Fully crowded at all times, including early morning and late evening. It should be illegal to sell gym membership over the gym’s capacity. It’s impossible to follow any sort of planned workout routine, as stations are filled to the brim at all times.

Large sports complex belong to university de Montreal. It boosts large sports arena, gym, track fields and bouldering plus work out spaces. Really large and spacious although the building was constructed 50 years ago, mostly cement interiors , it is nice with many choices of sports that you can participate and practice in the same space.

Unfortunately, the responsible for PARE test, Patricia and her colleague, didn't give clear and good instructions before the test. The weight machine needs clear instructions to know how to manage it. They kept it after the test fail. They even skip mentioning the second part (The bag), before the test. E.G, the interval between the first and second part.

We came here for a birthday party and the space is just perfect to accommodate a bunch of kids. They offer a gym teacher that will do activities with your kids, and entertain them while you prep the party room ! Definitely recommend for kids birthday parties.

Cepsum is really big so that's the best about it. You can attend classes or go to them gym/swimming pool by yourself. Some of the things I don't like is that the classes are not personalized enough for everyone to follow it at the same level. Non-beginners should not be allowed to take beginner classes in my opinion. Another thing that bothers me a little is how busy the gym gets, I'd love to see more machines available besides treadmills.

Free sports complex for HEC/Udem/Polytechnique students. Decent Badminton/Squash/Basketball/Tennis courts. Extremely poor table tennis court.

The staff is absolutely wonderful and the gym is well-equiped. Unfortunately, like many other comments have said, the gym is much too small for the number of users it receives and gets quite crowded, even outside of peak hours. Not really the fault of the gym but rather the result of being a victim of its popularity. I had to cancel my membership today after the latest in a series of failed attempts to complete a workout without having to wait very long to use machines.

The renovations they did are perfect, the facilities are now really modern and clean, also pretty cheap for UdeM students. Staff is nice and the booking process is quick and easy.

I will talk for the courts available. If you're signing up, be mindful of the time you starting. Because it become really crowded and almost impossible to get courts with all the activities the school has.... They have nice courts. Really nice courts and nice gym. The swimming will be available mid summer. Crowded during school session. But plenty of place during holiday

I always have one of the best times of my week exercising at Cepsum! They have a great variety of equipment and the fellow students who workout there are always keen to share the machines with others if they're using them. Great experience!

Nice gym for udem students. I used the pool It was clean and nice. You have to wear a mask when not swimming. Also bring your own towel lock and flip flop :) and shampoo. They sell locks there too for 16$ cad.

I had a fantastic experience playing on the pitch at Cepsum. The pitch was well-maintained and provided a great playing surface. The even surfaces and consistent ball bounce made for an enjoyable and competitive game. The view also is spectacular! I highly recommend the artificial soccer pitch at Cepsum to all soccer enthusiasts looking for a fantastic playing experience.

The gym might seem a bit small when it is crowded, but overall it is well organized, very diverse repertoire of activities are offered!

Could use more vending machines with better selection of drinks and food. Maybe a hot chocolate machine too.

Why Google doesn’t allow us to rate zero stars. Here feels like military camp, not a chill cool place: horrible ! I’m a student in HEC montreal, but gonna look for another place to enjoy myself :)

Very good gym with all the equipment you need. I recommend going early in the morning or late in the afternoon if you don't like crowded gyms. Regardless, if you ask people you can usually take turns on machines or racks, but I prefer to go when the crowd is smallest :)
