Took her time to attend to my 3 year old. Thanks Doc

Took me a while to get used to dealing with a "robot" I prefer a real person, but that's technology for you. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Service is great. Nice location. Easy access for the handicapped. Parking available. Very satisfied with the Clinic and the services they offer. Thank you.

Why do they ask you to press 8 for English if the receptionist doesn’t speak English? This isn’t a restaurant where people are placing orders for a pizza. It’s a clinic where people are getting medical information. I started the conversation with, "Hello. How are you"? And the reply back to me was, "Do you speak French"? I’m already stressed over the possible of having a serious health issue like cancer or a tumour growing due to a condition I have, let alone trying to get the right words out in French. It shouldn’t be a struggle for anyone to have bilingual service in the health field. Horrible. Quebec should be embarrassed of itself for allowing this.

I give 5 stars to my doctor Fannie de Villers. I am also satisfied with the reception at the clinic. Friendly ladies! I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for Zoe the automated assistant. I hated my experience with it.

Dr Gjika is my family doctor - I have to say, she is the best family doctor ever! She is so patient and takes the time to truly listen to all of your concerns. She is empathetic & compassionate - it really shows how much she loves her job. Above all, she is incredibly knowledgeable, both in adult & baby/toddler health. I feel at ease speaking with her & always leave my appointments with much less anxiety. I am so fortunate to have her as my doctor. Getting an appointment on Bonjour sante is sometimes challenging however. To note: I had left a review for dr perreault but it got deleted after writing this review. Dr perreault is an amazing doctor who truly listens to all your concerns!

I was in Montreal on a work contract and needed to see a doctor urgently. My colleagues set up an appointment and I was able to see someone that day, the secretary Mrs. Kim and Dr. Perreault even held the clinic open past closing hours so that i'd be able to make a visit. All in all it was very quick and courteous service and I was well looked after.

I had an appointment with Dr Bernucci on Jan 23 2023. It took me 2 months to get this appointment. Sunday morning at 8:30 am I received a call telling me that my appointment was cancelled because Dr Bernucci will be absent on that day. I’m well aware that things happen & he can’t see me but at least have the common courtesy to reschedule my appointment. I was told to call on Monday & get another appointment. Needless to say I’m not able to get through to a person & I need to wait till the first Monday of February. Bottom line I’m back to square 1. What is the use of having a family doctor. I haven’t physically seen him in 3 years.

This is by far one of the most poorly organized clinics i have ever seen. I don’t know who it is run by but they maybe should go back to school and learn how to correctly run a medical clinic. Not only did i have to wait 2 years to get a family doctor but now i even have to wait months for an appointment with her! Don't get me wrong she is amazing but the system they use is absolutely absurd. And forget trying to speak with a receptionist because they are just plain rude and make you feel completely unimportant. It is disgusting to think THIS is where my tax money goes. Something needs to be done about this because I no longer see a point in having a family doctor that i can only see once a year (if i’m lucky). If you’re planning on enlisting here DO NOT. Another thing my 85 year old grandfather was given an appointment and they canceled it for an unknown reason without even contacting him! Utterly disgusting.

I have worked in healthcare for 35 years and I have never dealt with such incompetence ! You can NEVER speak to a human!! Appointments are cancelled through text or email and then good luck trying to get another one!! The staff is rude ! Your automated system “Zoey” is not easy for the elderly people to use !! You are GMF clinic, you are given money from the government, use it to hire the staff that is necessary! Needless to say I will have no choice but to find another clinic for my elderly parents ! And I will definitely make a complaint to the College !

I was done in less than 20 mins. Dr Bosisio and his staff run the place very efficiently. I was very impressed and will return there if needed. I wish all clinics and clscs run this efficient. Pleasant staff and lots of parking.

My family doctor has been on indefinite leave for a few years now (and I sincerely wish him a speedy recovery). The problem is that she kept her patients instead of entrusting them to her colleagues. As a result, I cannot register on a waiting list since “officially” I have a family doctor. I feel held hostage. Additionally, their appointment booking system is inefficient. I've been trying for weeks to sign up for a walk-in from 7:00 p.m. as required, but it's impossible to get a place. As for their so-called virtual assistant ZOÉ, it’s just nonsense.
