This
is
the
most
TERRIBLE
experience
ever
in
my
travel
experiences.
I
got
INJURED
inside
the
washroom
while
the
GLASSES
DOOR
BROKEN!!
I
got
cut
in
my
body,
arms,
feet…
I
tried
to
contact
the
hotel
for
half
hour
and
no
one
is
answering.
Then
I
called
911.
The
paramedic
came,
and
they
said
it
wasn’t
the
first
time
they
got
a
call
like
this
in
this
hostel.
And
then
I
contact
Expedia,
because
I
booked
the
hotel
through
them
and
ask
for
help.
The
most
ridiculous
thing
is
the
hotel’s
response.
“
You
want
a
refund
when
the
glass
broke
during
your
stay
?
We
will
ask
for
a
refund
since
we
need
to
change
and
pay
for
the
glass.
We
will
be
in
touch
with
the
invoice”
This
is
how
they
responded
by
the
message.
I
wasn’t
asking
for
refund
at
first,
but
the
agent
said
they
will
ask
them
for
me
and
I
think
it
make
sense.
The
customer
service
is
the
worst!
TLDR:
The
glasses
door
in
washroom
broke
and
injured
me,
no
one
answered
the
phone,
and
tried
to
ask
me
money
for
replace
the
glass
