    It's good if you are not spending a second in the hotel. And this is not a hotel it is more air bnb without the host being there to assist you. New and the location is good. But again service is very bad

    No es un hotel, son mini apartamentos con mini cocina y, algunos , sin una mesa para tomarse algo. No cuentan con personal, recepción, ni zona para dejar el equipaje tras el check out.

    Service was great! Nobody to talk to in person, but for any inconvenience we were able to contact them through the Air BNB app, and got responses almost instantly. We even asked for some extra Nespresso pods and they delivered them to the door! Amazing! Room is very spacious, washroom very tiny but it worked! Standing shower and small sink. We even had a small kitchenette with stove top, microwave, mini fridge, sink and dishes to cook and eat if necessary. Very pleased with our stay.

    I don't recommend this hotel. Unless you want to deal with unfriendly and heartless people. Horrible service.

    This hotel is simple with no front desk but there is a kitchenette, great (smallish) bathroom and very comfy bed. The hotel was quick to respond to my request (through Agoda) and it’s closed to Berri-UQAM station. It’s a great option for the price and I think they deserve a higher rating.

    방이 작은것은 알고있었습니다. 그래서 문제는 없었지만, 방에 들어가보니 청소가 되어있지 않았습니다. 침대시트, 수건, 쓰레기통, 화장실은 전부 사용한 흔적이 그대로있었습니다. 비품실에 찾아가 새 침대시트와 작은 수건을 가져와 청소하고 방을 사용했습니다. 위치와 가격은 좋지만 서비스는 기대하지마세요. 그래도 괜찮다면 예약해도 좋을것 같습니다.

    Las habitaciones son como en la foto, muy bonitas. En nuestro caso cogimos una de 18m2, claramente es pequeña pero es lo que ya te avisan. Contábamos con una mesa bastante grande, una mesita con lamaprita, y dos sillas, pero sin ningún sitio donde colgar la ropa. Nosotros estuvimos 7 noches y, aunque se termina haciendo duro sobre todo por el tema limpieza, nos resultó muy práctica la cocina. Tiene un supermercado y una parada de metro muy cerca.

    This is the most TERRIBLE experience ever in my travel experiences. I got INJURED inside the washroom while the GLASSES DOOR BROKEN!! I got cut in my body, arms, feet… I tried to contact the hotel for half hour and no one is answering. Then I called 911. The paramedic came, and they said it wasn’t the first time they got a call like this in this hostel. And then I contact Expedia, because I booked the hotel through them and ask for help. The most ridiculous thing is the hotel’s response. “ You want a refund when the glass broke during your stay ? We will ask for a refund since we need to change and pay for the glass. We will be in touch with the invoice” This is how they responded by the message. I wasn’t asking for refund at first, but the agent said they will ask them for me and I think it make sense. The customer service is the worst! TLDR: The glasses door in washroom broke and injured me, no one answered the phone, and tried to ask me money for replace the glass

    The location was really good. Close to metro station. Also the place was clean. However; The place was VERY smaller than what was shown in the pictures. Literally a small room. Our room was in 4th floor. No elevator and I had to take my heavy luggage upstairs myself which was really disappointing. Not provided enough shampoo and not provided toothpaste. Poor response when asked help about luggage storage after checkout. Poor response almost about anything asked for. They literally didn’t provide any support regarding anything asked for. Also since some people are living next to your room, any sound even simple conversations can be heard from the other rooms. No privacy at all. Overall, not a good experience with this airbnb. Not recommended AT ALL!

    First off, I was given the wrong door code and waited outside in the cold until another guest gave me the correct one. Then I got into my room and there bugs crawling all over the floor. I contacted the host and they offered another room, which also had bugs. They denied having had this problem before, but when I looked, I found many dead bugs as well behind furniture, so this was not a new issue. I cancelled my booking and went elsewhere; Clouds refused to give me a refund at all, despite the fact that I did not use the room.
